Established in Midtown Sacramento in 2013, we doubled our space and added a brand new Infrared heated hot room, member lounge, and retail store in 2022. In addition to Hot Pilates, we also have full TRX, Strength & Conditioning, & Kettlebell Programs, Bikini Butt Classes, Power Vinyasa Flow, Candlelight Yin, Guided Meditation and more. The hot pilates class with Jacquelin was by far my favorite activity while I was visiting Sacramento. I was in town visiting family over the Thanksgiving weekend and convinced my cousins, siblings, and husband to join. Lets just say they have a new outlook on the word “Pilates Princess” haha We were all exhausted the rest of the day and sore the following morning. Best. Class. Everrrr

Moving here and finding a home gym was something I struggled with and as a pilates girl, they offer hot pilates which gives me the option to combine all of my classes as one and save money. They have a gym downstairs with tons of different workouts and hot pilates upstairs. Canceled my multiple gym membership and got these instead. Instructors are very good, workout is amazing, I sweat and burn everytime, results speak for themselves. I highly recommend.

I absolutely love this studio! I started taking hot Pilates back in August, and it's hands down the toughest workout I’ve ever done (that hot room is no joke). But the way I feel afterward is incredible… which is exactly why I keep coming back for more. I’m about 60 classes in now, and I’m nowhere near slowing down.
The instructors are amazing, and the staff is always so warm, welcoming, and helpful. If you’re looking for a workout that challenges you physically and boosts you mentally, this is the place. Couldn’t recommend it more!

While hot Pilates may not be for everyone I love it here at this locations. I have been practicing Pilates for 30 years, 10 in the UK and 20 here and the US. Instructors here are very helpful and knowledgeable and make what could be a not so fun time go by quickly. 10/10 recommend to any yoga, pilates, gym or fitness gurus.

The facilities are outdated and you can’t hear teachers over the music. People sneak into full classes resulting in people that actually signed up getting kicked out and there are no repercussions. The shower locks don’t work.

This class is amazing! I believe it's also infrared heat if I'm not mistaken. I also like the hot kettlelates with kettlebells. Hardest workout there is. Can't say enough good things, I've been going since 2017.

I really wanted to leave a good review for this place, but unfortunately, I can’t. I’ll start by saying that the classes were enjoyable to a point. I appreciated how hard they pushed you, but the classes are so packed that there's barely any room to move—maybe 5–10 inches between you and the next person. That alone makes the price feel unjustified.
Now to the worst part of my experience: I signed a 12-month contract (which I’ll never do again). My final payment should have been in July, but when I called in early August to confirm my membership was over, I was told I needed to submit a cancellation form and wait through a 30-day billing cycle to stop the autopay. When I questioned this, they simply said, “It’s in the contract you signed last year.”
To me, that’s poor customer service. A decent business would send reminders or give notice about things like this—most people don’t memorize every detail of a contract from a year ago. If I hadn’t called, they would’ve continued charging me even though my contract had technically ended and I hadn’t signed a new one. That feels wrong.

Love this studio. They have great mix of hot Pilates and strength training classes all in one space. The trainers/instructors make the classes fun but challenging and they take the extra step to connect with the members. The owners, Danny and Lindy, are both great and really passionate about their business… and it shows!! If you’re thinking of taking a class here… do it, you won’t regret it!

I really want to gatekeep this place slays. 9:30 am saturday hot pilates with leslie are low key sacramentos hottest club. Also flex classes literally feel like I have a personal trainer for the fraction of the price. Like I've lost like a statistically significant amount of body fat so that is cool too <3

I’ve been taking the Candlelight Yin Yoga on Sunday evenings with Yoli. This is a great class and she’s the best instructor. It’s an amazing way to unwind & get a gentle stretch workout in at the end of the weekend. I would highly recommend!

My first experience with hot pilates was disgusting. The class was so packed that other people's sweat was dripping on my mat. My feet were literally slipping on a puddle of sweat that a guy next to me was excreting onto my mat!!

I'm so happy I found this place! From day one, I have been in 💗with the gym. The variety of classes like Hot Pilates, TRX, Hot Yoga, Kettle Bells, Battle Ropes, HIIT, Bikini Butt are amazing and so much fun. Hot Pilates? An absolute blast! There are few gyms, dare I say no gyms I'm aware of in the Bay/Sacramento area that offer the same quality of instructors, fun energy and vibes, and variety of workouts and flexible schedule all in one place that P2O offers! The instructors are super cool and really push you hard! Definitely check it out!

