I absolutely love this gym! The equipment is great and the workout plans actually work, but what really makes it special is the people. There’s such a strong sense of community here. Everyone is friendly, supportive, and genuinely wants to see you succeed.
Ashlei, the owner goes above and beyond for her members. She’s always checking in, sending personal messages of encouragement, and finding ways to keep everyone motivated. You can tell she truly cares.
Plus, the gym hosts group events like 5k runs, and hikes — sometimes local trails, and amazing trips out to Sequoia National Park! It’s such a fun way to stay active and get to know everyone outside the gym.
If you’re looking for a place where you’ll feel welcome, challenged, and part of something bigger than just a workout, this is it!

I first stated at Optimal in the summer. First time meeting everyone was on a hike. I got experience the close bond that Optimal has. They pushed me and ensured I still had fun. Since then I have been going to Optimal for four months and even on my off days Ashlei goes above and beyond to make sure I know it’s okay to start again. Optimal Training is a gym that promotes a healthier lifestyle and builds confidence through personal training and group sessions. Coach Ashlei is committed to providing programs and trainers that will offer the best results. The coaches encourage lifestyle changes such as healthy eating and healthy habits. I began OT in 2021. 2 years later, I’m currently 40 pounds down. Not only have I lost weight and inches but I’ve gained muscle and confidence.
Optimal Training is a great gym to begin and commit to a healthier lifestyle.

The OT trainers have crafted an extremely welcoming and friendly environment where you feel safe. Starting a fitness journey can be quite daunting but the amount of help and motivation you receive at OT makes it much easier to start and want to continue. The group training sessions work best for me because working with others pushes you to do more and surround yourself with others who also care about their health, wellness, and level of fitness.

Highly recommend this gym to ANYONE/EVERYONE. This gym is for everyone, at any gym level all are always welcomed. Ashlei is patience and determined to get her clients to their designed goals! I highly recommend Optimal Training Health & Fitness to anyone who is looking for a healthy life style change. My Trainer (Ashlei) really motivates and encourages everyone who goes to be the best version of themselves. I was one that HATED going to the gym and now I MISS working out if I don’t go. Hands down the best gym! I love the group training sessions because everyone encourages one another to push through the workout, especially on those hard days and this makes it easier. The trainer always brings good energy and motivates you to never give up, she truly believes in each of her clients. If anyone is looking for a great gym, this is the place to be. I’ve been a member of OT since 2018. This was my first experience with an actual trainer/coach so I didn’t know what to expect. Ashlei came highly rated by a good friend of mine so I thought I’d try it out. I’ve seen a lot of people come and go since I’ve been there. You have to commit to your health and find someone who you believe in and who believes in you. It’s hard work but well worth the effort. Nothing happens overnight and you have to trust the process and put in the work to get the results you want. My only regret is that I didn’t find her sooner. My husband joined with me last year and our 5am workouts are the best way to start our day. If you’re looking for a good trainer, she’s the real deal!

You are better off going to any other gym, this girl is a fake, don't believe me if you look at the pictures she post, she has everyone doing the same routines, and if you also notice she does not post any before or after pictures, because she is not actually helping anyone acheive their goals. It is a my way or the highway vibes inside of her gym, she also makes her clients feel uncomfortabl if you know what I mean, and I am not talking about any male customers she has. Give your money to any other gym, do not go here.
