I highly recommend this studio!
I started going to their Pilates/yoga classes when I was in my second trimester. I was so sore and uncomfortable and I didn’t know just to do because it was my first pregnancy. Jamie (the owner and instructor) helped me throughout my pregnancy. Their classes are so pregnancy/postpartum friendly, they provide lots of options based on your body. Every instructor I had was super mindful of working out during different stages of pregnancy.
They provide more than workout. You get to meet other people in similar stages as well. Jamie helped me with my anxiety as a first time mom. At each class, I was also able to connect with other people to ask questions and get advice. They really try to provide a community for anybody who is going through the pregnancy/postpartum.
Now I have an infant, I go to their classes with my baby. They provide baby friendly classes so that I can go do Pilates/yoga with my child. Every instructor is so good with babies, if anyone needs help with keeping their baby calm, they will offer to help so that moms can keep working out. I cannot recommend it more:)

I have attended this studio a few times and have absolutely loved the style of teaching and the rotations they offer. The classes feel very personal and welcoming. I was a little nervous at first since I don’t have children, but Jamie and Katie made me feel completely comfortable and included. I feel like I can ask my questions and learn at my own pace :)

Children's Yoga Teacher Training, taught by Jamie, was an amazing experience and something I looked forward to each week!! After completing my 200hr yoga teacher training, I had a desire to share yoga with children but honestly didn't know how. Upon finding the Children's Yoga Teacher Training offered by Om Baby Bliss, I knew I was in the right place. Jamie is exceptionally qualified and has a heart of gold that she shares with everyone she encounters. During the training, I had the honor of observing the Parent/Toddler Yoga Classes that Jamie taught in the park. This practical experience helped to solidify what I was learning and see it come to life. Thank you Jamie and OBB for offering a much needed training to approach the next generation with love and kindness through yoga!

I’m so happy I found OBB! Even though it’s a bit of a drive from La Jolla, it’s absolutely worth it to have a yoga and Pilates studio designed specifically for pregnancy and motherhood. The classes are small and intimate, and the teachers are so attentive — always helping with form and offering adjustments when needed. I love that they offer reformer, chair, and wall Pilates. Thank you for creating such a supportive space for mamas-to-be and already mamas!

I just had my very first postpartum Pilates class with Marclyn Ramirez, what a treat! I loved how inviting and gentle she was with everyone in the room (adults and children), and it was a great way to feel my muscles again in a friendly and nonjudgmental environment. Thank you, Marclyn--can't wait to come back! :)

My first class went amazing. I was pretty nervous about trying my first Pilates class and I didn't even know what I was picking. I didn't even know what a reformer was and we ended up getting to use it during our math class for a little bit and now that I get a taste of both it really helps me understand what I want and don't want out of my workout so having our instructor add a little bit really solidified that I do want to come back again and they're really really accommodating with your baby so it is advertised for you to work out with your baby and that's what drew me to even get class pass this was the only class I was going to join anyway so I would have been disappointed if it didn't work out but it really did for the first class I'm going to try a couple more times but so far for class number one I really like it The only caveat you should know is that you have to pay for parking if you come around the Friday 10:00 a.m. or sorry Friday 11:00 a.m. it looks like the security person was checking everything. Overall I definitely liked it they provide water they provide diapers they provide areas for your babies to sit they even give mats for your babies to sit on if they're next to you while you're working out you could be close the instructor help some people hold their babies if they were fussy overall the customer experience level I would say is pretty outstanding again I have to probably try a couple more times but overall I definitely like what I experienced so far as a first-timer.
Update: I have gone to about 5 classes now and genuinely enjoy it. It is a small class, around 5 moms & their baby(ies) and the instructor. I plan on doing more when more classes open up.

I was never a Pilate girly but then I saw this magical, parent-friendly unicorn of a studio open up, and I figured, 'Why not?' Turns out, it's one of the most welcoming and genuinely amazing fitness spaces I've ever joined. The community is fantastic, and the instructors? Beyond amazing. Seriously, if your baby starts wailing mid-stretch, don't even sweat it. Jamie and her team are like baby whisperers, armed with toys and some sort of mystical ability to soothe even the grumpiest baby. They've got a bunch of class options which keeps it exciting. Totally love this place and can't recommend it enough.

I came here several times both for yoga and pilates with my 4 month old baby. I was worried at first that she would not stay calm enough for me to participate in the class, but the instructors were very supportive and even offered to hold her when she got a little cranky. Everyone I've encountered is very encouraging and supportive. I look forward to coming back soon!

I absolutely love this studio. I’ve taken two different classes with Jamie Labriola, and each one was both an incredible workout and fun! I’ve tried so many different Pilates classes, and Jamie has a unique gift for combining strength training with enjoyment and empowerment. The space itself is bright and welcoming, and while I no longer have babies in tow, I can definitely see why it’s such a draw for parents who do. I can’t wait to come back for more classes!

