Our private studio combines functional strength training, TRX, Dumbbells, kettle bells, and mobility work to help you move better, feel stronger, and live pain-free. I started with Coach Nzhde back in December. At the time, I wasn’t in the best place and really needed to do something to feel better. Coach was amazing from day one—always pushing us to do more without ever making us feel insecure. His gym is welcoming, uplifting, and truly a great place to be. Not only have I had some of the best workouts and strength training sessions, but I’ve also built some beautiful friendships there.

I met him in third grade:) He was motivating and forward thinking even back then. My former student is now my teacher! The three year journey has been life changing. Coach Nzhde's dedication, compassion, and knowledge not only made me realize the importance of strength training after 50, but he authentically made me internalize the outlook that this is a lifestyle change. Classes at One Strength are fun, intimate, and most importantly, doable for all levels. Just returned after hip replacement surgery...as he always says, "the hardest part is showing up!"

The energy and joy he brings to a workout is unmatched. He’s SO thoughtful, attentive, and cares deeply about the athletes and friends around him. He focuses on your health and well being among anything else and loves watching people grow their strength. I’ve worked with Nj for over 10 years now, I couldn’t work out with anyone else!!!!

I absolutely love training sessions at One Strength Fitness. Whether it's a one-on-one session or a group training session, it's ALWAYS a great workout.
