Angelynn, the instructor for Reformer Pilates, is excellent. She provides clear instructions, and since the class has 5 reformers, you get plenty of attention. The class flowed beautifully.

I've never been a gym/workout class person. Pacific Spin & Strength has totally transformed my perspective on gym workouts. I've mostly attended Danielle's Kettle Bells/Core and Spin/Strength classes. After 6 months I'm still loving it. She knows everyone by name and keeps class so positive. Really keeps the mind of the pain my muscles are in!
The interior of the gym itself is colorful and decorated with funky art and motivational quotes. It doesn't feel cold and sterile like most gyms I've been to. Big garage door in the back part of the studio that stays open for nice air flow.

This is the best gym hands down. They have an amazing selection of classes including strength, Pilates & Spin. Danielle & Johann make you feel so welcome while encouraging you to achieve great fitness results. They also have the cutest dog! Can’t say enough good things about this place. Love it 🩷

Reformer Pilates at this independent gym is the real deal. I’ve been taking this class with Coach Danielle twice a week for just over a month, and I can see progress and positive results that I’m now addicted to.
With only five reformer machines in the studio, you get loads of individualized attention from Danielle. Nearly every time I’m there, there is a fellow participant in the class who is brand new to reformer Pilates, but both myself and the newbie walk away sweating and smiling. She teaches a familiar routine with a signature move each month (so it’s always fresh and challenging, but you don’t feel lost), and somehow she keeps everyone’s skill level honored and protected. Danielle’s positivity is infectious and inspiring.
The facility has plenty of parking, lockers, free water bottles, and amenities in the restrooms. There are many other modalities here (Spinlates, mat Pilates) and other styles of workouts (strength training, indoor cycling), and I’m sure they are just as wonderful. Give PSS a try!

Really enjoy the wide range of this studios class portfolio. I particularly like the strength classes which are sustainable and also focuses on the key muscles you don’t always work on. Spin is my favorite given that there are hybrid classes of spin/strength or spin/pilates. There’s something for everyone!

I've been to my fair share of gyms: big-box commercial gyms with membership counts the size of D2 universities; powerlifting gyms with seemingly every square inch covered by chalk and power racks; college gyms that more closely resemble zoos; and sanitized, trendy yoga/cycling gyms.
While all have their pros and cons, none have the secret ingredient that Pacific Spin & Strength has: a familial feeling.
Over ~10ish years of on-and-off training, the last three years -- time spent at PS&S -- have been my most consistent DUE to that familial feeling.
Small classes, open to all skills levels across a wide variety of modalities, with the friendliest people you'll ever meet = physical and emotional GAINS!

Johann was my personal trainer for nearly 2 years. Given these were my first steps into physical fitness, I was extremely grateful for his high level of expertise and patience. He worked with me through a stubborn arm injury and some lower back issues and always insured I was not overextended in those areas. Working out should be fun and motivating, and Johann captures all of it with ease. I ALWAYS looked forward to working out with him, and as soon as I am able I will definitely be back.

This place is a vibe! Danielle is always full of positive energy, the music is the best, and the workout will leave you sweating. Plus the decor is super cute and classes don’t have too many people in them. There’s a reason this gym is rated 5 stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I've taken pilates or pilates inspired HIIT classes from Danielle since 2017 but only recently tried classes at her studio. This place is just awesome - friendly members, great workout, and the playlist will definitely keep you moving.
