Continuing my fitness journey at Overperform Fitness was one of the best moves I made this year. Coming from almost 3 years of online coaching programs, I felt really stuck. I've been working with Josh at Overperform Fitness for about 3 months now and it's been great! I've been lifting on and off for years and I really wish I had hired personal training sooner because good form is so important to protect the tendons and joints. I highly recommend that everyone at least get some personal training because watching Youtube videos on how to lift doesn't hit the same as having a coach that can give you live feedback. Forget the S&P 500, this is the best investment that your money can buy!

There is a meal plan included with the exercise plan which I really appreciated. I was never sure how to approach my diet with so many conflicting options out there. I primarily train with Priscilla and she has exceeded all my expectations in a personal trainer. After Covid era, my husband and I were of course in the worst shape of our lives. We started working with Priscilla and Josh the summer of 2022 and by fall, we were bathing suit and bikini-ready for traveling!
Fast forward to having a baby, I worked with Priscilla again for postpartum. She gradually ramped me back up, had a focus on pelvic floor strength and even added functional movements like safely picking up my almost 1 year old hahah. I ended up in even better shape than before pregnancy and even my college years of life?? I was soo shocked.
Priscilla and Josh consistently push you just outside your comfort zone, creating a perfect balance where you’re challenged but never overwhelmed. They have us track weights, reps, and progress so every session is productive. On top of that, they’re genuinely kind, fun to be around, and make workouts something to look forward to rather than dread.
The gym also has amazing culture. Everyone is hardworking, approachable, and supportive. It’s always clean, the music is on point, and it doesn’t have that gym smell loll.
Working out here has had a huge impact on my mental health. The positivity and supportive environment have been such a boost for not only my physical strength and body, but also my confidence and overall well-being.
Since working with them, people in my life ask how I’m staying so healthy and fit because I had a baby less than a year ago! They are like what is your secret loll. When I tell them how Priscilla and Josh run their training they have never experienced training like that or gotten results like I have. So I know I’m very lucky to have found them out of all the options out there.

I've been training with Josh & Priscilla for the past 5 months. This has been my first experience working with personal trainers to take my health/fitness to the next level. My only regret is not starting sooner!

I started training with Priscilla when I was 15, and honestly, it was the best decision ever. As a kid I did gymnastics and competitive dance, but I always wanted to get stronger. Joining Overperform Fitness has been one of the best decisions I have ever made. I’ve tried several gyms and trainers in the past without much improvement, but that all changed once I started working with Priscilla. When I started training with her 14 months ago, I was hoping to lose weight, which has surely happened! What I wasn't expecting were the improvements I’ve seen in my mood, chronic fatigue, indigestion and self-confidence.

My family all go to Overperform Fitness and work with both of their personal trainers Josh and Priscilla. My wife got me started and I was a bit apprehensive as I didn't think I needed a personal trainer. I was so wrong and the benefits have been astronomical. Priscilla started me with mobility training, help me improve my diet and then began weight training. I am so happy with my improvement to date. I have always been very active, played all sports and still play tournament golf. I will be 70 years old in two months and I'm in as good a shape now as I was at 30. Quinton and I have been working out with Josh and Prince for about 4 months. They will guide you throughout all the workouts and routines, all you need to do is show up. All was good until 4 months in when they injured me while I was doing incline dumbbell chest press. None of the trainers took responsibility. Quinton had to call 911 as I was rushed to the hospital. My arms were comatose for 5 weeks and Overperform Fitness had the audacity to charge me for the 5th and 6th months. When I came back to get a refund, management refused and said I already signed up to pay in installments every 3 months. Now my right arm is handicapped and I cannot lift anymore. Don’t come here, go somewhere else.

My previous trainer would only tell me what to do. Josh and Priscilla have taught me so much about how my body functions, how to perform each exercise with correct form, how each exercise targets specific muscle groups, how slight variations in form will target different muscle groups, how to supplement my workouts with meal plans, etc etc. There has been so much to learn!
I also love the app that we use to track my workout. Not only is the UI clean, intuitive, and easily operated, it provides Josh and Priscilla the means with which to keep me accountable to my goals.
Not only have I developed strength and loss weight, I have also gained better body awareness, mobility, endurance, and confidence.
Also, I love the semi-private option, which makes the sessions more affordable as well as more enjoyable; I now how a group of friends to share my fitness journey with!

I met Josh 3 years ago and I've been training with him and Priscilla since. They taught me the importance of following a training program. I’ve searched high and low for the opportunity that Overperform Fitness offers me, a professionally trained group of people to guide me on the journey to get not only fitter but stronger. Let me explain I’ve had two prior experiences with trainers in Orange County however I wasn’t challenged and sadly never gained confidence in the gym.
Today I can perform a Romanian Deadlift with proper form among other exercises that honestly the names alone frightened me in the past , but not anymore .
All the trainers here are amazing and I’ve trained with all of them (Pricilla , Prince and Josh.)
I’m currently training with Trainer Josh which is fantastic because he notices when I’m using the wrong muscles & educates me with a quick comment on what I can imagine when lifting or what muscles to engage , which makes a world of difference!
I’ve learned that I usually use my arm muscles in exercises that I should be using my back .
I’m learning & attempting to absorb everything at each workout session because finally I’ve found trainers that want me to reach goals I didn’t even imagine I could!

Prince is the best!!! He’s the best trainer ever. He’s so positive and energetic at 8 am!!! And keeps me on track, and pushes me on my bad days. I feel a lot stronger now and my technique is improving. He also helps with tracking macros and healthier meals.

I have had chronic shoulder pain and a recent tail-bone injury. I decided to reach out to a family friend for some advice on corrective exercises and started online coaching with James about five months ago. Not much was different for the first couple weeks, but in the past month my shoulder pain has been going away and I am now doing unimaginable strength training. The experience has been amazing as the details and communication are top notch. James really pushes me to strive for more and more and I feel so much more healthier and energized.

I really like the trainers, results, set up, and overall feel of Overperform Fitness.
The facility is clean, airy and has every type of workout equipment you would ever need for personal training. There are nicely appointed private showers, and bathrooms onsite. In the office portion of the building there are private consultation rooms, and a large massage table.
I have been working out with Neal from Overperform Fitness for over 2 years and very pleased with my results. Neal does an amazing job customizing my work outs based on my travel, age and overall wellness.
It is obvious that all the clients are working hard and having a good time during their workouts. All of the trainers are very friendly and willing to help each other.

I had shoulder issues and never seriously did weight training before, but with Prince I've improved so much and without risking injury. He created a structured plan with each exercise customized to my needs, set up sleep and nutrition tracking, and follows up regularly to check on my recovery. He's also great at listening, adapting my workouts, and pushing me just the right amount. Working out with Prince is so much more efficient and effective than doing it on my own or with a friend, plus I don't have to wait for or setup equipment.

Josh was my trainer before I moved to a different state. I had the one month plan. So, in four weeks he taught me correct technique and through his good coaching and supervision, my capabilities increased to heavy weights that I didn’t think were possible to reach in such a short time.