During my pregnancy, I signed up for prenatal Pilates sessions, and it was a fantastic decision. The instructor's knowledge of prenatal fitness and modifications made me feel safe and comfortable throughout. These sessions helped alleviate back pain and keep me active during my pregnancy. The pricing is more than reasonable, considering the expert guidance and the benefits it brought to my well-being. I can't recommend it enough for expectant moms.

First time at the studio and it was a great experience! First off, the facility is clean and organized. The team is very welcoming. I took the kettlebell class with Coach Danny and it was so good! They explain all the movements clearly before starting, and then help you modify/tweak/correct you as you're doing it. Great music and enviroment! The other classmates were also very kind and welcoming. I felt really comfortable throughout the class time. I would recommend this to anyone looking for great gym in Sacramento. They have other classes like hot Pilates, yoga, and open gym. Definitely trying the hot Pilates next!

After one month of regular sessions at P2O Pilates Studio, I'm already seeing positive changes in my body and overall wellness. The studio's motto "Power to Optimize" isn't just clever wordplay – it truly reflects their commitment to helping clients optimize their movement and strength. Here's my initial review of what makes P2O stand out:
ATMOSPHERE & FACILITY
The studio strikes the perfect balance between serene and professional. P2O's space is flooded with natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows, and the reformer area is thoughtfully laid out to give each client ample space. Everything is meticulously clean, from the equipment to the changing rooms. The temperature is always comfortable, and they have excellent ventilation – something I've come to appreciate during intense sessions.
INSTRUCTORS
P2O's instructors are truly exceptional. I've had the chance to work with several of them over the past month, and each one brings a unique teaching style while maintaining consistent quality. Special mention to Sarah, whose attention to form is incredible – she'll notice the slightest misalignment and offer gentle corrections that make a world of difference.
EQUIPMENT & CLASSES
Their reformers are top-of-the-line Balanced Body machines, always well-maintained and regularly serviced. P2O also features towers, chairs, and various props that keep the workouts varied and challenging. I've tried several of their classes:
- P2O Reformer Flow (I started with beginner level)
- P2O Mat Essentials
- One private session to get started
INITIAL RESULTS
Even after just a month, I've noticed:
- Improved core awareness
- Better posture throughout the day
- Beginning to feel more flexible
- Starting to understand proper form in exercises
FINAL VERDICT
After my first month at P2O Pilates Studio, I'm impressed enough to commit to continuing my practice here. While it's too early to speak to long-term results, the professional atmosphere, quality instruction, and attention to form make me confident I've chosen the right studio for my fitness journey.

Look I don’t want to play favorites so Ima just say Lindy is top 3 (in the world). If I could give her 10/5 starts I would!
Her class is changing oh yeah, but boy is it worth it. If you love fever dreams and hallucinations as much as I do, her class is the one for you!!
Lindy’s music is always fire and keeps me pushing. Lindy also loves a plank jump- I do not. I take this opportunity to work on my twerking. As long as I keep bouncing my cheeks, I’m crushing my workout.
In conclusion, if you’re ready to laugh, cry, and question reality while getting the best workout of your life, come get addicted to Lindy’s hot Pilates with the rest of us!!

I love this place. I was a member here about 9 years ago, got in the best shape of my life. Left, I can't remember why, but so happy to be back. I’ve been to other hot Pilates studios and it does not compare to P2O! I drive 20 min just to take a class. I love the flow of the classes. I also appreciate the abundance of class times and different types of Pilates offered (yoga-lates, kettle-lattes, etc). The first class is daunting, but if you continue to go; I guarantee you’ll feel amazing. Eventually you stop wondering when class will end, and you’ll be proud of yourself for keeping with your self care!

I’ve taken both the hot yoga and pilates classes. Both are mentally and physically challenging. In my experience, I feel hot yoga is more of a low impact flow movement class. Hot Pilates is different.. lol. The most insane sweat, challenging, burning classes of your life. So good though. 10/10.

