About the Club

At Orca Strength Collective in San Marcos, CA, we help busy moms regain their athleticism and age athletically through semi-private personal training. Train in a small Pod of women who lift and work to reach fitness goals together. We train 2x week at the same time with the same crew. We offer different pod times to choose from. Every session blends strength training, conditioning, and expert coaching designed for your body, goals, and schedule. Real coaching. Real results. Real community. Brooke is an amazing coach who specializes workouts & strength exercises where you are and helps you work towards whatever goal you set your heart to. After trying many different gyms and coaches, no one is as skilled as Brooke in building community and inspiring you to invest in yourself. Couldn’t recommend anyone higher. I absolutely love training with Brooke! The 🌸Mom🌸 pod has been such a game-changer for me. Working out alongside my best friends makes every session fun, motivating, and something I actually look forward to. Little did I know that working out with Brooke would change my life for the better in so many ways. Through the ups and downs of pregnancy, postpartum, and raising young children, Brooke was always there silently and sometimes not silently :) pushing me to be the best version of myself. After I had kids, I thought my days of playing sports and doing things for myself were over. Brooke showed me it was possible, and necessary, to keep caring for myself and challenging myself to be stronger in the gym, go on more hikes, and try new sports. If you are lucky enough to get to have her in your life—don’t let that opportunity slip away! She will push you to new levels of fitness and confidence you might not have thought existed for yourself—that is how it was for me!

I have been a member of Brooke’s gym since its' inception in 2015. From fitness beginners to advanced individuals, Brooke welcomes everyone where they are at. She focuses on one's overall health and well-being but also has an innate ability to recognize strengths and weaknesses, working with members to achieve their fitness goals. I have learned to leave my pride at the door as my competitive nature gets in my way when Brooke points out that how much I lift or how fast I go is not as important as learning and using good form in the movements. She is with you every step of the way, demonstrating movements and provides feedback individually to improve form. Brooke is a powerhouse, is passionate about fitness and manages to make workouts fun (yes, really!). I can honestly say that I would not be at my fitness level if I wasn't a part of Brooke’s program, and am grateful to her for helping me be where I am in this journey. She has allowed me to stay fit enough to jump on a trampoline with my grandkids or shoot hoops (not a strong point) or throw a frisbee. Whatever it might be, my goal is to continue to be able to do so, and I thank Brooke for that. The question is, what drives you to be more fit? Only you can answer that and only you can take action to get there. Aligning with Brooke in Orca Strength Collective will be the best decision you can make for your journey, and one you won’t regret.

Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to! The programming is unmatched thanks to her elite athletic background, but what really sets it apart is the community she’s built at all of her gyms. Her members have created life long friendships that support each other’s healthy lifestyles and keeps us all coming back! Brooke makes everyone feel welcome—from moms just wanting to stay fit to Olympic athletes—and keeps it fun, supportive, and motivating. She’s hilarious! Couldn’t recommend more!

Brooke of Orca Strength Collective is hands down the best coach and trainer out there. Not only is she a successful and strong athlete herself, she truly wants to help you become the same in whatever capacity that may be. She is knowledgeable, inspiring, fun, and energetic - a true testament of what it means to lead by example. I was hesitant to try CrossFit and weight training, but I’m so glad I did and my journey wouldn’t be the same without Brooke’s encouragement. Brooke is the kind of person you meet and instantly feel like you’re in the right place and are capable of doing hard things. I consider myself lucky to have met and be coached by Brooke and I don’t know of anyone that would tell you anything different. 10 out of 10 and then some!
