Awesome place for families who have kids. 10 out of 10 for sure. If you have kids and want to go exercise this is the place to be. Kids played for more than an hour no problem, even better if there are other kids they can play with. This place is quite even with a kiddie playground. Has everything you need to exercise just like any other gym.

Great kids play area that is enclosed. No wifi, no overhead speakers so make sure you bring your headphones if you enjoy music. Back room has no mirrors but is a great extra space for stretching, warming up, and cooling down. They’ve added equipment and whatever they don’t have they’re willing to hear about how to improve the gym. Hours are pretty good. They don’t have 24hr access here, but I wish they would!

Good for a secondary gym on an air force base. There is a childrens play area and a spot for crossfit people to get their ligament ripping pump on. If you are less "hardcore" there are plenty of machines and treadmills. Personally there was always a rowing machine free!