I really have enjoyed the Power Hour HITT class with Atalia Palomera. The class pushes me and Atalia really motivates and makes the class lots of fun!! Music is always on point which is a plus. I have hit 15 classes and I am adding Hot Pilates in my routine now and boy does that class make you walk out feeling humbled and stronger after each class. I am really happy my good friend invited me to a class and encouraged me to sign up!

The facility is really nice but the pricing is not worth it. I did a trial run at this studio and the instructors were not very great as well as they charge for every little thing. If you pay that much to be a member, I would expect if you forget a mat or need equipment, they would provide it. You pay the same at wellness club and they have the mats already out for you, they give you spin shoes automatically and the instructors are friendly and helpful. They provide clean towels and they stock up their bathroom with hair ties and all essentials you need WITHOUT the extra cost. At P2O it seemed like a “click” environment and if you were not already apart of it, I felt really out of place. Just try a few clubs out before signing up for this one because there are other ones in town that treat you so much better as a member

I was in a rut with getting myself to the gym. I was encouraged by friends to join them for a couple classes to try it out. I got their 14-day trial class pass and I have not felt that good after a workout in a long time. Attending classes forces me to get out of my house, and I’m not dilly dallying trying to figure out what to do, as it’s all instructor-led. I look forward to doing more fitness classes with friends or flying solo to stay healthy!

P20 has become my favorite Pilates studio. Since moving I’ve tried several different studios and P20 has been the best! I love that they offer different variations of classes (heated or not) and the front desk is always a pleasure to work with. The only challenge is driving to midtown but hope P20 can expand to different areas in Sacramento. As for the studio itself, they have showers downstairs for members which I think is just amazing as well as a flexible schedule of classes as late as 7pm. I’d highly recommend this spot the membership deals are so worth it!

This is the best gym I’ve ever belonged to. It’s so much more than a gym. They offer a variety of workout classes in the downstairs gym and hot Pilates + yoga classes upstairs in the hot room. They offer classes over a variety of times including 12:00pm classes. And last but not least the community is awesome. This is a locally owned business so the owners, trainers, and all the staff really get to know you. The members are also friendly and you can have a conversation with anyone if you want to. Highly recommend checking them out!

I've been trying more classes than just the hot Pilates, although I still love that class. They focus on a different body part/area of focus each day of the week so it's well balanced. For the New Year specials I secured a 6 month unlimited membership and I am very exited. Lots of class times offered during the week. Limited on weekends but still totally worth the spend. Now just have to try their weightlifting classes. ALSO something I find valuable is that they offer a free consultation with a trainer on what class schedule works for you and fits your goals.

The fitness classes offered at P20 have allowed me to reach a new sense of motivation I haven’t experienced previously. I used to be a member at a large chain gym, but after taking my first class at P20, I realized I am able to better perform alongside like minded individuals that show up to work on themselves. All of the instructors I have had so far are very encouraging and supportive of everyone’s goals. My favorite yoga instructor is Yoli! So far I have taken all upstairs classes in the studio, but I look forward to trying out some downstairs classes later on.

The hot pilates classes are excellent! Every instructor at P2O has been fantastic and creates a welcoming, inclusive workout environment. The studio itself is clean and aesthetically pleasing. I came here initially with a friend to try new fitness classes around Sacramento. I ended up buying the 2-week trial pass, and I’m glad I did. The classes are challenging, fun, and effective! It has build up my endurance which I need for photography. Also, I’ve seen great results specifically in my abilities to hold poses longer, toning of my legs, and my breathing throughout the sessions. The instructors are all amazing, and I love going to Nadia’s sessions. I’ve been going since the start of the summer and look forward to continuing on into the new year!

