Optimum Strength has been a great place for my kids to train. Zac is very knowledgeable about all facets of Olympic weightlifting, speed and agility, and the overall health and well being of my athletes needs. We have one that trains for football and our daughter trains for volleyball and we have seen significant improvement in both their skills in a short amount of time. Zac, is the best trainer I have ever had. I have shoulder and knee injuries and he helped me so much. He did a lot of stretching and exercises that didn’t aggravate my injuries. I was able to gain muscle with zero pain, and in turn my shoulders and knees feel so much better. He really really cares about his clients well-being. Zac is knowledgeable, passionate, easy to talk to and again the best trainer ever.

I trained with Zac for about 6months and I can say that he has been the best trainer I have ever worked with. Zac knows his stuff, he knows how to help you and what to fix. In my case, I struggled with my form on deadlifts and Zac immediately figured out that I need to add hip mobility routines to my workouts. This changed my deadlifts considerably! If you are looking for someone who genuinely wants to help you in your fitness journey, I would highly recommend Zac.

Before Zac moved into town I was previously with another trainer for about a year, my body never felt right and I was always in pain. As soon as Zac moved in to town I signed up told him my body was always hurting but I did not want to stop training. We started light until Zac was able to get my body mobile and strong. Once I was ready we intensified my workouts and set my goals for what I wanted and I’ve never felt better. Now a year later I was able to get my wife also committed so we both come to Zac and haven’t looked back, I’ve also brought my kids for some workouts also. No matter your level of fitness give Zac a visit you won’t regret it.

Zac is a talented trainer and truly has a gift to motivate and inspire you to achieve more. I don't think I would have had the same results with another trainer or would have stuck with them as long as I have with Zac. He's extremely knowledgeable and is able to explain why and how things work in a way that makes sense to me, which is something I find extremely valuable.
His patience and guidance has helped me reach my initial goals and keep my sights on bigger ones. I am by nature, a cake loving couch potato who went through a total lifestyle reboot.
After many years, what he taught me has helped maintain a higher level of fitness than I ever thought. I have never found another trainer even close to how great he is.

Zac is an amazing guy. Once you train with him you will never go anywhere else. He knows wide variety of workouts and rarely repeats. Doesn't push too much like typical trainers but at the same time motivates you enough to do more. If you are looking for personal training Zac is the guy to go. Highly recommended.

I love how personable this gym environment is. The owner Zac always has open arms and is very heart to heart in conversation with anyone he talks to. "Welcomed" is the immediate feeling I get when I go to this gym. The flexibility of doing any exercise with all the equipment Optimum has, being able to put in the work inside the gym or outside of it with the equipment, the types of programs offered, and I've even gotten the chance to play the role of DJ for the session lol! Overall, just an awesome place where you really feel like a big part of the process!

I’ve been training under Coach Tristan at Optimum Strength now for about 2 months, and I can truly say it has been the best decisions I’ve made. One thing I really enjoy is that the gym is private, so it’s always clean and not crowded, allowing for Tristan and I to have a great workout. Tristan is an excellent trainer with a great amount of knowledge when it comes to personal training, and optimum strength has all the equipment needed for a great workout!

Working out on my own, I really felt like I was plateauing and I wasn't lifting any heavier. And with only 5 different exercises in the 5x5 program, I was looking for a wider variety of things to do at the gym since if the gym is really busy and the squat rack or power cage were taken up, I was at a loss of things to do.
I found Zac at Optimum Strength. I've been working out with him for the past four months, and I've definitely seen a difference so far. I've been able to lift much heavier than I was before through Zac's workout plan and motivation. He was able to give me assistive exercises to help get my other body parts stronger to help with the compound lifts I was looking to increase.
What else is great is that Zac trains out of a private gym. I see other trainers at 24 Hour, and I always thought it'd be weird to have a ton of people surrounding you. At the gym Zac built, it feels much more personal and the equipment is really new. You also don't have to worry about anybody getting in your way since there's usually only a couple other clients there at the same time.
My other reasons to see a trainer were accountability and pace. You're going to workout for sure if you have a training session schedule, and Zac is going to push you much harder than you can yourself. What I like about Zac is that he knows what goals I have in mind and is able to customize things in that direction. He's knowledgeable and is with you every step of the way. He could work with beginners to people who have seen the gym before. I'm no gym rat, but I know with Zac's background, he could help more advanced gym people. And with his help, my PR's keep just going up.

When we first started working out with Zac, we had very little experience and could barely get ourselves thru, Zac helped us build discipline and understand the real importance of strength, balance and posture in our daily lives. Zac is also great at helping you push yourself, and excellent at changing up your routine to not only add variety but also make sure that you are learning the right things the right way while keeping yourself entertained. Great training with Zac. He's extremely knowledgeable and breaks everything down if need be. I've used programs with him over the years and he always tailors it to my needs. I consider myself to be extremely busy and Zac has always maximized my lifts with my limited time. He's great in person or strictly online. When I deployed back in 14 to Afghanistan, he always had my workouts ready for me even though we were on complete opposite schedules and sides of the world. Thanks to Zac, I was able to join the 1000 lbs club which has been a lifelong goal of mine. He's also shredded me down to 12% body fat. There's nothing he can't do for you to reach your desired goals!
