It's okay. Has most of what you need: free weights and machines to hit legs. Only real draw back is that it has no squat racks nor area to deadlift, also doesn't have a seated shoulder-press stand, but that's just a personal preferences for me. Other than that, the facilitys nice and clean, just small.

I love how itβs open 24/7 and has a variety of equipment, including a sauna. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. 10/10 would recommend

Really nice gym witha lot of equipment and convenient hours. The free weights are as heavy as 125. The sauna is spacious and hot. The lockers are big and the showers are clean and open.
This is a fine example of MWR gym quality and consistency.

Good facility with basic, essential equipment and a selection of machines. They also have an outdoor area for functional training. Don't forget to bring a mask.

Great place to get a good workout. I'm into CrossFit. It's nice to see they have added a station that caters to my CrossFit style workout. Only thing missing is a rope climb. But I know the Navy is too scared to allow that to happen.

They give no support no Reserve Units. Unwilling to help in off hours. They need a new director

Free weights, plenty of benches, strength training machines, 2 squat racks around the back, a basketball court, locker room & more. I come here often while I'm in town visiting from Naval Base San Diego. This wasn't on the map so I added it. Any questions, just ask me.