Love this amazing studio for Baby & Mama classes. I have taken a pilates and yoga class with my 6 month old here and the teachers are so supportive and kind. I love that I get to move my body and have a safe space for my little one to work out with me. They also have toys for your little one to be entertained. The workouts are friendly for all levels! Highly recommend!
Parking is very easy, meter parking $1/hour in the same lot and/or street parking. Blackmarket Bakery right next door if you need coffee, food, before or after class.

I can't recommend this baby class enough! As a first-time parent, I learned so much—everything from practical tips to understanding my baby’s development on a deeper level. Justin and Jamie were absolutely incredible—warm, knowledgeable, and so down-to-earth. They created such a welcoming, judgment-free space where every question felt valid and every parent felt supported. You can really tell they care about what they do. I left each class feeling more confident and connected, not just to my baby, but to a whole community. Seriously, if you're even considering it—just go. You won’t regret it!

I have been coming here a couple times a week for a little over a month now and am going to be so sad to have to take a little break after my son is born at the end of this month! The prenatal yoga and Pilates classes are just so wonderful and the instructors are very personable and kind and just make you feel great. These classes have truly changed my last leg of pregnancy for the better and I highly recommend trying it out if you’re currently pregnant or even postpartum! I know they offer a variety of other classes as well that cater to all peoples and even daddy’s with children! We love you, Om Baby Bliss!

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!
I started out with ClassPass, but you can’t go to the same studio twice during the free trial, so I explored lots of studios.
This place is AMAZING with AMAZING instructors. Both Jamie(s) and Luisa are incredible instructors. Additionally, the yoga sessions are very meditative and help me with a moment of clarity in the mornings.
They also have this insane deal for $20, 2 weeks unlimited, first time customers.
Mind you I am in my early 20s and have no children but love the small size and intimacy of the adult only classes. They also have jumping trampoline boards for their Pilates. I’m always sore in the best way after classes. They were so kind and also have a free pair of socks for my bday. All to say, amazing studio, owned by an amazing woman, with amazing staff! 10/10

I instantly fell in love with this Pilates studio. It is so welcoming and I love that I can bring my baby with my to class. The workout is not super easy yet not incredibly difficult. It’s just the right amount of work for mamas to feel great. I highly recommend this studio for anyone looking to enjoy a workout with their baby. The instructor is highly knowledgeable and encourages mamas to do their best.

I just started Pilates again after a long break and signed up for classes at this new studio. I have now taken 3 classes with Jamie L. and I cannot say enough good things about my experience! She is genuinely passionate about Pilates and the classes were challenging and fun! She was knowledgeable and offered individual adjustments and modifications depending on our skill/experience with Pilates.
The studio is in a great location and offers an intimate experience that almost makes you feel like you are having private classes!
I left feeling more confidant in my abilities and challenged by a full body workout. Highly recommend!

This place is great! There is such a gap in the market for mommy and me Pilates! Every instructor is amazing. Absolutely no mom shaming here! Breastfeed without worrying. Baby crying? No worries. Blow out? No worries. Everyone understands each other and helps watch the little ones. Such an awesome community and I’m so blessed i found it!

I recently attended a Pilates class with instructor Jamie L., and was extremely impressed by her extensive knowledge, clearly guiding us through each movement. She made everyone feel comfortable, regardless of our experience level.
There were four of us participants in this intimate class, divided between two on the Pilates chair and two on the reformer. Jamie L. didn’t miss a beat as she seamlessly instructed all four of us, on different machines. The small class size allowed for personal attention.
I left feeling energized and balanced. If you’re looking for a full-body workout that builds strength and flexibility, I highly recommend giving this Pilates studio a try!

I just found this studio in the past week and I have been to three different but amazing classes. All instructors are really caring and ask about how you are feeling throughout the class. They’re great at suggesting modifications, and it just feels like a really comfortable place because they know what is safe to do, as well as what alleviates common pains. (But also, my classes have had a good mix of not pregnant, pregnant, and postpartum people in them, so truly anyone is welcome.) I feel really lucky that this studio exists when I really need it!!
Prenatal Yoga with Alyssa - this was my first class at OBB and it was a really nice welcome to the OBB studio and community. Alyssa was a wonderful instructor, and led a really soothing yoga practice.
Power Yoga with Jamie - was a little more fast pace than my first yoga but a great balance of challenge while still feeling comfortable.
Classical Semi- Private Pilates with Katie - this was the most challenging of the classes I have tried so far and I loved it. It felt really good to work arms, legs, etc in a small class size with individual attention.

