Love my Orange Theory.
The hardest thing to do is show up. Once I'm there I am swept up by enthusiastic clear instructions and evidence based activities. It's never the same workout twice. And I'm getting results! I go to 4 different gyms based on my schedule and location. I have never been turned away from a too full class.

OTF Strawberry has the best workout I’ve ever done. Not to mention, a super nice, clean facility with showers, and a full blow-out bar for when I have to go to work right after a workout. The staff treat the members like family- they know everyone by name!! The coaches are on top of it, and super attentive to their members, and always able to suggest alternatives if you have an injury or are uncomfortable completing a movement. Huge thank you to Jason, Joey, Rachel, Morgan, and Brittni, who make this studio feel like home!!!
Not to mention- this studio has SO much natural light and ventilation!! They have huge glass sliding doors to let a cross breeze in when class gets hard!

I wish I could give this business no stars.
I was a member here for 1 month, the workouts were just ok. Lots of treadmill running and the time you are in the workout floor is very short. I always left feeling like a didn’t workout that day.
My biggest complaint and what I want everyone to know is that no matter what they will charge you a full month when you cancel! I was told by multiple employees that as long as I canceled a month in advance and before the day the next month billing period starts I would not be charged. I was very upset when I was notified they would still be charging my card for a full month, every staff member I spoke to was rude telling me I was wrong, that no one told me such thing.
I contacted my bank telling them to please block any payments from going thru from this company and when I told the orange theory staff worker she said “this happens all the time! All I have to do is show them you signed this contract and the payment will go thru”
The fact that she said “this happens all the time” is enough proof that they are miss informing members of this fee.
I recommend you stay away from this place and try class pass instead! So many great studios to choose from! Great customer service and no surprise fees or rude staff members.

Great coaches! Every minute I spend here is worth it, it’s an amazing workout. I’ve done boxing, personal training etc and at OT is where I’ve seen results within a month.

I joined OrangeTheory because I wanted to be more consistent with my workout. I have been attending/ member for roughly a month now, and I love the positive motivation and atmosphere. Orangetheory makes you feel good about working out, it’s a judge free zone!

It’s my (almost) daily dose of mental and physical fitness with great coaches and wonderful workout buddies. It’s a challenging but always doable workout that constantly changes. It’s the one hour a day I give to my self to improve my overall health and well-being and I always enjoy it (especially the post workout feeling!)

It’s a good, challenging workout, I like that you have a constant visible monitoring of what you’re doing/where you’re at, but mostly I like that no one is yelling at me to go faster or work harder; it’s just a very positive/supportive space. I went through cancer treatments a couple years ago and gained a lot of weight due to my condition and fatigue. It’s been a rough road coming back from that, and I haven’t wanted to be around others while trying to get fit again because I hate where my body is at now, but in Jason’s classes I don’t feel self-conscious, judged or pressured here. Thank you for that! Haven’t tried anyone else yet, but I hear good things about everyone. Olivia at reception is also great and very helpful! Thanks again!

I love going to this location! The instructors are great, staff is friendly, place is super clean, and there is a lot of natural light. I actually drive from SF as its quicker than visiting any SF studio. OT has a great workout for everyone...you can challenge yourself whether you're in great shape or just starting out with a fitness routine.

I love orange theory, especially this location! Everyone who works here is really nice and supportive, and the other people who take classes here are really nice too! All the coaches are energetic and engaging. They're really good about giving options to make things harder or easier, and they check in with everyone during the class. I LOVE that everyone knows everyone's names, it's such a small but impactful touch!
This location also has two showers and a separate vanity room with lots of room for a few people to dry their hair, and they provide hair dryers, curlers, and straighteners. Really nice when it gets busy!
