Welcome to On Point Pilates Studio where mindful movement is our passion. Integrating Pilates into our daily movements helps strengthen the whole body, which can help decrease pain and increase vitality and quality of life. We offer small group classes to ensure quality instruction and individualized learning experience, by offering modifications and progressions to each exercise. We look forward helping you with your health and fitness goals. Pilates is safe for all levels of fitness and it's never too late to start. I attended two Pilates Mat Flow + Props with Amanda Swift. I have been struggling with mid, upper back and neck pain for some time. My wellness journey has included visits to the chiropractor, physical therapy, x-rays, home stretching and the gym to find some relief. It was at these two pilates classes that I was able to discover the root of my pain, disorganization of my body posture. Amanda is so passionate and knowledgeable of the Pilates principles from her personal experience in her practice. I was amazed at how in just two classes she was able to help me discover the imbalances in my body as she walked around class and gently assisted with guiding each participants body posture according to each pose. In those two classes I was able to feel the difference between which muscles I over engage and which muscles I under engage. I was sore the next day but a new different type of sore. I could feel new muscle engagement that I did not feel before from the poses in class and to my surprise they were muscles that I didn't even think I was using! All the more showing the overall connections within the body. I thought I had back problems but I actually have ribcage posture problems and with Amanda’s help I am now able to notice when I’m in old posture position and help my body shift to these newly discovered positions. I have fallen in love with Pilates because I feel the difference in the “organization” of my body! Thank you Amanda for sharing your passion, your love and your understanding of Pilates!

I would like to give a shoutout to Amanda at On Point Pilates Studio. Amanda helped me through my pregnancy and prepared me for natural birth or C-section. I had an emergency C-section and pilates played such a positive role and a fast recovery. I was able to walk and had no pain from Amanda building my core to be so strong. Don’t believe the 1-star reviews posted by this poor lady’s crazy stalker. Amanda has saved my life! It sounds dramatic to say, but not moving the body and our sedentary computer working lives are killing us. At 44, I’ve spent the last 4 years battling an autoimmune disease. No energy, no exercise, NOTHING. Amanda started me super easy and slow with movements that just kind of woke up my body. After my 1st session I cried realizing how out of shape I was. But now, after 3 months of once or twice a week lessons and shifting my mindset to focus on conscious movement and not sitting if I can avoid it, I can see my abs (and I’m still 140lbs). I feel SO much stronger! I’m sleeping better! I have more mobility! I have less pain! I’m no longer slouching!

EVERYONE should try Amanda at On Point. She is SO knowledgeable and tailors each session to each body!!! She’s seriously THE BEST!
