Coach Gio is an absolute legend — his music slaps, and his motivating speeches will get you through that last all-out when you think you’ve got nothing left.
Coach Riina, Coach Megan, and Coach Steven bring incredible energy and real coaching, not just shouting, but paying attention, offering form corrections, and celebrating your progress.
Coach Tati makes you want to push harder every class, with bomb playlists and contagious energy.
Coach Natalie radiates positivity and keeps the vibes high.
And shout-out to Madi, the studio manager — she's always going the extra mile to keep things running smoothly and keep members feeling supported.
They also host fun and meaningful community events — the highlight for me was a live DJ set during class (YES, really) that made the whole studio come alive.

I started at Orange Theory Stockton back in early May because, frankly, I needed a life change—and not just switching from whole milk to almond milk. I’m talking real, sweat-dripping, can’t-catch-your-breath type of change. And let me tell you, Orange Theory has been exactly that.
The coaches are like your personal cheer squad and drill sergeant rolled into one. Rina? She’s basically a human megaphone but in the best way possible—energetic, loud, and always keeping the energy up like you’re at a workout rave. Megan, on the other hand, is fast-paced and somehow always knows when I’m slacking. I’ll be on the treadmill thinking, “Oh yeah, I’m crushing this,” and she’ll be like, “Hey, maybe run instead of power-walking through the mall?” And honestly, I need that. Every. Single. Time.
Giovanni and Tati? Also amazing. They motivate you in ways that make you want to work harder, and they somehow never lose their patience even when I’m over there looking like a confused noodle. Steven’s also great, just in case you run into him—everyone’s got their unique style, but they all push you to be better.
And let’s not forget about the front desk crew. Nick and the rest of the team are like the best hype squad. They treat you like family from the minute you walk in—so much so that I half expect them to be at my next family BBQ.
Megan’s workouts, though, are something else. The playlists? Chef’s kiss. She’ll have you believing you’re training for a movie montage, all while gently reminding you that maybe you should *actually* be doing a squat instead of whatever you’re attempting.
I go four days a week now, and I’m planning on upping that because—get this—I actually look forward to it. Me! The guy who used to avoid mirrors like they were cursed. Now I look in the mirror and think, “Who’s this guy? He looks good!” And it’s all thanks to the splat points and the insane energy at this place.
So, if you’re thinking about joining, do it. Just remember to stretch because Rina might yell at you to hustle, and Megan’s going to make sure you’re doing it right!

Orangetheory gives me a great workout every time and the coaches are fantastic. It also helps keep you motivated while changing things up just enough to prevent boredom.
The only reason I docked 1 star is due to the unrealistic wait list for the morning classes. There are often 20-30 people on the wait list weeks in advance only for them to all disappear and then you all of the sudden get in late the night before or the morning of. I have visited over 30 Orangetheory studios and this is the only one I have encountered that has this issue. Thankfully my work is somewhat flexible but it does make it hard to plan your day if you don’t know whether you will get in or not.

I do not get back to Stockton all that often, but during a recent visit was finally able to visit the OTF in town. I had a great time at this studio and coach Nikole was a lot of fun. This location gives serious and wonderful local vibes, and the place itself was consistent with the OTF culture. Orangetheory is THE best place to workout. In all my years trying to stick to a program, OTF Stockton has been my most consistent program ever. A great place to workout. All the coaches and staff are ready to make your experience successful. I love the workouts. I always come out very relax. There is nothing better then the feeling you get when you completed a tough workout. Love Lift 45 with coach Megan. My favorite 3G class is with Coach Nikole. You cannot go wrong if you take a Tornado class with coach Gio, he will motivate you when you think you are done. You can always give a little more. Coach Riina will not let you do less than what you are capable to do.

This place is awesome. If you’ve ever had a problem sticking with your workouts, this should be your new home. The coaches are knowledgeable and encouraging (and a lot of fun!), and the front staff are welcoming and the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I've been attending classes almost three months now and have loved orangetheory. The atmosphere is great and the members are greay too. Each class brings something new and each workout can push you in different ways (e.g. strength, or endurance). The coaches are amazing of course, I've taken classes with Nikole, Gio, Riina, and Megan and they're all wonderful. They're not only super motivating and encouraging but they also lookout for you and give feedback to improve form. Front desk is always warm and welcoming too I usually see Maddie or Nick and they're always available for any questions guests may have.

I love OrangeTheory beyond and above as compared to a regular gym. I love all the coaches in my studio. They are so motivating and helpful.We can ask them whatever we want to, and they always have an answer. It’s a safe and comforting environment: we workout as a team. We cheer , we celebrate together. All the staff members are awesome. My day seems like incomplete unless I go there once a day or even take a lift 45 class right after my 55 minute class. I love the routine and punctuality. Everyday you see a new workout. You should definitely become a part of this amazing place to workout if you really want the amazing fitness level and team dynamic.

