I recently joined Orangetheory in Palm Springs to work out with friends and to improve my cardio fitness (also doing strength training at Strong Republic). I absolutely love this studio and the two instructors I've taken classes with: Kellie and Seph. They are fun, upbeat and really push us - which is exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier that I joined this studio!!!

I have an unlimited membership with my home studio being in Newport . I’m traveling and this location wouldn’t let me work out without putting a card down when I already have a membership. Iv gone to multiple locations and this has never happened. They stated I would need a card to “hold my spot” when I had already booked the class?

Steph was an amazing coach at our 3G class this morning. High energy and full command of the complexity of orchestrating all 3 groups simultaneously. Recommend him to anyone interested in taking an Orange Theory class in Palm Springs!! Well done!

My best friend and I (both 50 something YO, who haven't worked out in decades) joined Palm Springs Orange theory about 18 months ago and we were so nervous that we wouldn't be able to keep up, or get through a class, and a million other things you tell yourself about why it's too scary to join a work out studio. We were greeted right away by Coach Nathan who was so kind and informative, we immediately began to feel at ease. He encouraged us throughout the class (and nearly every class since), and several others in the class that day welcomed us and encouraged us to keep coming. We did, and brought along my husband who also joined. Us three are now addicted to this place! Orange Theory has the perfect recipe for a successful workout, combined with the coolest vibe. Coach Nathan & Coach Alma's music is always the best (helping to distract us from the challenging workouts!), and under Coach Kevin's management, there is such a feeling of community, with fun holiday workouts and gatherings/activities in the greater Palm Springs area that benefit both our own mental/physical health, and the larger community around our beloved town. As if all that isn't enough reason, we have met and made some of the coolest friends ever, which has lead to pool parties, dinners out, and celebrations both in and out of the OTF studio.
This little studio has changed our lives in the best ways!

I just finished my 40th class at OTF Palm Springs— and I can honestly say that it is the secret of my day. It sets me off on the right foot every morning, and I am continually impressed by the organization of the classes, the kindness of the front desk staff, and the relentless positivity of the coaches. In just the first month, I already can feel myself getting closer to my fitness goals, and I find that I have more energy throughout the day. I will most definitely be keeping my subscription and would encourage any of my friends to try the Orange Theory in Palm Springs.

OTF Palm Springs is the best place to workout in Palm Springs! From the amazing front desk staff to the enthusiastic coaches, I'm truly grateful for the workouts they provide. I've been attending for over 4 years and can't imagine going back to a traditional gym. OTF Palm Springs offers classes for all abilities and no matter what, you walk out being proud of what you accomplished. I am so appreciative for my OTF community!

Tomorrow will be my 25th class at this OTF location and I have nothing but great things to say about it. The coaches are all very motivating and encouraging. They do a great job acknowledging you and keeping your energy up. I’ve had classes with Alma, Kevin, Matty and Steph and they are all amazing. Front desk team are super friendly and helpful. The studio is very clean, the equipment is new and seems to be in great condition. Saw some complain about having to have a cc on file, don’t really see this as a problem as they are running a business. Great location , never a problem parking.

I called to find out more about Orangetheory and no one answered. So I drove to down to Palm Springs to walk in and say hello to find out more.
On their two doors, one said "Open 7 days a week from 6am - 645pm!" and the other said..."CLOSED." No one was there.
I called again and no on answered. If they're still in business there's no evidence. I'd be wary of joining a gym that's not reliable.

The absolute worst Orangetheory. Orangetheory prides itself on allowing Premier members to use their memberships “across the country” - yet this studio called nearly one week in advance for a CC to be taken. I’ve worked at OTF in the past and know this is not a policy anywhere. If you prebook a class you cannot be removed by the studio, especially for not providing a CC even though your CC is in the app. If they’re so concerned about a member not showing they can simply call their home studio and ask to charge the member a late fee. This is terrible customer service & I usually am very pro OTF but avoid this studio at all costs. They do not operate by the policies you agree to as a member and also lie - they told me there was a waitlist of members needing to be let in. Then they told me “once you hand over your CC”
We will let you back into the class….a little sketchy if you ask me. Beware!

Classes are ok, it’s more cardio than anything and it’s a bit hard to get any real strength training in. Also it’s always about 68 degrees in there, and every time I ask to have the air at a temperature that is more suitable for working out they never change it. They are the inky group fitness in town but they need more classes during high season.

As a former coach and someone who has visited multiple studios in cities all over the United States, I can confidently say this was the worst studio I’ve been to. From the aggressive text message to call immediately with a credit card number before my spot was given away to the complete lack of interest in my and my husband’s presence when we arrived, this studio was terrible all around. If you’re ever in the area, do yourself a favor and go to the Palm Desert location instead; they’re absolutely wonderful there and they’ll make you feel at home whenever you’re coming from!

