Off The Couch Personal Training is introductory strength training for someone who is new to exercise or has a few years of experience but feels lost, stuck or overwhelmed. My name is Cailin Couch and I'm here to get you strong and feeling your absolute best! Not only will I take you through the best workouts you've ever done but you'll also learn along the way, building confidence and true longevity for your health journey! I focus on foundational strength training, posture correction and making it enjoyable and unique to YOU! Now is the day to get OFF THE COUCH!

I'm a beginner when it comes to working out and I knew I needed guidance from a personal trainer, but not just any trainer. I'm so glad I came across Coach Couch because her message regarding health and fitness really resonated with me. I wanted to work with a trainer that prioritizes building strength, moving more and overall wellness, not just looking good for the gram if you know what I mean. I trained with Coach Couch for 10 weeks and it's crazy how time just flew by. Each session left me feeling stronger and even more motivated for the next session. Thank you for pushing me while being so supportive and helpful. I've learned so much and most importantly, I feel more confident now compared to before starting training with Coach Couch!

From beginning to end, Cailin was amazing to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable about all the different machines and kept me accountable without ever making training feel like a chore. I’ve had a variety of trainers in the past years, but training with Cailin has been by far the best training. Every sessions is a new challenge, and she’s never pushy but always encouraging. Cailin doesn’t just train you for the best results but also is side by side making sure you’re doing each rep with good Form. If you want a great session with a trainer who has a positive personality then I Definitely recommend her training.

Cailin is the best! I’ve never had a consistent gym schedule or a trainer that worked so personally with me. Every workout is catered directly to me and the areas I want to work on. She explains every machine and workout so I’m way less insecure about working out when I want to on my own. Even after taking some time off, she welcomed me back and got me right back on schedule! Definitely go to Cailin for the best workouts.

Hands-down, working with Caitlin’s has been the best personal training experience ever…. She’s very detailed and she CARES and puts her whole heart into each training session! Ive work with some trainers who tell you what to do and then walk away and leave you to figure it out! It was as if she tailored workouts just for me.

Coach Couch is the best. She wants to make sure that you really got the basics down to help you in see and maintain progress in the long run. However this doesn’t mean she won’t challenge you, she sees and builds up your physical strength. I help take care of my immobile grandmother and since training with Coach Couch transferring my grandmother in and out of bed has become easier for me. It’s also a plus that she always has a positive attitude and spirit which keeps the workouts super fun.

I love love love working out with Coach Couch so much!! For the last 4 months I’ve been training 1-2 times a week with her. I’ve noticed fat loss and muscle gain. She’s taught me how to be confident working out independently at the gym as well. I trained with Cailin 3x a week for 2 years. She is an awesome trainer! I always looked forward to our sessions and saw great results.
Cailin has a wealth of knowledge of how to build strength and improve mobility. I learned a lot from her! She was always flexible and adaptable to my goals, including helping to rehab my strength after I had a surgery. She keeps sessions fun while challenging you to push yourself and try new exercises. I had never touched a weightlifting bar and felt intimidated to learn on my own or try in a gym. Cailin assessed where I was at and coached me to learn to do things I never imagined that I could. Cailin is amazing. I’ve had a few different personal trainers throughout the years but I was never really excited to go until I started training with her. She’s always full of so much energy and is happy to be there, happy to help, and happy to answer any questions you might have. If I could afford it, I’d be working out with her for all of my workouts. With that being said, she is extremely affordable compared to other trainers. I promise you, your money won’t be wasted with her! I’ve already increased my PRs multiple times after training with her. If I had a couch, I’d definitely be running off of it to train with her!

Cailin Couch is a great trainer. She helped me go from zero to strong in our training sessions and my body had never felt better. She made training fun but at the same time pushed me to work and pushed me to do my best.
