We specialize in personal (and semi-personal) training, kettlebell training, bootcamp, conditioning and strength training. Iβve been training with Coach Stone for a year and a half and itβs the first time in years Iβve consistently stuck with a workout routine for this long. His workout programs are varied and progressive, so I never get bored and can see and feel my progress. I come in the mornings and the gym is *never* overcrowded, I can always do my workout calmly and without having to wait ages for equipment. I have neck/shoulder issues and Stone customizes my workouts to both avoid overworking tight shoulders and strengthen the muscles I need to address my poor posture. Honestly the best gym Iβve ever been to, thank you Stone!

I've been working out at OMP for a few years now, on and off, and the personalized workouts are exactly what I need to train at my own pace. The workouts let me get in the zone as I pump iron. Stone is a stickler for form (as he should be!), which has been invaluable over the years as I've had little to no injuries. The workouts themselves are challenging and progressive, with increasing weights over the weeks. They are never boring and certainly not easy.
Stone's flexibility with my crazy work schedule is something I greatly appreciate, as I hate to miss my workouts. His knowledge and expertise have made my fitness journey fun and I've noticed the changes on my body. Keep it up, Stone! :)

I've been training with Stone at OMP for over a year now, and he is a fantastic trainer. Before I started training with him, I had been doing bodyweight workouts for a year and had hit quickly a plateau. But with Stone's guidance and support, I've made significant progress in my strength and overall fitness.
One of the things I love about OMP is the semi-private coaching option. It's the perfect balance between individual attention and affordability, as you get all the advice you need without the hefty price tag of one-on-one coaching. And the gym itself is spacious and well-equipped, with all the machines you need to get a great workout.
But what really sets Stone apart is his calm demeanor and precise advice. He corrected my form on countless exercises and always had my workout program ready for me each day. With his focus on core work, slow weight progression, and proper form, I always felt safe from injury and confident in my ability to progress.
Honestly, I never thought I'd enjoy lifting weights, but Stone has made it almost fun! And now that I'm confident in my form and ability, I've even invested in some home gym equipment. If you're looking for a supportive and effective gym experience, I highly recommend checking out OMP and working with Stone.

Stone is very knowledgeable and will help push you towards your fitness goal. I started out at OMP just try to stay fit after college. Not only did I reach the best shape of my life, but I also learned so much about structuring my training program, correct form for a lot of exercises, and the winning mentality from his daily knowledge. The man is a beast. I would 10/10 recommend this gym. Sad that I have to leave OMP bc of relocation.

This place is worth your money, and totally affordable. Stone will take your functional movement measurements, analyze your gait, listen to your goals/issues and come up with a custom routine just for your body. He's incredibly knowledgeable--I mentioned an issue I had gone to PT for, and he gave me some stretches to do regularly and the issue went away. I would never leave this gym if I wasn't leaving the bay, and I will definitely come back when I'm here to visit. Strong back/core = no more injuries! Thanks Stone!!

OMP is the best. This is a no-nonsense gym with the friendliest people. Stone is patient and kind, but will get you outside of your comfort zone to make you physically and mentally stronger. I've become leaner, stronger, and more resilient. Highly, highly recommend.

I've been training with Stone for several years now. He's truly a genius at crafting the whole body workout. They're perfectly constructed- active warm up of main muscle groups, targeting ones that'll be pushed in the workout and incorporating as much of the body as possible, making it a valuable hour every time we meet. His choices are spot-on. He knows me, what I'm capable of and pushes me 'just enough' when I feel unsure. He also listens and accommodates for range or neurological limitations. As a Physical Therapist of 19 years, I recommend him to anyone looking to improve stability and strength.

Stone is a phenomenal trainer and OMP is the best gym. The workouts are spot on - challenging, fun, and personalized. Love how he designs monthly programs and I can feel myself getting stronger by the end of each month. He always pushes me just the right amount out of my comfort zone. And it's the best mix of having access to a trainer and being independent. The gym is a great mix of people and levels, very welcoming! A wonderful place to get fit!
