Oak Method has made me fall in love with Lagree! I am a full-time working Mama who is stretched for time and Lagree is the most effective workout that I have ever done.

Lagree is a full body, high intensity, low impact workout that gets me sweating and pumped up. Every class is challenging and I'm getting stronger every day!

All of the instructors are incredible, super friendly, and have gotten this middle aged Mama into shape! The studio is super welcoming and I look forward to every class!

I used to do Pilates, but I found myself craving more of a challenge--and lucky for me Lagree came to Morgan Hill. I had never even heard of Lagree before, but after a little research, I realized it was exactly what I was looking for. I took my first class and... it was love at first shake!
Every class leaves me inspired. The instructors (Zeezee, Maddie, Tim, Gal, and Noelle) are absolutely amazing They're motivating, supportive, and encouraging, always pushing us to give our best. I love that I get to show up to class and work out alongside such strong, powerful, and inspiring women and men.
This studio truly holds a special place in my heart.

I absolutely love going to The Oak Method! Every workout is a real challenge in the best way possible, and I’ve genuinely noticed myself getting stronger since I started. The classes push you, but the support and motivation from the instructors make all the difference.

Maddie and Gail are fantastic—super knowledgeable, encouraging, and they really help you get the most out of every session. And Noelle, the owner, is simply the best. She’s so approachable and truly passionate about creating a welcoming and empowering space for everyone.

Warning: you’re going to be obsessed with this workout and studio! The staff is encouraging and knowledgeable and the workouts will have you burning and shaking in the best way! Studio is very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend!

Oak Method is an amazing workout and good stand alone or an addition to any other form of fitness you may be doing. I really enjoy the combination of strength training, mobility and balance. Can't say enough good things about Oak Method — it's truly a AMMAZING! From the moment you walk in, the energy is uplifting, the space is great. Every instructor brings their own unique knowledge to the workouts, but all are consistent in pushing you in the best way possible. The workouts are intense, efficient, and perfectly designed to challenge your strength, endurance, and focus — just like Lagree should be. So excited to finally have lagree in MH! The studio is located in the same plaza as tj maxx and has plenty of parking. I love our instructors and have seen a difference in my physique after just 3/4 months- highly recommend everyone to give Oak Method a try!

This workout is such a great mix of Pilates reformer and strength training—it’s challenging, and is the perfect combination of strength and mobility with this low impact 40 minute workout.

Maddie is the best- super encouraging and knowledgeable- even first thing in the morning- I love that they offer 5 a.m. classes! Not many places in town do, and it makes it so much easier to fit into a busy schedule. The studio is convenient and clean, and all the instructors that I have taken classes with are incredibly friendly and welcoming.

So glad we have this place in town!

The best workout I’ve done in a long time, and I’ve tried many: Barry’s, Pilates, Barre, CrossFit, and CorePower Yoga. All were challenging in their own way, but Lagree wins with its high-intensity, low-impact moves.

The ambience is great, it’s clean, and the instructors are knowledgeable. They are highly trained, skilled, and helpful, taking the time to understand your specific needs (injuries, age, pregnancy, postpartum, soreness/tightness) and modify moves accordingly. If you’re a beginner, they’ll teach you how to properly use the Megaformer and guide you on correct form.

If you're interested and have the motivation to build muscle strength, go for it! Don’t wait for the perfect time.
