I have been coming regularly with my wife for a couple of months now. I agree with the other reviewers that coaches are all genuine, knowledgeable and always encouraging. The workouts have a high variety so it is never the same routine twice and they make it enjoyable. I just completed a special Sunday series focusing on barbell back squats. Not something I ever imagined I would do but the community is super motivating and I really enjoyed it.

O2 makes workouts super fun! Been going for a couple years and it never gets old. Challenging & tough but easy to modify. I’m in the best shape thanks to their program. Every coach brings their unique style and all are friendly and encouraging. They also offer weekend events—yoga, boxing, Hyrox, weekend warriors, etc. Love the community and welcoming vibe!

Big shoutout to Coach Derrick! He’s an amazing private youth basketball trainer. Took my daughter from fundamental to a dynamic AAU guard. He listens to parent feedback, creates targeted drills, even uses video clips we send to level her up. Not only does he cover skills, but incorporates strength/conditioning for overall athleticism.

This is the best fitness class I've attended in the Bay Area! Over six months, I noticed significant improvements in my health and fitness. The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and encouraging (but they definitely make you work hard!).

I find that O2 is really offering something great, different, and accessible for folks compared to most other options in the area. I’m really impressed with this team and the thoughtfulness they put into their routines and instruction. They bring great attitudes to the gym floor and are really there to guide and motivate you. Each of the instructors seems fully invested in the business and I feel they all share the goal of client success in an authentic way. O2, you’re doing it right!!

I love this gym!
1. Every workout is different. They combine cardio with strength and resistance training.
2. It’s not really a boot camp because the coaches don’t yell. In fact they encourage and help you. I take breaks when I want and they help me with my form. Never do they ever force me to do something.
3. The coaches push you to work out harder and better. Zach is a great motivator and is always happy. His positive energy will push you to do more. You can’t help but smile at him even when your legs feel like jelly and your arms want to fall off.
4. You’ll get an amazing feeling after working out here ~ I never regret going to a class. I went to a class and I was hungover but I felt amazing after.
5. Some other miscellaneous items - they have hand sanitizer, everyone cleans their equipment after and it’s clean. You can refill your water bottle there too. They also have plenty of meter and street parking.

Joining O2 fitness community has been an amazing experience for me, I love the positive, supportive and motivating vibe this community offers, I've always been into fitness, but O2's fitness programs definitely brought my strength, endurance to another level that I can barely gain by doing it on my own at the regular gyms, plus you get the chance to meet so many friendly and fun people via regular workouts as well as social events they host such as holiday parties! Working out with everyone is just a fun experience that I look forward to every day, great energy booster! Shout out to all the amazing coaches and members for building this amazing community, more branches needed! Lol

I don't know why I waited so long to write this review but it's time to share the secret. I've been coming to O2 for over a year now and my experience has been phenomenal. I can safely say that i've taken classes with all the coaches and all of them have been great. At time's when its hard to get up to actually go to the gym I tend to take coach Zack's class. There's no way you can take Zack's class and not just instantly feel better. If you struggle with motivation and need a really good hand's on approach to training I would highly recommend catching one of his classes, he's genuinely invested in the success of the members. The energy at O2 is always sooo good! But all the coaches are great, I would absolutely recommend this gym to all skill levels! There's no other Gym like O2 Bodyfit!!!

I have been going here for a number of years. I love the coaches and the community. Lots of support from all angles. I like that it's different coaches and methods each and every day. I highly recommend coming here. Come early because parking can be a challenge. Expect parking challenges when living in Daly City. It's a great place to be part of a fitness community and get some results.

Signed up for the OCR (Obstacle Course Race) Open Gym training course with my partner and we loved it! Coach Allen was incredibly kind, informative, and patient. (He even remembered our names later on in class even though we introduced ourselves once.) We've participated in a Spartan Sprint before (and will be doing a Tough Mudder soon), so we thought this would be a good place to build our skillset. With Coach Allen's instruction, we were able to build upon what we've experienced.

We were actually five minutes late, but we were welcomed kindly. The community here seems great. The other class members ranged in experience from total OCR newbies to seasoned racers. All were engaged and excited to test and practice each obstacle. Would absolutely come here again!
