The first and only infrared heated yoga studio in the Santa Ynez Valley. The space is a luxury renovated barn on a private ranch and vineyard with plenty of natural light and a relaxing atmosphere. We offer a variety of heated and non heated classes: Heated Power Vinyasa Flow, Bikram, Yin, Sculpt and more. Beginner and advanced students will feel right at home. Our community is friendly and welcoming and our teachers are some of the best in Santa Barbara county. I've always come away from Olde Oak Yoga classes, especially the Restoratives, Yin, Sound Healing, with a stronger center, a more peaceful approach to my world, and a more relaxed, straighter, aligned body. And the physical space of Olde Oak adds to the magic! Love it here!

The restorative yoga + sound healing by Lynette and Christine was an amazing experience of relaxation, renewal and a fun time to connect afterwards with delicious food and tea. They provided everything you could possibly need and took such good care of us from start to finish, we even went home with a special gift. All of this takes place in a beautiful and peaceful setting where these talented women provide a safe space for your own personal journey and path - could be new growth, healing, recovery, or basic self care. This greatly exceeded my expectations.

Wow. Once you Yoga at Old Oak Meadow, how can you possibly Yoga anywhere else! I did one hot yoga class indoors with the infrared heated room and it was epic. I loved it so much that I did another class on the outdoor yoga platform and.... just wow. And to boot, Kaitlin is one of the best Yoga instructors I have experienced. Breathing in the fresh Santa Ynez air, surrounded by grape vines and the beauty of this property, I'm not sure I've experienced anything like it. How can I possibly go back to the strip mall class back in LA?!?!
Can't recommend this place highly enough.

TL;DR: This is my favorite place in Santa Ynez Valley. It has everything you could want in a yoga studio: a welcoming community, top-notch instructors, a good mix of classes, and stunning scenery.
I love being a part of this community. These are the types of people that you want to surround yourself with. The owners are fantastic, and they are constantly coming up with new ideas, community events, and all kinds of things to make the experience just that much better.
To sweeten the deal even further, this studio is on a picturesque ranch in the rolling hills of Santa Ynez valley’s wine country. The scenery alone is inspiring and would be enough to keep me coming back, but it’s not even the best part.
My favorite part about this yoga studio is that it feels like each class is a carefully crafted, unique experience. There is a lot of creativity in the classes here. Sometimes, you come at a pose from a new angle that helps you understand it better and get deeper into it. In some of my favorite classes, they lead you on a gentle crescendo towards a challenging pose at the end. Then you find yourself actually doing this pose that you never thought you’d come close to. It’s a pretty amazing feeling.
If you live in the valley and are looking for your yoga spot, this is your place. I can’t recommend it highly enough.

I have been a member of Olde Oak Meadow Yoga since the very first day the studio opened. I have sampled every other yoga studio this side of Mississippi, and I can tell you with 100 % certainty that Olde Oak Meadow Yoga is WHERE YOU NEED TO BE. And here are 7 reasons why:
1) INCREDIBLE, passionate, and HIGHLY skilled instructors:
Each instructor offers a beyond wonderful experience, each and every time. Each instructor is unique and offers tremendous value to the overall culture and direction of the studio. They care about each student and will dedicate themselves to giving you the greatest experience.
2) A close and SUPPORTIVE community:
Community is strongly emphasized at Olde Oak Meadow Yoga. I love the positive vibes; even after a long work day, I am instantly renewed by the kindness and support of the instructors and fellow students. And I believe that when you feel supported in yoga (and in life), you take more risks and grow into your fullest potential!
3) An owner who knows each student and wants to make your experience UNFORGETTABLE:
Kaitlin Breuninger, the studio owner as well as a FABULOUS instructor, is one of the most dedicated and passionate women I've ever met. She is one of those rare individuals who sets her sights on her dreams and makes them come true. With close to a decade of yoga experience, Kaitlin is constantly bringing new experiences and knowledge to the studio. She has brought some of the most gifted instructors from MILES around to teach at Olde Oak Meadow Yoga. And they are here because they know it's HAPPENING at this studio! Each class, with each instructor, is both mentally and physically...hmmm, what's the word? DELICIOUS!
4) A VARIETY of classes:
There are so many classes to choose from (including the newest addition: Bounce Trampoline Fitness)! In each class you will learn how to connect with your own body and understand, on a deep level, the interconnection of muscles, joints, and systems. I end each class in astonishment of how much I learned and was able to do as a result of such expert guidance.
5) An infrared heating system that makes you feel AMAZING (without drying you out!):
The infrared heating system is YUMMY. My husband has been to other studios for heated yoga and almost fainted each time. My husband LOVES the heated yoga classes at Olde Oak Meadow Yoga! The infrared heating system makes you feel warm and full of energy from the inside out, rather than blowing hot air in your face!
6) A SERENE environment:
View of the beautiful, rolling Santa Ynez hills while your in Down Dog?
Check!
Estate vineyard?
Check!
Birds singing? Crickets chirping?
Check!
7) COOL, LAVENDER towels!
And just when you begin to think you might actually reach Nirvana...you get a cool, lavender towel placed gingerly in your hand as you float into Savasana.
Seriously, folks. Come on down.