I love OTF! The coaches Nicole, Gio, Riina, Megan, and Randy all motivate you and push you harder. That is my biggest challenge at the gym, not showing up but pushing myself. The whole staff is welcoming and I love the mutual encouragement of all of us working out together. It’s very inspiring to see people of all fitness levels and ages here at the gym.
The only reason this review is missing one star is because consistently the gym floor is dirty. I attend the 5 AM class and it’s not fun when you’re doing push ups or burpees and after picking up your hands from touching the floor a bunch of dirt particles are stuck to your hands that you have to always brush off. I would assume someone would be vacuuming at closing the previous day. It makes question how often the gym is cleaned other than us wiping down our equipment right after we use it.

Orangetheory has now become part of my life! Prior to attending Orangetheory Fitness (OTF), working out was something I made myself do. Working out in this amazing class setting with individuals (Coaches, Staff and others in the classes) who motivate you every single time you walk in. The workouts are always different, so everyday feels new. Everyone is so friendly here. The days I don't attend, I get major FOMO. There are also benchmarks tied in each month where you can keep track of how well you did and reference them for future benchmarks. If you haven't tried it yet, do it now!

Love this place! Nothing more satisfying than these workouts. Totally challenging, but can really be modified for anyone! I was totally nervous at first but the ENTIRE staff has both welcoming and motivating! I get the absolute pleasure of working with Nikole, Riina, Megan, Giovanni, Taylor the most often, but Randy's classes in the evenings are great when I make them. I have never been a fan of gyms or working out, especially lifting weights. I walk into Orange Theory knowing I'm going to love the way I feel when I walk out. The coaches are motivational, the routines are always fresh, the games are a fun way to push through a workout. I love the combination of cardio and weights, and having the coaches there to not only demonstrate each move but come by with corrections as needed, gives me the confidence to grab a weight and dig in. I feel like each workout is tailored to me without having to pay the expensive 1:1 trainer rates or feel like I'm on center stage. Modifications are clear with every move so I never have to worry about not being able to keep up with the class, and I never feel embarrassed about my level of fitness. I have seen a dramatic change in my body in only 3 months of coming twice per week, and my friends/family have noticed too. The Orange Theory experience is truly a unique and positive one for me.

First, this is not a traditional gym. There are usually three stations used for every workout: treadmill, rower, and weight floor. Total time including warmup and stretches is under 1 hr.
This is essentially group exercise led by a personal trainer/coach, focused on monitoring heart rate throughout the workout and tracking improvement for all completed workouts. Everything is logged on an app including workout stats and scheduling your session.
I prefer this to inshape type personal trainers and CrossFit type gyms because the programming is so focused and efficient. Also the Stockton gym staff and coaches and members make the environment fun and motivating.

I was looking forward to trying this gym out but when I arrived they told me I had to reschedule because I was more than five minutes late. They have a policy where if you’re a new member you must arrive 30 minutes prior to the class. I wasn’t aware of this until 6 minutes before I was supposed to be there. The class I signed up for started at 7:10 so I should have been there at 6:40 but they didn’t email me until 6:34. They also sent me a text to be there by 6:45 at 6:45. I arrived at the studio at 6:47. Seems like the place needs to get a better system in place and let clients know they should be there 30 minutes early at least an hour in advance. Anyways looking forward to try savage fitness in Lathrop.

Awesome place! The classes are great, the coaches guide you through it all and provide some details into "why" we may be following a certain plan that day. The staff is so friendly and helpful. I'll never use a different gym or fitness center. OTF at 5am is pure Fire!! Regardless of my physical limitations, the Coaching Staff knows how to modify workouts. Love this place. I was first hesitant spending the extra cash but it’s worth every penny. It’s keeps me motivated not only because of the coaches but the atmosphere. Loud music to keep your stamina up, couches keep you hyped, the great workouts and classroom setting. If you want humor in the mix definitely attend Giovanni’s class. Loving OT. Signed up with some friends- our goal to motivate each other and who doesn’t like having someone with you when you try something new. From the start, staff was genuinely friendly and interested in getting to know who we were and what our goals were. Unpretentious environment makes it a hit for me and honestly we are all so busy with the work out that nobody even has time to look or worry about others. I love the structure of the classes and how we never do the same thing twice. I’ll be so incredibly happy when we don’t need to wear masks but until then I just have to work through it. Easy booking on their app and no annual contract. I burn close to 600 calories in each class and range between 25-35 splat points.

I am not athletic in any means, but the coaches never judged me for trying something new. The community is welcoming and encouraging to try your best. I even convinced friends and co workers to join OT due to the environment. Since COVID-19, the equipment is sanitized between uses and provide reduced class sizes. Even with the class sizes being smaller, there is waitlists and the team is great at communicating when you are added into the class that you wanted. Overall, 10 out 10 experience :)

Always a great experience! Employees and coaches so welcoming and encouraging- they really care and go above and beyond. They even recognize you with your mask on and always call you by name. They have always done a great job making sure everything is super clean even before Covid- more clean now than ever before. Best workout ever, I have missed them so much since February! Thank you for taking care of us!!

Disappointed that I called Tuesday this week to schedule my first class for 6pm on Friday; arrive 15 mins early per the email and I’m told i should have been 30 mins early....if that’s the “policy” it would have been great to either tell me or update your messages you send via email..I was denied entry tonight...just sad and disappointing.
