If you want to get the best general fitness classes, look no further than Orange Theory. I have previously done Cross Fit and whilst I enjoyed it, I was getting injured all the time. The great thing about Orange Theory, especially as you become 'senior' is the that it is very safe and at the same time, you build muscle and endurance. There is a great sense of community here as well.

Great high intensity workouts that are different every time you go. Majority of classes are 1 hour, but also have strength or tread specific classes that are 50 minutes.

I really like the Danville location itself. Very easy to find parking, the space feels more spread out, and I like the windows letting in natural light. Susan was our coach, and she was fantastic. Our front desk associate was Marley, and she was so helpful and kind. Facility and restrooms are also very clean. I would definitely come back to do an Orangetheory workout at the Danville location!

Amazing energy, amazing sound system. I come from the East Bay in which my 2 home studios have bad loud sound system, and I’m always using special hearing protection. This studio in Poway is amazing. The coaches I trained with were very energetic and engaging. Next time I’m in San Diego, I will definitely come to this studio!

Each week, adults need 150 minutes of physical activity and 2 days of muscle strengthening activity, according to the current Physical Activity Guidelines for Americans by the CDC….look no further than Orange Theory Fitness to comply to these regulations with 2G, 3G & Lift45 classes offered every week! The coaches are incredibly caring & encourage the members to do their best. Most important to me are the metrics provided during & post work out. It’s worth spending your precious time, energy & money here at Orange Theory Fitness.

I really enjoyed the workouts and the coaches were wonderful. However, it was the handling of me canceling my membership that really turned me off. I felt I should share this so others are prepared.

I signed up and asked at the time how cancellation/changing my primary location worked given I was expecting to move out of state. They said it was super easy, no contract, cancel anytime. Well I moved and I called the Danville location to cancel. The woman said I was supposed to cancel in person, but she’d send me a form to cancel and stop payment. She never did. Few days later I call again, inform them I was charged for a new month and had requested cancellation. The woman told me I would be refunded and she would send the form. I later received a call from the manager who was 1) very very rude that I didn’t cancel in person and this was a huge impetus to them and she was adamant she told me this when I signed up and 2) I was going to be charged because that was the OT policy. I informed her that two previous employees stated differently. She eventually said she would not charge me given the whole debacle. I received the cancellation form finally. I sent it back immediately. They never confirmed receipt or confirmed my cancellation and they never refunded me the money. I attempted to reach out a final time to no avail. I had been planning to sign up for OT in my new city but given the experience I’ve opted to try Barry’s instead. Felt I should share this so others are prepared should they need to cancel: cancel in person, cancel a month prior to when you really need to cancel, and avoid the manager.

From the moment my husband and I walked in we were greeted and welcomed. Both very comfortable with athletics, we really didn't know what to expect. Customer service from the owner(s), front desk to instructor were all very warm, welcoming, informative, educated and supportive. I must admit, I felt very uncoordinated, but also understand it take 5, 10, 20+ classes to reap the benefits. We are 65/66 and looking to put back on some muscle and strength and very much looking forward to working with this amazing team to get the results we want! Thanks you!

Orangetheory is the best full body workout I have taken in a very long time. The studio is clean, organized, top notch equipment and so much fun. A coach guides you thru the hour long interval training with great music and enthusiasm. I have been working out for 40years and this is FUN!

I joined Orange Theory a month ago. I am extremely impressed with the guidance and coaching of the team onsite. The GM Rick Kemsley made the experience of signing up and starting a smooth process. I love the mix of cardio, weights and rowing, all in 55 minutes.
