My daughter likes it, but she feels it would be a better place if all are treated alike and also the progress is at a very slow pace.

We were very disappointed with the front desk old lady(Gigi) behavior. She was very rude, shouting and disrespectful when we asked about make-up classes. She was talking to other people in the middle of our discussion which is not really how one should deal with the parents. We don't understand how they give make-up classes virtually for gymnastics? They didn't even mention that when I gave a call regarding make-up classes and they said you can take it after you missed the class. When we are ready to take the make-up class then he mentioned it's virtual not in person class. We didn't expect this kind of response from the Pacific west gymnastics.

Even if you dont have any other option, please dont take your kids here - specially the toddlers. I can talk about 100 things which are not right here.
The teachers hate their job. They dont mingle with the kids, they dont encourage them, they just dont care.
They dont regulate or look after them. Today my kid got hurt because too many kids were doing one activity at the same place. We decided to leave and no kne bothered to ask what happened. Cancelled our classes and the manager didnt bother to ask why we are cancelling.
I do see few other teachers teaching the older kids doing really good. But please stay away if you have a toddler.

We as a familia are new to gymnastics my daughter wanted to try a class and she loves it. I recommend PACIFC WEST GYMNASTICS they make you feel like you are part of their family. Their staff are very friendly.

The service is very good and class arrangements are good too. Their gym even have free WiFiπ. The teacher we have, on the other hand, is not that perfect and seems to not be very enthusiastic.

My daughter has a show on Saturday 330pm on the booklet her name' wasn't there when we asked them they said we re print after that everyone's name' was announced except my daughter's name I when asked them again they announced her name very poorly π’ π iam very disappointed overall no apology just let go I highly don't recommend to anyone's

Este lugar es excelente. El personal tiene la experiencia y capacidad para enseΓ±ar en los niveles adecuados. Los grupos son reducidos y el lugar estΓ‘ siempre ventilado. Desinfectan constantemente las superficies. Cuentan con una tienda para conseguir ahΓ mismo el atuendo que prefieras. Me gusta mucho que los diferentes niveles y edades practican cerca, de manera que los grupos de menor edad se motivan viendo a los mΓ‘s avanzados. Muy recomendable.

I would definitely NOT recommend this place for boys! They are not very serious about training boys and very few boys enrolled in any boys classes.

Great place! Clean facility, friendly staff, my kids love going here. The summer camps and day camps are so fun and really keep the kids entertained. We have also been to birthday parties here and they are a good time and well run. We will be back frequently!

I've gone to that place for more than 6 months with my daughter who goes in level 1 always have different coaches. I pay $210 dollars per month for 2 classes a week for one of her coaches to tell my 6 year old daughter you need More skills leaving my daughter crying tell me mom why she does not give me happy faces like everyone else and why does she tell me i have no skills i went to talk to the manager and the only thing she said was "well you know they are Teenagers, sometimes they dont know what they are saying " when i asked her how was my daughter doing they had no idea Only thing i heard back from them was i will call you back im going to find out what her progress is because i dont see anything on my computer.
As a hardworking mom i consider this the worst place to take your kids and a waist a money .

My experience with Pacific West has been an amazing one.
My daughter was nervous when we got there but once she stepped foot in the door the vibe of activity and fun friendly people made her feel like she had nothing to be nervous about. Her instructor did an amazing job with her for her first time. The instructors are very nice and sweet but also have a firm way in letting the kids know they need to follow directions which is great! Its well organized. Great hospitality, & my daughter almost cried she didn't want to leave.

Enrolled my daughter in a summer program here. She's four and this is her first experience in gymnastics. Her class is small 5-7 kids and she gets a lot of 1 on 1 time with the instructor. Facility is well organized and ran by a friendly and helpful staff.