Earlier today I tried to purchase something on your website. It wouldn't take my card. After repeated attempts to make a purchase I finally called in. The young man who answered the phone stated that he could not help me. I asked him to transfer me to IT & he said he could not. I then asked if he could take an order over the phone & again he said he could not. Don't worry! I fixed my problem. I purchased the item through Amazon.

They're really not interested in new customers. And they're really obsessed with time. That should have been my first class and I was late for just 2 min (not for the class, for a sign up paperwork). This is something unbelievable for those people to realize that a person could have been just spent more time to find their location. It's a first class!! You gotta make everything possible to make a good impression. But obviously this people don't care about it. Thanks for showing me your customer attitude before I sign up

Nice size and layout OTF location. The people were very friendly and helpful. It had a good vibe when I was there. I was visiting from out of town and everything was good. I like that it wasn't as dimly lit as some locations. It wasn't overly bright and they still had the orange lights but I could actually see what I was doing which is helpful. The bathroom and place in general was super clean as well.

I was in Palm Springs for modernism week. The staff were so nice! They really took the time to make sure I knew where everything was and they were so warm and friendly every time I walked into the door. I would definitely recommend this Orangetheory to anyone who is visiting Palm Springs!

Honestly the worst OTF I’ve been to. The instructors are ok. Pretty hands off. The MUSIC is the WORST. I miss my home gym and the culture there. I swear every instructor has the same playlist. 80s club and oldies. Half the time the music doesn’t even fit the activity. I love all music and don’t get me wrong I like oldies but a little variety wouldn’t hurt. A little hip hop and pop thrown into the mix…. Ughhh I dread going because of the horrible music.

OTF PS is not adhering to local Palm Springs ordinance requiring everyone indoors to wear a mask (or face shield, in the event of a medical exemption). In one class I attended, 7 out of 15 people in the class were unmasked and nothing was said. Owner was not responsive to feedback and implied i was the problem, not OTF.

I've been taking classes here since there was no pandemic and it rocks! The coaches are super motivational and the exercises are constantly changing giving you a full body work out. If you can't do an exercise the coaches always have an alternative for you.
Expect to be constantly moving and if you put in the work you're gonna BURN calories!
If you like a social gym...it's is pretty social before the class but don't expect to get all chatty during class. You have zero time to chat. It's all go. Go. GO! Sweat, SWeat, SWEat, SWEAt, SWEAT!!! I love it and I'm grateful for OTFPS getting me back in shape and reaching my goal weight.

I hurt my back there at the facility. I let them know and wanted to cancel my membership because I physically could not work out, I could barely walk at that. They let know it wouldn't be a problem. The following month I wasn't expecting to get charged because I thought I had canceled membership. We'll they ended up charging me and took out the little bit of money I had in my account for groceries for my kids and myself. I called them and asked why and was told I didn't give 30 day notice. They didn't care that I couldn't afford groceries for my family all they said was that I could continue to come in and work out while membership was still active. Wth?

Orangetheory has changed my life. The workouts are consistently challenging, the coaches and staff are pro’s, and the clients are fun to work out with. Currently the workouts are outside and equally challenging. Incredible to watch the sun come up and the mountain gradually light up during my workouts. I’d lost 35 pounds or so in my first 6 months and have never felt so healthy. There’s nothing else I’d wake up for at 5:45 AM.

Charged me for a session even though I had a package and told them this at booking. Called and was told I would get a refund, weeks later still no refund, when I called back they refused to issue even after talking to my home studio and confirming I had sessions. Not well run IMO would not go back not worth the headache

They will make you buy a heart rate monitor, they will not let you bring your own... okay whatever, I bought one, heck I bought two!!!... an they both break down, completely stop working both less than 6 months of use, so now I am left with the option to buy a new one for 120$ or workout for $180 a month but with no heart rate monitor (which is the entire reason I joined) like what?! Such a scam, it’s like they make it hard for you to workout, nuts!!! That’s okay I will take my $$$ elsewhere. Please do not sell me a product that will stop working especially when your entire business is revolves around this item (heart rate monitor)

All the coaches at this location makes you feel comfortable, whether you are a beginner or an expert. Coach Mandy, Josh, Jennifer, Ruth and others take time to make sure you have fun while working out! Most importantly for me, they speak clearly so you know what you are supposed to be doing. Never have to worry about getting lost during class!

Completely disappointed! I have been eager I try Orange Theory as a great option for my travel schedule. They have good locations and options. This location is not clearly marked, it’s in a dark area and not easily visible. By the time we found it, we were 15 min late and not able to attend class. I was also told, that if I didn’t show up I was going to be charged. I felt very discouraged after re working my schedule to attend class. Needless to say, I was looking forward to this being an option and an opportunity for my company.
