my first reformer pilates experience, & I'm officially hooked. Shira is incredibly kind and welcoming, and has a way of communicating complex concepts in such a straightforward way. she's not only knowledgable about the body and practice but also has the gift of teaching!! I feel lucky to have found this place.

Shira is the best! She worked one-on-one with me postpartum and helped me re-find my strength and confidence in my pilates workouts as a new mom! She tailored each session based on my specific needs, each one building on what we worked on prior. Highly recommend <3

Just had my first session with Shira, and she's amazing! Super knowledgeable, and she makes sure your form is right so you don't injure yourself. And she's overall pleasant to be around. Her space is super easy to get to, there's a parking lot, and it's nestled inside Back Bender's unit in Eagle Rock with beautiful crystals everywhere! I'm definitely going back.

Shira is an incredible teacher- really knowledgeable, down to earth, and welcoming. Her one on one sessions are expertly tailored to your own needs, and with the group classes capped at 3 people, you will get the same detailed attention and assistance that can be hard to come by in bigger studios! I couldn't recommend her highly enough.
As a bonus- there is parking out front, as well as plentiful street parking!

So glad to welcome this studio to the neighborhood! Can’t recommend it more. Shira is wonderful — super knowledgeable but also such effortless energy. The “group” classes are actually only 3 people max so you’re getting a lot of hands on attention — so much nicer than the huge studios around. She just started doing her own thing after working at some of the cooler & respected studios around LA. I feel like this place is gonna fill up fast with regulars.
