Just did a Vinyasa flow class with Kathy and WOW. it was my first time doing yoga in a class and it was great! The space is well curated, Kathy did a wonderful job of both validating our current levels of mobility and strength and encouraging us to push just a little more. Will be trying out the power yoga session soon too, but don’t be fooled Vinyasa will make you sweat :)

So many good things to say about this team.
Weightlifting: I started weightlifting 3 years ago with Kathy and it completely changed my life as well as those around me. She knows how and when to challenge you so that you put your best out in each session. You come out a better person, more confident, strong, and whole. Slow and controlled is the game — I was always offered alternative movements when something felt a bit uncomfortable. I struggled with gaining weight my entire life and was able to gain 8 lb of muscle with her! My lifestyle has significantly improved and as a result my close family members have all started working out as well. Also all of their trainers/instructors were knowledgeable and personable to work with. I looked forward going to each session for their energy.
Yoga: Power yoga is forever my favorite and I constantly look for an instructor who meets the standard this team sets! I leave feeling nimble, relaxed, and proud of challenging my body. I also love that Oasis hosts many different yoga styles and events to introduce me to things I otherwise wouldn’t seek out. This is always a great way to build community if you’re newer to the area or looking to meet good people.
Retreat: I went to their retreat in Costa Rica (pics attached) and it felt like a 5 star resort + yoga + intentional self care + healing. I never really understood retreats before but now I recommended them to everyone who gets the opportunity.
The space: Their gym and space is an upscale private gym that is clean, nice smelling, and comfortable with ample parking. I look forward to coming here and I leave relaxed compared to mass scale gyms, which stress me out.

Hieu was recommended to me by a friend when I was struggling to get back into a healthier routine, and I’m really glad I gave it a try. He helped me ease back into training, focus on building strength, and stay consistent without feeling overwhelmed. His sessions are well planned and always adjusted to how I’m feeling that day, which has helped me make steady progress.
I’ve also joined his Power yoga classes. They’re tough in the best way and always leave me feeling energized. The studio has a nice, welcoming vibe too and everyone’s friendly and supportive, which makes it easy to show up and keep going.
If you’re looking for a trainer who’s genuinely supportive and helps you stay consistent in a healthy way, I’d definitely recommend Hieu and Oasis Wellness Collective.

I’m so thankful I discovered this studio after trying several others through ClassPass — this space is truly special. I’ve attended Kathy’s Yoga Flow and HIIT Yoga classes. I've only ever practiced yoga casually at home throughout my adult life.
It was new for me to try an in person format, and it's truly worth it. From the moment I stepped into this studio, I felt welcomed and seen.
The small class sizes make a huge difference — I feel like I’m not only strengthening my mind and body, but also developing a sense of connection to others. Kathy gives each student her full attention. She not only ensures we move safely, but also sees our potential and gently challenges us to reach it. Under her guidance, I’ve learned new binds and even started working toward a headstand — things I never thought I could ever, ever, begin doing.
As a mom, a trauma therapist, and a wife, it’s rare to find spaces where I feel truly held. This studio is one of them. I can’t recommend it enough — support this collective!

I have been with Oasis for over a year. After two major surgeries I felt it was best for me to have personalized training. I cannot believe how far I have come both physically and mentally. You can opt for either individual or small group training, I do both. Kathy and her crew are amazing; they listen, care and push you gently to keep improving. I’ve been working with Kathy for about 4 months now to improve my range of motion with my ankle. A few yrs back suffered a broken fib/tib compound that left my ankle in pain every day.
Working with Kathy has greatly improved my ankle mobility along with addressing some other nagging pains due to long work commutes.

Hieu is awesome!
I have been training with Hieu for the past one year and he has exceeded all of my expectations. I see huge improvement in my body fitness, lifestyle and overall well being. I have trained with two other trainers for a brief time before, but no one has pushed my boundaries like Hieu is doing.
Hieu starts his sessions by understanding the physical and mental states of his trainees and builds exercises accordingly. Each movement is curated to achieve the goal set for the day. You'll be pleasantly surprised by how thoughtful his series of movements/exercises can compound and influence the limit you are working to break.
Apart from this, he is a huge proponent of mindful eating, mental health, wellness and leading a holistic life style. He takes time to understand the concerns, goals and has helped me to get better one movement at a time.
Way to go, Hieu! and thanks for helping me train and break barriers!

I have been working with Hieu for more than 3 years now, honestly 5 stars just simply is not enough for him!
I started working with Hieu after a few coworkers highly recommended him, I attended a few of his classes and what immediately stood out was his passion for his work, his attention to each person in the class and his care! Soon after i started doing personal training with him.
All you need is an hour to realize, this is not a just a job to him he actually cares about your growth.
In his training what worked especially well for me was his personalized approach and infinite patience, he does not focus on just let's grow muscle or just do this, or that, he takes a holistic view, physically and mentally, he helped me gain so much flexibility and strength, and get passed injury! He always encourages relaxing and being present even in our busy lives.
Hieu is highly approachable and is always there for me, he some how knows how and how far to push every one even on my down days, he makes working out be fun!
I have recommended him to my wife who now trains with him too, and many other friends and coworkers.

The Oasis Costa Rica Retreat blew my mind. I wasn’t expecting a luxury retreat with gourmet food, an attentive staff set in a lush forest. The accommodations were 5-star but that wasn’t the best part.
It was so much more than just yoga, although the yoga portion was excellent. Generally, each day started with a meditation session followed by a yoga class. On top of that, there were other daily classes like gentle yoga and specialty classes like an inversion class. I expected excellent yoga, but didn’t have any idea of the other things in store for me. We journaled and self-reflected. We shared our important stories with each other and I really felt the love in the room. Kathy and Kathy have a way of bringing out the best in people and providing a safe space to share. They themselves are so open and loving that you can’t help but feel connected.
My adult son accompanied me on the retreat and we shared a two-bedroom cabin. It’s hard for kids to really know their mothers. This retreat was a chance for us to have fun together hiking, painting and doing head stands, but also a chance to get to know each other better. We laughed together while painting mandalas and singing Karaoke. The chill time, just sitting on the deck reading was really special. It really brought us closer and I highly recommend the retreat for family members. I really loved the retreat and afterwards I asked him if he would go on another Oasis retreat with me, his mother, and he said, “absolutely!” That said it all. Thank you Oasis.

I had the most amazing personal yoga session with Kathy, who owns this beautiful studio, and I’m still feeling the positive energy from it! The space is calming, welcoming, and filled with such good vibes—it’s the perfect place to reconnect with your body and mind.
