Orangetheory folsom is such a great place to workout. The classes are heart rate based. Different workout every day the coaches instruct and demo for you so you just have to show up. The front desk staff are so professional and sweet young people there are also clean showers if you need to head out to work. Orangetheory Folsom is the best!!!!

I started coming here almost a year ago and it's the best decision I made. The coaches are always encouraging, helping me improve my form, or pushing me to reach higher limits with weight choice. The challenges are always fun (well, except for Orange Everest) and I love to see my progress with each new one on the app to see if I achieved a new personal record.
The best part by far, are all of the people you meet. In addition to being a great workout, it's my social hour in the morning as well. Bonus that my sister goes to a Bay Area Orangetheory and we compare challenge results. π

Located next to the parking garage in the Palladio shopping center, this is the absolutely best place to workout. Motivating coaches, a great soundtrack while you work out, heart rate monitors to keep you in the right effort zones, creative workouts so every session is different. To be repetitive, this is the best way to exercise.

I am so glad I decided to join OTF and make this my home location. All of the staff are so friendly and welcoming and the coaches are motivating and encouraging. I love that the workouts change each day and I enjoy the music they play during the workouts. Many coaches help perfect your form and want to help you do the best you can. It's hard to reach the manager at the gym and they have mass unfreeze the accounts without checking with you beforehand during the times of COVID without even checking if people are comfortable to come back. They won't refund any amount and will keep charging the account even after letting them know that you are not comfortable.

I have been coming here for one week same time, 25 min before class and all tread cards are always gone. This is 4th time i walked in and 4 people were sitting waiting for class and front desk told me all tread cards were gone. How is that possible? I was informed at my home studio that you cannot reserve cards but apparently at this studio cards are saved my the front desk for people. I have been to multiple studios in the country and this is the only place i have seen this happen. Is there an option on the folsom classes to reserve machines?

OTFFO is a great place to work out. The staff is friendly and the coaches are awesome! They push you to do your best and their playlist is high energy. Members are encouraged to high five or first bump each other making it so fun and worthwhile. The work out templates are never the same during the week which takes out monotony and boredom.

MY NEW FAVORITE GYM! I love how dynamic the workouts are, I love the coach support and encouragement, I love the other members and how they treat each other like family. I also love that I can go 6-7 days per week and I don't feel like I'm over-working or injuring my body. The heart rate ranges let me know when I need to lower my intensity or when I need to pick it up, so its a great way of keeping my body safe while increasing my fitness!

I go in and I know Iβll have a great workout. I was a little scared walking in because I have injuries, and I donβt run. Scott made me feel right at home from the get go. He and the rest of the coaches made every effort to accommodate my injuries. Everyone has been so understanding while still pushing me. I look forward to coming in, and I actually get pissed when I have to work because I know I wonβt be able to workout that day. Lol.

I was in a rapid downward spiral after a move (selling a home, living at the Staybridge Suite for three months and buying a home), a carrer change and the loss of my father all in 5 months. Stress, depression and many sleepless nights = extream weight gain. I was not really eating my emotions away, I just didnβt care what I was putting into my body nor did I want to get out of bed to adult or exercise.
I didnβt want to financially commit to Orange Theory but I wanted a change. I just finished my 5th week (3-4 times a week) and Iβm so happy. Results donβt happen over night and I know that so Iβm giving myself 12 weeks to see a physical difference. However, Iβm stronger, I have more energy and Iβm starting to feel happier. I love how I donβt have to think about βwhat am I going to do todayβ at the gym. I show up and workout. I love the 6:15 am class, crew and coach Joe. Thank you!

Great gut busting workout! I really enjoyed the trainer's motivation to keep pushing. Be sure to bring a towel as you will sweat a lot! The front office has a pretty jarring odor (most likely from all of the workouts that are completed in the "orange room"), so be forewarned.

This place is a waste of time and literally so nasty inside I want to die . I wasted time coming here with a girlfriend and I wanted to scrub my skin so hard it would fall off . This place has bacteria everywhere I'm still crawling with it. Don't waste your time.
