I LOVE THIS GYM!!! My wife goes to Pace and I join her on bring a guest week. It is the most humbling and awesome experience ever!! I underestimate the workouts every time and I love it! You really feel like you have done the workout with 100% of your power. Everyone is super nice and it is a welcoming community who motivates and supports one another. If you have ever thought “I don’t know if I’ll fit in”…. coming from your friendly neighborhood big boy, you will and you will be happy you tried it. Monique, Josh Dejah and Chris are so supportive and you will love every minute of working out. Also the music choice is pretty motivating!

One of the best run CrossFit gyms I’ve ever been to. I have visited there several times on class pass, but I’m thinking of joining separately because of how clean it is and how many class time options they have. Every coach has been really personable and the attendees are all friendly.

This gym ROCKS! While it is a CrossFit style gym, don’t let that intimidate you!! That should excite you! Try something new..the location is CLEAN, and spacious and the equipment is neatly organized and fresh… not only that but the staff/coaches are amazing. They will break down every move to prevent injury and ensure you get the most for your membership! Trust me, I travel often and have been to a number of gyms on east and west coast… if I could choose a gym to attend, it would be this one. So what are you waiting for?? Go try out a free session!!!!

Pace Fitness is a great family oriented CrossFit gym in Sacramento that has done an incredible job helping my amazing wife Louisa to achieve a level of health and physical well being that she has not seen in a long time... I [finally] started working out at Pace three months ago... 6AM Class... and it is AWESOME! Great body transformation... chronic conditions being alleviated... more stamina... more endurance... and it has been a GREAT way to start my day.

P.S. If you care about cleanliness, quality of equipment, overall environment, I have not been in another Gym that compares to Pace. Monique is obsessed [in a good way] with having a safe, clean and totally awesome environment for all the Pace Athletes to enjoy.

This is really really good gym. It's GREAT! I DONT GIVE 5 stars to everyone but this place deserves it! Super nice and clean, GREAT COACHES, Very friendly and motivating and VERY knowledgeable and see you form and good/bad posture from a mile away AND will help you correct it!!! If you want to get in shape and not be injured AND FEEL AMAZING AFTER WORKOUT and improve your energy levels ...this is the place!!! You will feel Results and see how your body feels the same or next day! Two days of straight workout I felt much stronger. A week in, so 5-6 workouts and I was like wow it's huge!!! The monthly unlimited membership price is totally worth it because of how much benefit and health and fun and positive energy you get!!!

This gym is wonderful! The facility is great with professional coaches. Super clean & great art on the walls. There are gym times throughout the day from as early as 6 am to as late as 6 pm Monday through Friday. Saturday morning workouts, too! The coaches are exceptional!! They give very detailed instructions on all the movements, which will help you modify a workout or find an alternative movement if needed. I always get a great workout & I'm never disappointed! Everyone here is super friendly! Try it out, you won't be disappointed

This is the place :). They have so much to offer, and have the utmost patience with newbies. Even when life gets busy and I can't make it, I have tools to stay fit because of Pace and know I can return to the best full body workout when things settle. Really a family vibe.

Great community, excellent coaching! I have been with this gym for 4 years - started through a pregnancy and continued during postpartum recovery - all modified by the knowledgeable coaching staff to be safe during these different times. I've kept going ever since and continue to see positive changes in my strength, health, stamina to keep up with all of my children. I have referred various friends, family members, and acquaintances of all different fitness levels who have also had terrific experiences. Definitely 5 stars!

When someone first suggested that I join CrossFit I was very intimidated. I always thought that’s what crazy fit people do, not someone average like me. But I came to a free class to try it out and from the start Monique helped to tailor the class to my fitness level and encouraged me to keep coming back. Over the past 11 months my fitness has grown and I can see the positive impact that strengthening my body has had in my life and what’s it helped me to do. I grew up playing sports and found out later as an adult that working out in a community is what helps me to stay on track. The community here at Pace is wonderful. Truly a great group of people who will encourage you on the hard days and celebrate the victories with you! I also really appreciate the experience and skill of the coaches who help you to build fitness safely and effectively. I love this place because it’s given me a renewed love for fitness, it challenges me and helps me to grow, and I get to do it with a great group of people 🤍

When a friend suggested CrossFit to me, I was very intimidated. I am so happy I tried it and three years later I am still loving it. Monique is a fabulous coach, and she has hired only the best coaches to assist her. They cater to all levels of fitness and injury and all of us athletes grow and learn together. I don't know how many gyms I've been to and trainers I've work with and nothing ever worked but joining Pace Fitness and getting into CrossFit has changed my life. I have now been coming to Pace Fitness for the past two years and it was the best decision I have ever made. Not only have I improved my fitness but I have met some of the best people. Great Coaches! and clean equipment and facilities. I would highly recommend this gym!

Great gym! Very welcoming and friendly coaches and members. There is a kids room, it's family friendly and focused. There really are all ages and fitness levels here. Pace Fitness (CrossFit PFS) has really gone above and beyond with the fundamentals of health and fitness using CrossFit as the base of physical programming and incorporating nutritional health education to really take fitness to another level. Some of my favorite things about Pace; Great coaches, clean fun friendly environment, kid friendly (with kids room equipped with toys and Roku), Olympic weightlifting classes 3 times a week, CrossFit classes 6 days a week, spacious, and very instructional in form and technique. For any and all levels and ages.

I’ve been to many CrossFit gyms throughout the country and Pace is top tier! Fantastic facility with group classes, open gym, Olympic weightlifting, and various workshops included with membership. I had fallen out of shape for a few years while focusing on family, and Coach Monique called me to come in for some personal training. Since kids are welcome and doted on, and I have three little ones, I figured why not. I went once a week for a few months and while I was doing my sessions, I could see the classes going on and I could see what a great group of people were participating...all fitness levels, ages and ability. When Coach Monique recommended I start classes, I knew that was a great next step for me. I went 2 or 3 times a week to start. I struggled to run a half a mile, I couldn't lift much weight, and I couldn't do a pull up to save my life. But I had so much fun, made some amazing friends and as time went by I got stronger and faster. I am a year in and now I go 5-6 times a week, and not only doing things I never thought I could, but I am doing them with the proper form thanks to Coach Monique and Coach Andrew. I ran my first 7 mile trail race recently, as well as my first 10k road race. And I did pretty well if I do say so myself! I am currently competing in the CrossFit Open and am looking at doing another competition coming up in the Spring, as well as running some more races! This is not a typical gym, friendships and bonds are formed here. And Coach Monique? She is amazing. She cares so much about each and every athlete at the gym, has provided so much support when it comes to physical fitness and nutrition, and has created such an amazing, welcoming space. She has truly changed my life. I would very highly recommend her personal training services and the classes, or even coming for open gym to anyone!

I’m a business owner, 48 years old, work long hours and have always stayed in relatively “good” shape. I played sports in high school and that was my peak of fitness. Honestly, I ignored any real fitness aside from tennis, some racquetball and golf. Gawd knows, we wish that was enough. My wife got me to go into PACE fitness and meet up with Monique. I am changed man. I’ve been at it for 7 months or so now. She is a coach who takes it seriously. She demands you push yourself. I’ve gone from being able to do one straight pull up to now being able to do 10 straight pull ups (documented on Facebook!). I can run a couple miles, do 50 push ups, 50 sit ups and 50 burpees, all in 30 minutes. I’m healthier than I’ve ever been. In certain ways I’m even more fit than when I was in high school. Thanks to Monique. 5 stars. I will say, this is not for wimps. If you want to get in good shape, check this out. If you want a soft, easy, no strain, no push kind of coach who babies you, then this is not for you.
