ON Pilates is a professional Pilates studio located in the heart of LA’s Koreatown, Pilates studio located on the 7th floor, offering personalized one-on-one sessions and the latest reformer equipment to support weight loss, postpartum recovery, rehabilitation, posture correction, strength building, and flexibility improvement. Led by a certified STOTT Pilates instructor, we provide safe and effective training for everyone from beginners to advanced practitioners.Trial sessions available at a discounted rate. As a former athlete, it’s rare to find an instructor who truly understands the body, but Jamie is one of those gems. I’ve been training with her for almost six years, and she’s by far the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had. She’s so knowledgeable, always finds the right modifications for my injuries, and still pushes me in the best way. Her studio is spotless, welcoming, and full of positive energy — I always leave feeling stronger and cared for.

I used to have severe back pain and never saw results from Pilates or gym training before. Jamie is an excellent instructor, and I 100% recommend her if you're in the Los Angeles area! She's incredibly attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about her clients. She offers up to 3:1 classes, but I started with a friend in a 2:1 class, which was a great introduction to STOTT pilates on a reformer machine. After taking a short break, I returned for 1:1 sessions because I was experiencing back pain and wanted to improve my posture while getting a solid workout. The only thing I regret is not going back sooner!

Here is my first exposure to Pilates. Jamie is extremely professional and focused on all the details to make sure I’m doing the right exercises, which changed all my perspective on Pilates as a heavy lifter. In addition, I highly recommend the 1 on 1 session at the studio compare to bigger group classes as you can have a dedicated instructor by your side and adjust the intensity & targeted muscle groups for you personally.
