Such a warm and welcoming gym! I always feel like I can lock in and focus. The vibe is friendly, and the Iron Grind Bar makes high quality protein shakes. Such a great experience all around. Love this place!!

This is as an (attempted) day pass purchaser. I like to seek out great PL and BB gyms when I’m on the road. The reviews made this one sound pretty good, but they insist on downloading their gym’s app even for a single visit. I hate these pervasive apps—they are an intrusion on your phone. I wouldn’t mind using the app if I was a member, but if all I need to do is pay and sign a waiver, there has to be an easier way. Seeing a printer on the front desk, I asked if they could print a paper waiver for me to sign and, at that, the owner asked me to leave…

Additionally, though their front desk is staffed during business hours, the front door was locked when I visited at about 1pm. It took a few minutes of knocking for them to look up and notice.

0/10 do not recommend for out of towners. If you’re local, I’m sure it beats Planet Fitness.

You can't find a better gym than this. The owner's love for this place really shows gym is always clean and has been nothing but a blessing to be a part of. Everyone here is so kind and helpful. The 24/7 open is amazing as well. Thank you, Daniel, for all you do.

A great local gym. They offer ease of access and flexible plans for whatever your workout schedule needs. I travel for work and appreciate when local gyms within my area offer great weekly and daily rates. Overall great lifting equipment available with a cool atmosphere.

Im always out of town working, so I go gym to gym depending on where I'm located at the time. The price was very competitive to other gyms. No contract or strings attached when I signed up. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. Local gym that feels better to go to than the bigger ones in the area. Would definitely recommend this gym to anyone.
