I’ve been attending Orange Theory for a little over a year now and have fallen in love with the program and instructors at the gym. I was an avid gym goer for years and fell into a slump and had a hard time finding things to motivate me, I finally tried OTF and have not only seen the physical differences but mental. I look forward to my time at the gym and would recommend everyone try it!

I've had other gym membership and have attended many, many fitness classes. The workout I get at Orangetheory is easily the best workout I've ever gotten in a 1-hour class. I also love being able to track my workouts to see how many calories I burned, where I've improved since the last workout, etc. The coaches are friendly and super helpful as well!

I would recommend Orange THEORY to everyone because it pushes you harder than you would normally push yourself. I felt results after only two workouts and that is just amazing so this is a no-brainer.

Orange theory fitness center is like no other workout place. The place is clean, the coaches are fantastic, the equipment and the workouts are great. Working out at Orange theory is more like working out at a studio then a gym. The workouts are different every day. It is not like working out at a normal gym. You make your work out as intense as you want to make it, the coaches are there to help you and to encourage you if you need it. Everyone there does the same work out for one hour. However, you select how hard you can work out. Not everyone can work out the same. On the treadmill some people walk and some people run you decide your self on how you want to work out. You decide yourself on what you can and cannot do.

Even though I've always valued fitness, I have struggled to make it to the gym consistently. Life is busy, and there just wasn't enough pull to get myself there and work out alone on a consistent basis. But Orange Theory has changed all of that for me. I love the group atmosphere, and the feeling of exercising alongside people that are experiencing the same workout with me. And with a coach leading every class, I know I will get a great workout every single time. Orange Theory is the best! So worth it!

There is continued support and encouragement from all of the staff. The coaches are diligent about helping correct positioning or making suggestions. They use our names to make it feel even more personal. I love that fact that it isn’t a “gym”, but a studio. This is what helps it stand out. I’m proud to be one of the Founding Members!

If I could rate lower I would. The facility may be nice and the equipment may be equally good, but I am disgusted at the employees, management, and quality of customer service. If you have to cancel a class for an emergency, they charge you 15 dollars. If you miss a class, 12 dollars. They tell you when you sign up that your membership won't start until you purchase a heart monitor (130 dollars) and that you get a free month, but they fail to tell you that if you need or want to cancel your membership for any reason they will call you multiple times, the employees (particularly Courtney) will become verbally aggressive with you, and the management refuses to do anything about it. I just wanted to cancel my membership and now they want me to pay for two months of a membership when I'm still in my free trial and cancelling should have been problem-free, and my friend didn't purchase a heart monitor which ACCORDING TO THEIR EMPLOYEES means that she doesn't have a membership but they want her to pay for two months to cancel too. It's just a rip off. All they want is your money. You're better off at planet fitness.

My husband and I love it here! We have been going 2 times a week for the last 6 months or so. The coaches are uplifting and helpful, and we love the music too. We love being able to track our performance after each class as well. The app is easy to use. We don't plan on quitting OTF any time soon!!

I don't have to think about it!! I spent years designing my own HIIT/crossfit lifting/old-school iron weights sessions. The time I spent designing and then executing my workouts had little return in my body shape and muscle definition compared to 1 hour 3-4 times a week at Orange Theory!!!

I will be an OT fan for LIFE. Orange Theory has revolutionized my life. Joining OT was the best decision ever. The staff are incredible, very professional, knowledgeable and kind. The trainers are outstanding; always cheering you on and are ready and able to help anyone modify any movements they can not do. After having my four children my abdominal wall separated, so most all abdominal work must be modified, the trainers have helped me every time I needed a modification. I absolutely think the price matches and exceeds the value spent - it’s an investment, but I can’t think of a more worthy investment than my body and personal heath.

I’ve been a member at many different gyms in Redding. OTF is by far the best work out program I’ve done. That staff and coaches are all very friendly, energetic and encouraging. My favorite thing about the classes is that there is no competition between you and anyone else. You’re always challenging yourself and competing against YOU to be better and the coaches encourage you to get there. Although it’s optional to wear a heart rate monitor, I find it crucial for tracking my progress. It’s nice to look at my app and see my progress and changes in fitness for the better. I recommend to anyone to try out OTF if you want results and a challenge - regardless of your fitness level.

Been with OTF for a year now and the best decision j have made with my workout routine. You can do anything for an hour if you put your mine to it. I've been an elite member since they opened which means I've done eight classes a month (basically two a week) for a full year now. I've had improvement in my cardiovascular health and can see the proof with how much faster my heart rate recovers. Love the instructed treadmill sections, makes the treadmill not the drag I've found it to be previously. I like an endurance day and a strength day for heavier weight training. You may prefer the ESP or power days; there's something for everyone. I suggest following them on social media and signing up during one of their promotions.

I LOVE Orangetheory!! I have worked out on my own at gyms for years, but nothing compares to the workouts at Orangetheory. I love that all shapes and sizes are working out together, and everyone is pushing themselves to spend at least 12 minutes in the orange and red heart zones (if you get 12, you increase your rate of calorie burn for 36 hours after the class - there’s science to it that you can read about). The coaches are so supportive and motivating, the music bumps, and the hour flies by! If you haven’t tried your free class, sign up today! You won’t regret it!

A new workout everyday keeps it interesting.
During the treadmill portion of the workout, I really like how they are constantly changing pace and/or incline every 30-90 seconds. For me, it keeps my mind preoccupied or distracted and the 30 minutes flies by.
The coaches are very good at providing alternatives for different levels of fitness or injuries.
I always leave feeling like it kicked my butt.

Awful Customer Service. I tried to call to get some information and was told I had to come in before they would give me any prices. I kindly explained I wanted to know if if was even in my budget. I was told very sternly it is POLICY we do not tell anyone a price and the only way to find out was to come in and tour the facility and do a class. POOR Business practice and awful customer service!

I was bummed to see the poor reviews! My experience has been completely different and I absolutely love OrangeTheory and the staff that works there! They are extremely welcoming, helpful, supportive and encouraging. If I have ever had a problem, they are very accommodating and ensure that I, as a customer, are satisfied. I would recommend this place to anyone who is on a fitness journey, whether just starting out or if you’ve been a long time fitness guru! Five stars for me!

My daughter had a great experience the month she was there unfortunately it was not in her budget to continue so she canceled a month in advance. Well the following month they accidentally charged her account for $129 which made her get 2 over draft fees each for $29. The manager refunded the $129 but said that the over draft fee wasn't their fault? She's a student on a budget and did her part and canceled her membership. Not our fault that someone in your office did not. I have never experienced this type of "customer service" in my life!
