I was just explaining to my fiance why One Down Dog in Eagle Rock is my absolute favorite yoga studio to go to and I had to come on here and spread the good word! All of the instructors at this studio are incredibly kind and friendly which gets me out of my head and makes me feel so welcome. The yoga is top notch where it starts really gentle and before I know it, I'm in a flow and it feels amazing. It is hard to find any studio anywhere that can match the positive vibes that this one does. I'm so grateful to them!

Was in town visiting friends and stumbled upon One Down Dog. Their intro special was perfect and easy, and loved their classes and teachers were super nice and knowledgeable. Iβll come back when in town again!

After trying one free yoga session, I then recently tried their intro offer for 21 days, and I am so happy I found this studio. I have just joined unlimited for the next 3 months. The first week, I did yoga every day, and the second and third weeks I alternated yoga with FIT and STRENGTH classes online with Audrey- amazing! In person, each instructor is easygoing and supportive, and all types of bodies go to this studio! Every instructor has something new to offer and each class is different. In addition to a variety of yoga classes, they have fitness classes including strength and circuit training. While I loved coming to the studio in Eagle Rock and will probably make it for more in-person classes after work, I am really grateful they also have so many online classes that can be done LIVE from home. Also very cool that you can visit any of the studios with your membership. I am really appreciative of the online fitness classes where we all keep our cameras on and someone is there live, coaching my form. I never feel judged or talked down to, everyone is very nice. What a gem of a spot to stay healthy and feel good about yourself!

Love practicing Yoga here, for 8 years! The early classes work best for me, love the teachers/instructors!! Wish there were more takers for early classes, only to ensure we keep them! Thought π€ Early bird special rates may inspire! Peaceful time for Yoga!

Awesome staff and class offerings in three L.A. local studios. For my first class, I chose a weekend Eagle Rock flow class taught by Pamela. The vibe is mellow and friendly and I was glad to invest in myself with a three-week unlimited trial membership. Virtual and on demand classes are also offered. Additionally, for being financially challenged such as someone like myself, there is a membership fund that can assist you. I emailed the staff and told what I could afford, and was graciously accommodated! I was impressed by the various students who attended my flow class, people in all shapes and sizes and yogic abilities. You can't go wrong trying out ODD, give it a consideration, or...in their websites' words...are you Down?!

I have been a member of yoga studios in Boulder, Denver, Austin, Boston, Paris, London, and other studios in LA, but this is hands-down the best I have been part of. The community is welcoming and strong, the yoga is solid and diverse, and as a community member you matter. Thank you ODD for helping me through the quarantine and for facing social and environmental justice head-on by acknowledging the inequalities and embracing a positive future.

This is definitely the place to be if you wanna chill, flow, shop, or just have a good time through movement along with music. Instructors are very knowledgeable more of a community based local studio compared to the corporate kinds :)

I recently took a chill class with Jeff Van Ness. It was absolutely awesome, challenging & calming. His style was great, a simple mindful no-nonsense approach to yoga that makes class very rewarding. The studio is very nice and welcoming. .

This place has everything from yoga as an exercise to meditation. Many different classes during the morning day and night. The instructors are great, nice kind people. It's worth the $40 as a new student to have 30 days of unlimited use. I've done yoga classes at 24 hour fitness, but I prefer going yo this yoga studio

Been down dogging for 8 years now and been to different yoga studios all over LA. I went to this yoga studio before it was One Down Dog. The energy here now is MUCH better. The teachers are kick ass, especially Amy @ Sculpt and Emily @ Flow. I wish for three things - more time teaching inversions in class (not just through workshops), free water or tea, and a quick swiffer sweeping in-between classes.

I LOVE THIS YOGA STUDIO!!!! I purchased a 20 class pass on Groupon and have tried almost every class with every instructor. They offer different classes which focus on different needs: relaxation and balance (Chill), calorie burn (Sweat), etc. Every single instructor is extremely knowledgeable in their practice and encouraging to each student, focusing on form so you get maximum results while protecting your body from injury. It's a small studio with a very personal feel without feeling exclusive or arrogant. I always feel amazing when I leave class and stronger than when I first walked in. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL LEVELS!!!
