Orange Theory is such a great way to get ones needed exercise with or without previous experience. The coaches are all very kind, supportive, and willing to help in any way they can. This location is very nice with quality equipment and great staff. Highly recommend.

Fun atmosphere and great workout. I like how it is individualized.
Edit: watch your billing with OT. I spoke to two different sites telling them I was letting go of my membership due to health reasons. Later, I saw that they continued to charge us for over a year. When I reached out to solve this problem, they said I didnβt quit using the correct form online. That was the last I heard from them. Crappy business model. No integrity.

Orange Theory fitness is the best place to get an overall workout! The staff and coaches are professional and knowledgeable. I find that whenever I ask a question or need to modify my workout they are always willing to help me.
They are also fun and respectful to all members.
I have been a member since 2017, and now at age 80, I find myself doing workouts I never thought possible.
The overall experience of every class leaves me feeling stronger both physically and mentally!
It is the best way to start my day.

I started June 1, 2021 (Alamo) and closing in on my 200th class by the end of June 2022. This past year I have increased my lean muscle, decreased my body fat and lost a few pounds in the process.. My regular OTF workouts (3-4x a week) keep my joints flexible (I have arthritis) Best of all my doctor took me off my diabetes medicine that I had been taking for many years. The Coaches are supportive and give me options for my knees, ankles and wrists when my arthritis acts up. Staff is very efficient. kind and welcoming. I highlyrecommend OTF. Try it out! The picture below is one when I worked out with my son and granddaughter at their studio in another town.

As a Spartan racer, I must give credit to OT for my last ultimate performance at a Beast Race (13 miles & 30 obstacles). My cardio endurance was above the moon!! Their Treadmill and rower workouts combined with strength/ core exercises have changed the game on my last 2 races.

Joining OTF Alamo is the best move I have made in terms of improving my health and fitness. After ignoring my core for years, I was having lower back pain. After a year of classes, my core is stronger and my lower back feels much better.
There is also a focus on cardio/heart strength. Keeping track of where you are and knowing when to push harder is easy with heart rate monitors and screens. The workout is well-rounded, challenging and rewarding.
The benefits of High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) are well-known. Some of the key benefits: Efficient workout, burn more fat, healthier heart, lose weight not muscle, and increased metabolism (leading to a higher burn even after the workout is over).
The coaches are motivational and they all have great personalities. The front desk staff is also a great group. Being in a studio/gym of like-minded people really helps as we push ourselves. The classes are full of young and older, but we all come together for a common goal: Improved fitness.
The app makes it super easy to sign up for classes and also to see results after class. I have included two images: Our group after the twice a year "Dri Tri" challenge plus a screen shot of the app reflecting results from a class.
We have heard the ads for a magic pill or some other effortless way to get in shape. There are no shortcuts to get in good shape. It requires work and discipline which is why so many of us (myself included before OTF) fail to achieve our fitness goals. Why not make the workout fun and rewarding? I feel stronger, look leaner and have an overall better attitude as I succeed in achieving fitness results! Thank you OTF Alamo!

There is nothing I can say to convey my appreciation of OTF Alamo enough. I have been going here multiple times per week for 7+ months and it has changed my lifestyle. I really enjoy all of the coaches and the front staff is friendly and helpful. The coaches will physically challenge you and are always there to correct your form but they are also accommodating of injuries or any other issues. They rock! As a business owner myself I can attest to how hard it is to consistently provide great customer service and OTF Alamo does it. If you are considering trying it out you can not go wrong here.

I read a great book about interval training, and looked for a gym/program where I could do that. Orangetheory has all of it, and more. At this location, the coaching has been thorough and motivating. The coaches don't stand over you to motivate you, and always check to make sure you don't overdo it. They also do a great job of monitoring the floor workouts to make sure you get the most out of the strength exercises. Even on days when I want to take it easy, I still end up burning at least 700 calories. I always feel as though I've emptied the tank when I'm done.

I love the positive atmosphere, how interactive the trainers are, the music, and how the workouts are constantly varied for the "perfect" workout. I have always been an athlete growing up and I've tried pretty much every kind of training whether it's circuit training, crossfit, cycling, etc but this class was absolutely amazing and I signed up for a membership right after.
