I love Ohana fitness! Janae definitely knows what she’s talking about and sets the standard of what a good trainer or coach should be. Janae does a really good job at putting together diverse workout plans each session that definitely put you to work, but includes time in between for breathers. I was only with Janae for about 6 months, but within that time frame you can see the major improvements with my endurance and overall strength. Because I played volleyball, I had workouts that implemented injury prevention exercises, which were super helpful for me in the long run. Overall, Ohana fitness really did so much for me, and I felt very welcomed by Janae and her amazing family. Definitely a 10/10

Ohana Fitness is the absolute best! I have joined other gyms and workout groups in the past, but this has honestly been my best experience by far. Janae is incredibly knowledgeable and good at what she does, and even better, she’s just an amazing and kind person. I am not very athletic and I have work behind a desk, so I’ve been more sedentary than I should and gyms can be intimidating. Not just another fitness coach

I'm in my 50ies and have tried every possible fitness craze or eating regimen/diet known; CrossFit, spin classes, Orange Theory, boot camps, etc. A friend referred me to Ohana Fitness and I thought, "I'll try it out," not really having any expectations. Upon meeting Janae during my complimentary 1st workout, I knew instantly I had found the perfect fitness coach for me. Besides being a bad ass and in phenomenal shape herself, she has a unique approach to fitness. She coaches with all her heart, welcoming everyone in and making it a family, or "Ohana," atmosphere. You're not just a number at a gym. She sees you, encourages you, sends positive vibes from every which way, and wants nothing more than to see you achieve your fitness goals. She has the experience and training to back it too. I did group classes, nutrition, and remote coaching with her. She excelled in all and I saw results. For me, she made it fun, yet challenging, and also held me accountable, but in a mutual respect way. If I missed a couple of workouts, she would contact me out of concern, not to pressure me or make me feel guilty. This was all the motivation I needed. I have the utmost respect for this woman and what she does. Mere words are not enough for all that she has taught me and what she means to me. You will never find a fitness coach like her.
