I joined Paradigm CrossFit Gym just 4 months postpartum, feeling incredibly unfit and unsure of myself. I was hesitant to sign up, but this is not your typical gym. It’s alive, welcoming, and far from boring. From day one, I felt like I had joined a loving family and an incredible community.
Don’t hesitate. This place is truly special. You’ll see kids and dogs around, hear laughter between sets, and feel supported no matter your fitness level. The coaches are knowledgeable and genuinely invested in your progress, and the workout buddies are the kind of people who’ll cheer you on every step of the way.
I haven’t been this excited about exercise in years. I’m only 4 weeks in, and I’m already seeing results.

I joined this gym after meeting Mandy the owner. This is a true community and as I am just beginning and can't do the crazy workouts at full weight (yet) all the members and trainers encourage and motivate me to keep pushing! I am a member for life and please join and we'll see you at 6am 😉

I absolutely love this gym, joined back in 2021 when I moved to San Jose and the experience has been nothing short of stellar. The training programme is well designed by the coaches and tailored to meet individual needs. With the support, dedication and encouragement from the coaches, I was able to achieve my first pull up last year. The coaches not only focus on working out but work with each member for personalized nutrition plans to meet your fitness goals. The crew definitely know how to have fun as we celebrate milestones together, when you sign up with the gym you’re not just joining the gym but becoming part of the paradigm family.

For last two years Paradigm became one of my favorite places to go. I am been doing workouts 6 days a week now and completely addicted to it. Mandy and coaches (Joey is my favorite one :)) are doing great job helping us to stay strong and healthy during these difficult pandemic times. They provide great quality Zoom classes for people exercising home and outdoor classes with proper social distancing and cleaning procedures. There are also variety of nutrition and specialized classes to help you to be on track! I highly recommend to join if you are looking to improve your health, lose weight, improve strength and endurance and make new friends!

This place is incredible! All of the coaches are amazing! If you're looking for a great gym where you don't have to fight or wait for a machine, whether you're new to crossfit or have been at it a while! This is definitely the best place to go.

I LOVE Paradigm CrossFit and all of the amazing coaches & trainers I’ve been lucky enough to work with. If you think Crossfit isn’t for you, or are intimidated by it, know that if I can do it, so can you! I used to work out regularly but hadn’t worked out for about 7 years when I had my first day with Paradigm. I started Paradigm through the BURN challenge. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to learn a sustainable way to eat healthier and get in shape. With an easy to follow nutrition plan, amazing support and encouragement from our coach Ronny and fellow burners, great workouts with modifications as needed, and accountability, I dropped 23 pounds in 6 weeks. I’m definitely continuing my journey to better health and fitness with Paradigm. Thank you for providing an amazing program and community!

I have really enjoyed going to Paradigm these past 6 weeks doing the Burn Challenge that I made sure I didn’t miss a day!! It’s been really nice to be with people that are on the same level as you trying to achieve the same goals. I paid for gym memberships and got locked into contracts that I ended up paying for but never going. VERY different atmosphere here it just makes you want to go. After you get over the initial soreness you’ll start looking for it the day after your workout. I love it! I’m not going to lie the meal planning is a challenge but your going to get out of it what you put in. You can do it you just got to keep going and keep working at it!! I feel so much better about myself already and I have a lot more energy than I’ve had in 2 years it feels really good. I highly recommend coming and seeing what it’s all about!!!! ❤️

I'd been thinking about trying Crossfit for a little while now and decided to take the plunge with the burner challenge. I'm glad I did, it was just what I needed to kick start myself back into working out and eating better. The coaching, meal plan, and support were just what I needed. This is a great gym with great people.

For those who have lost their way in taking care of themselves (like I did), I can truly recommend Ronny and his staff at Paradigm Fitness. The results speak for themselves, with a combination of fitness instruction, meal planning, accountability and motivation you can achieve great results quickly...but they go beyond the initial goals and really want you to create a new healthier lifestyle...

I am very pleased with the success I have had achieving my goals at Paradigm Crossfit. The Instructors there are very knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects of physical training. If you're looking for a fun, yet challenging environment to increase your strength and conditioning then you can't go past Paradigm! I LOVE working out with founders Ronnie and Melody and encourage everybody to experience the physical and mental strength that comes from Crossfit. I've played college team sports, participate in various action sports and attended both boot camps and worked out in gym's, yet Crossfit is the most gratifying and complete workout.