Edit: It saddens me to write this but unfortunately I had a falling out with this gym. I won’t go into complete detail but long story short, after signing a 6 month contract with them, they never gave me a copy of my contract which is illegal in the state of California. After my 6 month membership was up, they refused to let me cancel renewal due to me missing the cancelation date by a week, outlined in the contact I never received. I went in circles with them for weeks about this with no resolution and asked numerous times for it to be escalated to the gym owner with no success. I had every intention coming back after a month of traveling for work, the reason why I didn’t want to renew in the first place, but won’t be anymore as dealing with this was such a nightmare and I have found a studio that better fits my expectations. I expect better service from a small, local (unorganized) gym who preaches love and understanding in their classes, and am very disappointed.
I have been going to P2O for about a week now and I absolutely love it. As someone new to the area, I was looking for a gym that wasn’t too intimidating or “cliquey” and where I could meet new likeminded people. It has definitely been that for me and I feel more at home in Sacramento each time I go. I have a yoga-heavy background so a few other studios in the area appealed to me but I decided to try out P2O first due to a friends recommendation and the great new client trial they offer. But now I don’t even think I need to try any other studios — I have really fallen in love with this one! So far I have taken both vinyasa and pilates classes and they have all been absolutely amazing. All the instructors I have had seem to genuinely love their jobs and are very knowledgeable. None of the classes I have taken were too intimidating for beginners but at the same time, present a nice challenge for regulars. The atmosphere and energy of the studio and students are so great. I am looking forward to trying some downstairs gym classes this week. That is another reason I really love this gym — it really has such a variety of classes which keeps things fun and dynamic. I haven’t been this excited to work out in years and feel so grateful to have found such a wonderful community :)

My friend and I purchased the 2 week pass for $30. I’m glad I was able to get my friend to go with me, as I was hesitant to go by myself. I already go to the gym at Cal Fit, but I wanted to try Pilates and Yoga to maybe add it into my workout routine. I loved that this studio has hot yoga and hot Pilates. Everyone has been so nice and welcoming. I tried the vinyasa yoga with 2 different instructors, who were both great. I also did hot Pilates with 2 different instructors and candlelight yoga. I love the candlelight yoga, as it is not as fast paced and holds the poses longer, which I need to help my flexibility and tightness. I love the dim lighting of the classes and no pressure to keep up, as I was definitely out of breathe and needed to take frequent breaks. Overall, this facility is worth trying out and even becoming a member! I do wish they had a 5:30 am class since I start work at 7, but maybe in the future!!

First off, the variety of classes they offer is truly impressive. Whether you're into Pilates, weight training, or power yoga, they have something for everyone. I personally take Pilates, bikini butt and power yoga classes, and am usually happy with the instructors' expertise and quality of the workouts.
The Pilates classes are challenging but also accessible for all fitness levels. I do find that the yoga instructors are the only ones who are attentive in making sure everyone has proper form and technique. I feel like I get a great full-body workout and leave each class feeling stronger and more centered.
What really sets P2O apart is their friendly and welcoming atmosphere. The staff and fellow participants create a positive and inclusive environment. It's evident that they prioritize building a sense of community among their clients.
The only reason I'm giving P2O four stars instead of five is that burpees have no place in yoga nor pilates. These two practices are all about core stability, which burpees have none of. I take yoga and pilates to not put undue stress on my wrists, shoulders, knees, and lower back, which burpees do.
If you're looking for a diverse selection of fitness classes, knowledgeable instructors, and a warm and inviting studio environment, I highly recommend giving P2O a try.

They charge $20 if you cancel your class, even if it’s an emergency and even it’s 30min to an hour before the class, which is ridiculous, i been to many places and have never been charged $20 for not making a class. It says it on the policy however when I called to cancel my class the person on the other line realized my emergency and said she would waive it. However that never happened.
Also the receptionist upstairs that day was not very welcoming, it was my first class and it felt awkward. She just took my payment and told me where to sit in the lobby.
After my first class i decided not to come back.
Weird vibes. Also not to mention they don’t have the Pilates machine…you are on the floor doing Pilate movements and have to bring your own yoga mat.

They charge $40 for a 2 week trial which is great deal however if you have never tried hot Pilates like me and end up not liking it since it was veryyy hot than your screwed since you can’t cancel the membership and end up paying $60 for a almost two day trial. I paid $40 for the membership and then was going to try one of the classes downstairs since hot Pilates upstairs was not my thing but than a family emergency came up and they charged me $20 for canceling the class 30 min before class. I been to many places and usually places are very flexible about things like this. Also not to mention, there is no actual Pilates machines so your just on the floor doing Pilate movements, and you also have to bring your own yoga mat.

I split my time between San Diego and Sacramento, so it’s been great to have a reliable Hot Pilates/Yoga and HIIT studio-with the kettlebell workouts all in one, here in my hometown. I was BLOWN AWAY how fantastic and challenging the class was; even as a beginner the instructors are great and walk you through the moves.
