I love the environment, the coaches, the vibes. I've had several surgeries over the past few yrs and I was scared I want going to be able to work out again ever. I love that the coaches ask if you have any injuries or limitations and work with you to make sure you can do the workouts.

The effectiveness of the workout. Stephanie, βDJ Jayβ, βDirty Danβ, Leslie, Rocco and Manager Kelsey make the experience effective. In the sense that with their own style they coach to optimal success. I feel that by earning the splats and following the science and with coaches like them, it becomes a positive habit to want to be at class. The community environment from the front desk team is also very welcoming. Also and most importantly, the templates that OTF creates makes for the best most intensive body and mind nurturing food!

I love OTF Brea! From the welcoming environment to the effective workouts, it has been an amazing and supportive place for me to pursue and maintain my fitness goals.
First, Iβd like to highlight the amazing work of Coach Leslie and Stephanie! Their energy is contagious, and they have an amazing ability to manage large classes (large because EVERYONE wants to take their classes!) with ease. Even in jam-packed sweat sessions, they make members feel seen, ensuring each person gets the encouragement and form corrections they need. Their ability to connect with members, offer guidance, and keep the energy high is truly impressive.
I also want to give a shoutout to Coach Jay! His good vibes and positive attitude set the tone for every class. The playlists he curates is always on point, keeping the energy high and the workout fun. I love that he brings humor and laughs into the workout, making them more enjoyable while still being focused on pushing us to our best. He keeps me accountable and challenges me to move outside my comfort zone with exercise variations and/or heavier weights.
Coach Ethan has also been a game changer for me during the strength classes! Heβs constantly encouraging me to lift heavier and perform better than I thought I could. Just when I think my form is on point, heβll come by (in each class! Sometimes several times in each class!) with minor adjustments to challenge me or better target the muscles Iβm looking to work on. Thanks to his support and encouragement, Iβm starting to see real gainz on the floor.
Lastly, a huge shout out to the staff, including Kelsey, Hannah, Roxy, Zarina, Kaelyn, and Emily. Their positive energy and helpfulness contribute to the overall great atmosphere of the studio, and I always appreciate their assistance.
OTF Brea is such an inspiring and supportive environment that it feels like a second home! Thanks to the team for all that you do!

This branch has one of the most welcoming environments and some of the best coaches out there. Shoutout to Coach Ethan, Coach Jay, and Coach Rocco for always supporting me in my fitness goals. Iβve had a slight injury and theyβre always so attentive, making sure my form is good and giving me tips on how to breathe correctly so I donβt hurt myself again. Since I started up at OTF over 5 years ago, I've always been impressed with their coaches and staff. Coaches have always been on point and the front desk has been outgoing and fun. My husband and I just finished our post-workout OTF discussion(over coffee). We compare our stats! This time, we both mentioned that we appreciated Danielleβs coaching.
With her coaching, my husband changed-up how he entered the pushes and all outs on the bike. He told me about the changes and that he βtook her coaching to heartβ.
I listen and use her help when I select my speed and incline on the tread. Today, after class, I thought about how I could use her words in other areas of my life, specifically, that I should trust my body. Iβm going to take that to mean - be less afraid of trying hard things (like creative writing).

Love Orangetheory! Tried it after years of hearing about it from my friends and neighbor. Finally went and was so happy I did. It was a challenging workout but the coach was awesome keeping you motivated throughout. Not to mention great music to pump you up to keep going! Was sore for 3 days afterward so yeah it's a tough workout but well worth it.

I cannot complain about this studio. They are kind, respectful and understanding. I like the fact that everyone is different and youβre always competing with yourself when working out. I love this studio! The lobby is big, and some of my favorite coaches Iβve ever had (Steph, Leslie, and Josh!) I like the slight shift in morning class times every other day, it feels more flexible to plan around.
Floor is cramped, but as long as you donβt choose station 13, thereβs enough room. 5 stars for everything except floor station 13 :)

I've been a member for over 2 years at OTF and it's been the only gym that has changed my mind about creating a healthy workout routine. I enjoy my workouts and honestly, I never thought I would ever say those words. All of the coaches are amazing but some of my favorites are Coach Rocco because he reminds you to never give up and to push through that mental block. Coach Stephanie always encourages you to hit new goals and Coach Leslie is full of amazing energy! I absolutely love working out at OTF Brea! The work outs are always grueling and effective, the music is bumping and the staff is all so supportive and friendly! My favorite coaches are Stephanie, Leslie and Andrew and they always validate me and push me to do better and be my best self. My favorite Gym so far. Iβve been a member since 2019, but the pandemic interrupted my workout plan. After the studio is reopened, I went back to them ASAP. Nice place, very tidy and clean. I have tried classes from different coaches, and I got great experiences from each of them, professional, friendly, caring and inspiring! Good playlist is also a PLUS for me. The vibe during the class is amazing, from the tracking monitor, you could get huge motivation to work as hard as you can. I recommended to my friends and family, they all find itβs a good place where can help you to build an effective workout routine. Highly recommended!

Heart rate monitor, corresponding colors, and app to help see what you've done is very motivating.
I am able to go at my own pace and challenge myself without worrying about the people around me. They are very accepting. As a middle aged woman who is very much out of shape, I am very thankful for that. The treadmill and rowing machine are great for someone who is uncoordinated and needs low impact movement.
It's been 3 weeks and I'm feeling stronger and more confident.

I like that it is super hard and the workout is never the same. I used to go to a pilates class in Brea 3 -4 times a week and it was the same routine every time. That got boring very quick. I saw students from that pilates class who no longer go there but instead attend OTF Brea and have been attending since its opening 3 years ago.It you are going to pay top dollar for a great workout, it better be worth it and challenging. What OTF does best is it keeps switching it up. The coaches are amazing, which is PRICELESS!!

My husband and I went to this gym for two years and we both got injured due to the repetitive strenuous program. My husband had to take painkillers for a year and receive a double epidural. Now we are going to a gym that costs $10 a month and our bodies are finally recovered and fit.
Besides the irrational routines, the classes were ridiculously expensive for a crammed space that smells of fried garlic from the neighbor restaurant, they only had one toilet and one shower, no lockers (we witnessed 2 thefts), the customer service was inexistent, the cancellation policy abusive, and the schedules very reduced, forcing you to lose classes every month.
Summary: save your money, save your health and go somewhere else.

Beware of their conveniently hidden policies... great programs and most of the coaches are solid but everything else is lacking. Policies and customer service are deceitful at best. And if you work a normal full time schedule, good luck actually booking the classes you want.

There are so many reasons why I love OTB! First it is a full 60 minute workout, you are challenged for the full 60 minutes! I love the combination of running/cardio and weight training. The coaches are top-notch and keep you motivated the entire workout! The gym is CLEAN! I love the strict cleanliness guidelines! I also love the Tuesday 10:25 90 minute class, I would love to see one more 90 minute during the week! I have tried a lot of programs and most recently CrossFit. Nothing againts CrossFit, but I came out of CrossFit injured a lot. I also didn't like that the coaches thought we were in boot camp (been there).
At OrangeTheory, the coaches are there to push you, and not berate you. I end up pushing myself harder and have yet to leave injured. Rather, I leave inspiring myself after finding new distances my body (and mind) are willing to go.

Beware! I hurt my back due to the strenuous exercises on their routine. There is no supervision and you will get hurt too unless you are extremely fit. I have spent over $300 in doctors, pain killers, muscle relaxants and physical therapy.
