Sasha and Chente have studied various eastern and western practices and are also certified yoga instructors. They use all of their education, training, and experience to create customized sessions for their clients, integrating a combination of various different therapeutic techniques, classes and events. As a team, they hold a strong belief in the connection of the body, mind and soul and it is their intention is to help balance, nurture and cultivate that connection with each one of their clients and students.

One of the best massages I've had in a while. had some lower back pain and some shoulder pain going in. hour session and came out feeling like a brand new person will definitely be going back monthly. Would definitely recommend calling in advance for an appointment. There is high demand for good work and she is definitely one of the best.

Sasha has helped my body heal so many times. I go see her when I have an injury or when I need to relax. No matter what, I always know that she will help me fix what I have going on. I highly recommend her. She also holds classes in her studio.

Went in for a 60 min therapeutic massage with Sasha and she was amazing. Very accommodating, friendly, and knowledgeable. She focused on the area where I had the most tension and relieved a lot of the stress and knots. The location was neat and clean, and with a very tranquil ambience. Highly recommend this spot and Sasha.

When you try something always expect the same or better, I had have so many massages but so far Sasha is the best I don’t mine to drive 2 hr to see her because not only she knows what she is doing she is passionate and love what she does I totally recommend everyone that had tough job and wants to relax and fix their pains. Thank you so much to my daughter for recommend me this place! I will try to go at least ones a month.