I've had the honor of doing the 8-week Mommy & Me Yoga & Infant Massage classes with Jamie & I can't get enough. She creates the warmest & welcoming environment for us & our lil babes, facilitates a connecting group, teaches us tons of helpful knowledge & skills for our lil ones AND gives us a nice lil work out/meditation every week. Loved it so much I came back for more to check out her Reformer Pilates Mommy & Me class AND her Mommy & Me Dance & Barre class .. and she never ceases to amaze me! I recommend her (clean & super cute!)studio & classes to all the new mamas I know & other ladies who want a great work out ! So grateful for this space & these class offerings during this journey! Couldn't recommend her more!!

What a great community Jamie is building at Om Baby Bliss! I can’t recommend the daddy and me classes enough! Initially, I signed up to connect with other dads, and I managed to connect with a great group of dads and babies. We’ve kept our meet ups going after the classes were done, alternating between our houses for the meet ups. Our babies are becoming fast friends and love seeing each other! It’s so great to connect with the other dads and talk about all the challenges and highlights of our adventures. On top of that, the classes were so informative. Jamie is so great with the babies, and the information she and the experts she brings in have to share is so helpful. 10 out of 10! Highly recommend.

Om Baby Bliss is a wonderful addition to the postpartum fitness community in San Diego. I've taken several different postpartum fitness classes with Jamie, including mat pilates, reformer pilates, dance, and barre. The level of difficulty is perfect for me as a postpartum mom, and the prices are very reasonable. Jamie is constantly offering modifications to poses to accommodate different stages of postpartum healing or baby preferences/needs (wanting to be held, sleeping, or active). Jamie is even kind enough to offer to distract or hold my baby for short periods of time so I can focus on more challenging poses. But honestly, the babies love Jamie and her classes. However, even if my baby is having a tough day, there is no judgement. This is a safe space for crying, feeding, and diaper changing which is such a relief to a mom of an infant!

I attended Jamie’s session with my 8 week old and had a wonderful time! Jamie was such a great energy. I was nervous to go to a class because I was afraid of my baby fussing or crying, but it was such a safe space. Other mamas and their babies, lots of crying, diaper changing, feeding, etc. so if you’re apprehensive about baby’s crying or fussing, don’t let that stop you from attending!
We shared our feeding stories which was nice to hear from the other moms and then we went through a series of stretches to address the tightness that comes from feeding. It was adorable to do yoga over our babies😀we ended the class with a sound bath which was lovely and somehow all the babies were so calm! I will definitely be back again.

I attended the Mama & Me infant massage & yoga class with my 11-week-old, and it was a lovely experience. Jamie and the other attendees were so warm and respectful, I was actually able to relax! We had a group discussion about our feeding journeys, as this was the topic for the week, and then we moved through a flow to counter the tightness in our chests & shoulders that come with feeding an infant whether by breast or bottle. Jamie sent a follow-up email with several feeding resources, as well as a massage video & the yoga sequence we did in class. It was a safe space for crying, feeding, and diaper changing. I had a wonderful time and will absolutely be back.

My daughter and I have loved Jamie's classes on baby massage and yoga! Jamie creates a tranquil and supportive environment that encourages mindful movement for both mamas and babies. I have also learned various massage techniques that we've incorporated into our daily routine because my baby loves them so much! Jamie is such a calming presence and has facilitated deeper connections and joy with my baby. We always look forward to the sessions and I would highly recommend her classes!

I’ve taken many classes with Jamie both pre-and-post child. She is an amazing instructor. Her calming presence and general warmth combined with her deep knowledge of adult and infant yoga makes any class with her worthwhile! She is fantastic with babies, attuned to their needs, and incredibly supportive of all the moms.
Specifically, I took multiple mama and me yoga classes during the pandemic as well as toddler yoga classes when my son was older. These classes seamlessly blended gentle yoga for moms with interactive activities for babies. From calming breathing exercises to gentle stretches and poses, each session provided a safe space for me to reconnect with my body and cultivate inner strength. Jamie created a great sense of community and support, and a lot of fun for the babies!

I took the baby massage class with my 4 month old taught by Jaime and it was an amazing experience!
Firstly, Jamie is a gem! She is so calm and patient and gives excellent instructions, explanations and encouragement throughout. She genuinely cares about the people learning from her and their little ones!
The massage instructions from Jamie were very easy to understand, follow, and remember. I use the leg and tummy massages daily with my somewhat colicky baby and they help a great deal. She enjoys the leg and feet massages a lot (who wouldn't?!)
What I really appreciated was that Jamie accommodates and makes adjustments based on how the baby is behaving (or not!) that day, which was very helpful. She reads the babys cues and makes suggestions for alterations accordingly.
Overall, I absolutely recommend Jamie's program if you're looking for ways to relax and connect with your little one!
