Fitness Center designed for those 50 years and older. Includes over 20 cardio machines, full line of strength training machines, free weights, stretching machines, resistance bands, medicine balls, yoga mats, and more! Showers, lockers, and cubbies available for day use.
Annual fee: $125 resident/$175 non-resident.

Start a healthier lifestyle and achieve your fitness goals with one-on-one instruction tailored to your needs and abilities. All personal training options below include a free consultation. See Fitness Center front desk staff for trainer availability. Must hold an active Fitness Center Membership to work with a Personal Trainer.

AWESOME PLACE! They care about the community and its Seniors. One of the real places in Newport Beach that has been actively involved in our senior citizens community and making it a better place for our precious elderly. GREAT PLACE TO BE OLDER!!!
