I took a trial private lesson with Kate and she walked me through the world of pilates step by step. She was very informative during the lesson and I loved the fact that she was going with my pace instead of pushing me too hard. (As a beginner, i had hard time adjusting :) ) I also was impressed that they actually do clean all the equipments right after my session to ensure covid19 safety. Thanks to Orange people - I would definitely recommend this place for my friends and take classes together!

Every time I take a class here , I am amazed. it is notable the effort instructors put into their classes. Hannah, Boreum and Jennifer keep the moves and exercises fresh, which is so important because coming here for so long, the same repetition gets kinda boring. i wish they have more Ariel and yoga classes.

A place like no other! So happy that I listened to my intuition and gave this studio a try. Love it! They are so inviting and truly listen to your concerns and work with you at your level. Every single teacher I've had so far is so nice and the atmosphere is very calming and comforting. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

100% would recommend. I have been going to biweekly sessions and have noticed a great reduction in the amount of backpain that I had previously. In addition, my flexibility was greatly increased. I believe that the spinal flexion and stretches they emphasize here do wonders for my own wellness and physical balance. I believe anyone can have a productive, affordable, and fun pilates workout here!
