I did 9 sessions of oxygen training so far with Owen and I'm blown away and also developing an addiction. I'm a very active person with basically no injuries, so I'm training with the purpose of boosting immunity, training breath work, increasing metabolism, lessening fatigue etc. **human optimizing in short. Do yourself a big favor & get down here! Owen is very knowledgable on how proper breathing can elevate your performance. He will gear your cycles to your needs/wants and is great at explaining his work, even to newcomers like myself.

I originally started doing Oxygen Boost to increase my ability to push my limits in my Crossfit workouts. The low impact accompanied by the ability to choose my own intensity during my rides was exactly what I needed as a rest-day activity. Over the course of 5 sessions it helped me to recover faster while simultaneously increasing my cardio-respiratory capacity. I have also done the PNOE cardio metabolic test with Owen which has given me greater insight and control over how I train. Now I know where I need to get my heart rate to depending on how hard I want to push myself and I also have been able to quiet any doubt in my head about my training protocols, as PNOE has shown me that what I am doing is working. That validation is priceless. If that wasnβt enough, Owen's knowledge of how breathing impacts the different energy systems in the body has helped me develop my breathing into a highly impactful tool instead of just a thing that happens in the background of my life. The impact this has had on my life is widespread, powerful and positive. I highly recommend it for anyone interested in increasing their capacity to experience life on all fronts.

I train Crossfit about five times a week, and started training at this place months ago. I usually use my sessions for active recovery, and altitude training. I do have asthma which this training really helps me with controlling my breathing. I have completed 10 sessions so far, and have seen changes in my mental focus in training. The ability to control your nerves when you are hungry for oxygen has really helped. Owen has been absolutely supportive and helpful. He literally customized his resource to meet my needs as an athlete. I'd recommend him and his services to anyone who wants to take their training and health in the right direction!

Yay! Totally do it. Taking the test allowed me to gain a much better understanding of my body's unique features such as muscle fiber types, VO2MAX, and my body's preferred fuel. Extremely helpful and friendly stuff! And hey, what gets measured gets managed.;)

I completed the 10 session Oxygen Boost over 30 days. I lost 5 pounds and increased my VO2 max by 7%. During the activities outside of the Oxygen Boost I felt that I had much better oxygen usage and felt stronger during those activities. This high intensity training has a lot of benefits for longevity and heart health. Getting use to the mask is little hard but it is a very valuable training tool. I would recommend a Pnoe test as well.

Did my first session with Owen at his awesome place in Danville. From the moment I pulled up, I loved the experience, the space is beautiful and has a great vibe. I was a little nervous about the spinning experience, not being a huge fan of cardio, but Owen was really encouraging and helpful to guide me through a quick 15 minute training session. It kicked my butt in such a short span of time, and left me feeling pretty wiped. However, about 20-30 after the session that feeling completely went away and was replaced with sharp mental clarity and steady high energy. I also flew from California to New York the very next day and experienced a large decrease in the jetlag I normally feel. Canβt wait to get back to Danville to do some more training and recovering with Oxygen Rally ! π

I've completed 3 sessions now, and am already feeling positive effects (mainly speedier recovery time). With the combination of oxygen, lights, and the vibration plate it's a great place to experience the synergistic effects of multiple modalities.

Did my first session today with Owen at Oxygen Rally and really enjoyed it. I got a great work out in a small amount of time. Owen explained the process so you can better understand what the body is doing. Would highly recommend you give it a try.