Such a beautiful studio! It felt like I was spoiling myself to be able to go to this place to workout.
The first class that I attended was mellow flow with Jasmine, she created a space with her energy that was so serene.
Next I tried Yin yoga with Carlna, her ability to not only lead us into some amazing deep stretches, she also provided an atmosphere of mindfulness with each move.
I was both nervous and excited to check out their bounce class with Kaycie. I had never done a class like that before but have been wanting to try it for some time now. She and the other students were so welcoming and instantly put my worries at ease, as to if I could keep up or not. Not to mention it was so fun and hit all the target areas on my body that I am trying to work out and improve. Her music selection was fresh and upbeat!

If you haven’t explored this yoga studio yet, you should. The owners are the most wonderful people, and the community center they have built is truly special. Each instructor I have encountered here is knowledgeable, kind, caring, and loves the practice of yoga. Wherever you are in your yoga journey, whatever level you are at, check this place out. You’re bound to fall in love with it as much as I have.

This stunning studio tucked away in the vineyards of Santa Ynez is the perfect place to find some peace after a long day of work or to get your butt kicked in a hot Vinyasa Flow class. Kaitlin and Jonah have curated a spectacular place in which to practice yoga and brought together a diverse, talented team of teachers. A no-judgement, community space, it's the perfect spot to try your first yoga class or to further a long-standing practice. So grateful to have this studio in the valley!

I love teaching and practicing at Olde Oak Meadow! There's such a positive and calm energy, and I enjoy the variety of classes in our schedule. I'm grateful to be part of a team of such talented, kind, and committed teachers. I can't recommend this studio highly enough. Here are some of my favorite things aside from the excellent yoga: cool lavender towels, occasional visits from two happy dogs after class, a lovely, clean space to practice, meeting new & wonderful people, pink mountains at sunset.

Olde Oak Meadow Yoga is an amazing yoga oasis in the middle of wine country. I found the property very charming and the class was a fantastic way to rejuvenate the next morning after wine tasting. The location is quite central while feeling remote. I enjoyed Kaitlin's class and was even more impressed when I found out her and her partner designed and built the studo. My main regret is not taking photos to share the experience with friends- writing a review feels like redemption - I guess I was just too in the moment.

I recently took a trip to Old oak meadow with my girlfriend for a relaxing weekend of wine tasting. While we were there, naturally she really wanted to practice yoga... well we were in luck! We were staying at a place which to my knowledge, has the only studio in the area. A beautiful spacious studio with temperatures that must have been over 100 degrees, super friendly experienced teachers for all levels. A MUST VISIT!!

As a 13 year old yoga veteran and certified teacher living in San Diego, I value the craftsmanship and intentional design of the Olde Oak Meadow Yoga studio. From the natural morning light to the living wall and earthy tones, Kaitlin and Jonah have poured their hearts into creating a community space that evokes the true beauty of Santa Ynez Valley.
Kaitlin provides a holistic approach to the studio programming, accessible for all levels and for those seeking a deeper connection to their practice. Whether it's the first time stepping on your mat or improving you advanced inversions, there's a class for everyone!
Can't wait to bring my friends here for a future class or retreat!
Great job to the Olde Oak Meadow Yoga team!
