I’m 2 weeks into our women’s group training and loving every bit of it so far. The workouts are challenging & the vibes are awesome! I like how it's a small group so I get more attention from Ashlee vs a bigger group fitness environment. Also, I appreciate the nutrition aspect to the sessions since it's something that I know I need to work on. Ashlee is super educated both on fitness and nutrition and I’m so happy I’ve been able to train with her!

Can't say enough good things about Opus! If you're looking for a boutique, private training facility with impactful, educated and thorough coaches, look no further.

I found Ashlee when I was a few months postpartum and not feeling my best. Working with her has built back my strength both physically and mentally. She has an unmatched depth of knowledge as a coach, and is also postpartum certified so has been able to adapt my program as I've healed. Working with her = RESULTS!

I also had a spine injury a few years ago, so require some "extra attention" to ensure I don't re-injure. Ashlee watches like a hawk to ensure proper form, but is also not afraid to push me when she knows I can do more!

As for the facility, I love its quaint size. It's truly a personal experience, and you don't have to worry about a bunch of people slamming weights or compete for equipment.

I could go on forever about how happy I am to have found this place. If you're in need of a trainer, just go! You won't regret it.

Johnathan and Ashley are both amazing people to talk to and amazing people to train you.

I came to learn how to properly weight lift and find a workout regiment that fit me and that’s exactly what I got

I was weightlifting before but now I feel confident in the movements and exercises I’m doing and know how to track my workouts

Besides that I got the rundown on how to diet and how to track my macros

Johnathan is like a hawk when it comes to finding whatever is wrong with you or whatever you lack in and creating routines based off that and more

I've been someone who has had experience with both personal trainers and group classes. I was in search for a new gym that was able to cater to my schedule as a mom of two young girls. I happened upon Opus Body Lab and scheduled my first two sessions. I was able to do one session with each trainer - Jonathan and Ashlee. They were both incredibly welcoming and very thorough in assessing my physical ability, weaknesses etc to make sure the session was intentional and safe for any injuries etc. Both Ashlee and Jonathan surpassed my previous expectation of a trainer. They were very attentive and aware of my form and made appropriate adjustments that helped isolate a muscle while protecting my body. I knew I wanted to continue on, but wasn't sure if I could financially commit to 1-1 training. Praise God that I started when I did, because Ashlee was just about to launch small group training. This was the perfect fit for my budget and my schedule. I am now a few weeks into the group training and genuinely happy. It's allowing me to stay consistent with workouts each week and focusing on things I wouldn't do on my own outside their gym. The workouts are challenging and focused on strength training to lean out while gaining muscle. Ashlee's commitment to each client has not changed from the same attentiveness I experienced during my 1-1 with her. She demonstrates the workouts, encourages us, loads and unloads weights, and is thoroughly watching our form. Additionally, the atmosphere of the gym is nice. Both Jonathan and Ashlee are kind people and care. Every interaction and conversation is genuine, and not forced. The music is also great, it's not distracting, and I've noticed Ashlee is attentive if a song that may be displeasing to someone comes on she will discretely change it. Overall very pleased with this gem of a gym! I know this program will continue to grow, it's been a blessing to me in the first few weeks.

I've been training with Jonathan for over a year, and it's clear he truly cares about his clients. He takes the time to understand your goals and fears, and tailors the workouts to suit you perfectly. There’s never any pressure, just consistent encouragement and support.

His head may be in the clouds, but his feet are firmly planted in his passion for fitness. This guy genuinely loves what he does, and it's infectious. Building rapport with him is as easy as the warm-up stretches (which, by the way, are surprisingly fun with his quirky sense of humor).

And the results? Well, let's just say my body went from 'potato' to 'potato with abs.' The transformation is real, and it's all thanks to his expertise and guidance.

I have scoliosis and have tried many different trainers; Ashlee is the first one who has modified workouts and exercises to make sure I am getting the most out of based on my mobility. Opus Body Lab is the real deal!!! I have been looking for a well rounded, motivating strength training program like this for a long time. I have always loved working out and staying in shape. As I get older I’m finding it harder to keep the weight off and know that strength training is one of the most important things for my overall fitness health. I look forward to every single workout. Absolutely LOVE this place. Coaches Ashlee and Johnathan are so friendly and will make you feel at home right when you walk in. The training is soooooo well planned and organized for every day. Opus Body Lab is the BEST!!!!!! I’ve done every type of boot camp style workout and each time starts out with a lot of motivation and excitement but after a month or so I get bored and soon stop going. I can honestly say that I am PUMPED to get to our training sessions at Opus. I never wake up and think, “ugh i don’t want to go” because the training program is that good. I also love being coached by Ashlee and Jonathan! I am always amazed with how knowledgeable and dedicated both coaches are to their education, technique and clients. They can effectively coach ANYONE so don’t let age or fitness level get in your way from trying this amazing training facility. I would also like to add that the environment is amazing!!! I can’t say enough amazing things about Opus Body Lab. No matter what your fitness level is, this is a home for you. The coaches focus on long term results all while keeping your immediate goals in focus. There is nothing intimidating about the workout and you are encouraged to practice safety all while growing your skills.
