This place is the worst extremely dirty smells like urine and the equipment is so bad it's a joke. I was a member there for 6 months I saw equipment break poop all over the bathrooms dirt and grime all over the gym old broken down equipment

I been going to this gym since I moved back to Paradise a few years ago and I have to say that is really nice! It’s clean and I like the fact that management is always improving and making it better. I am happy to have a great place to work out anytime I want without any worries. I highly recommend it.

Paradise Fitness is awesome! I love this gym! I can go in 24/7 and use up to date equipment, hire a trainer if I want, or not. No pressure to join classes or get a trainer. No hassle, just work out!

I remember signing up for a membership, it was easy. The gym was ideal for me because of its operational hours. 24/7
It is always very tidy and clean and the equipment is up to date.
The employees that work here are very professional and friendly. The owner is very nice, she made my sister and I feel highly valued and appreciated as members.
There are so many different types of machines to choose from, it’s not crowded either, there is always plenty of space for working out.
Paradise Fitness is a wonderful place to start a gym membership, I do believe you will be very pleased with the atmosphere and how you leave feeling stronger and more confident with yourself after using the equipment. I give this gym a 5 star rating 💫

I got a month to month membership with these people and in my month of being there my stuff was stolen. I tried to cancel my membership the month after I started it. But I’m still getting calls regarding a payment from 2 different people. I got told by one I had to go in a do a written cancellation which I wasn’t told until 2 months later after I told the lady in the office at the gym I wanted to cancel. I go into the gym to cancel and I get told I can’t and I owe over $100. This place is a scam

I have been going to Paradise Fitness for years. I highly recommend it! It's very clean, and it's standard for each member to wipe machines after use. The bathrooms are clean, and the equipment is top-notch. The owner is super friendly and makes sure everything is running smoothly. Hands down the best gym I've used!

Best gym in town. The owner is available to help out if you don’t know how to use a machine or as a personal trainer if you are interested. The gym is clean and kept up. It is open 24/7 and this is super convenient. There is also a variety of machines that target different areas.

Grateful to have a place to lift in Paradise. I remember the equipment is the same since they were located next to Mountain Mike’s Pizza. Who cares? It’s functional and does the job. Being open 24/7 is a plus. Only downside for me is going after 5 pm. Too crowded. But whatever, I can start going at 3 am again. The young lady that runs it seems nice. 💪🏻👊🏻👍🏻🙂

Paradise Fitness 24/7 is a gym nut type of gym (or you'll become one by working out here.

The Pros:
All necessary free weights are available, but the machines are high quality and are perfect for the seasoned and those who are new. How? These machines help you to learn or refresh (if it's been a while) the techniques of weight training. And lastly, the owner is serious about fitness and it shows.

The Cons:
There are only a few treadmills for the indoor running season, that is, if you work that way. Truth: A few solid sets of all-weather running clothes and a way to dry your shoes is all you need to keep your cardio going as a member of Paradise Fitness 24/7.

I came down with C diff. A highly comunicable super bug. I told the owner and it seemed she didnt know what it was. Never suggested i not come in or suspend membership. I actually told her i felt ishould. After two months, 5 dr visits and 4 lab tests, i still had it but she told me i had to start paying again. You would think the owner would be hypervigilent about disease there. She never asked me if i was well yet or what my tests showed. They now want my dues plus late fee.

No wonder why this ”establishment” isn’t on Yelp for people to review. My significant other has a membership to this gym and listening to her ask questions over the phone to the “owner” is annoying lol. The manner that the owner conducts herself is like she could care less of how her image reflects on her business. Too much attitude received from this woman, she definitely doesn’t conduct herself like she’s an owner :D

I barely want to give this a review, but at least I get my honest opinion of this business out there for the rest of the Ridge area to read.
First off the facility. It is sub-par if you want to come in and work out. The machines are dated, older and have obvious signs of wear to the point where you are anxious if it is going to break if you try to push yourself.
And to cancel your membership, you have to type out a reason why, you cannot even just go in and cancel.

If you want a gym, find something else, this is a glorified space full of dated equipment.

Small no frills fitness suite. Located near Savemart and K-mart. Paradise fitness occupies the suite next door to what was once the Radio shack. Inside is about a dozen cycling stations, universal weight machines. Free weights. Mirrors and mats. Paradise fitness is a no frills barebones fitness suite and price point to reflect that. Don't hesitate to ask for a test run.

If you are looking for a place that you can just go in and lift weights this is the place. There are no aerobic classes here, no spa but it has a shower 2 bathrooms, water fountain and lockers. They have a solid selection of weights and nautilus machines to choose from. You are given a key for 24/7 access. Best of all it is really reasonably priced.
