Cannot get a deep stretch on almost all of the chest machines, smith machine is uncomfortably heavy with a fat grip, free motion cables are too close to a wall so can’t get a deep stretch there either, there is only one straight bar attachment, did not see an ez curl bar, seated hamstring curl has a shin pad instead of a thigh pad, dip machine is made for skinny little girls and also can’t get a deep stretch there, belt for belt squat is also made for little skinny girls I couldn’t even fit into it, good things are one of the side raises machines, their hack squat, their Cybex overhead machine, and their Cybex preacher curl. Overall a very mid gym with machines that look really good and aesthetically pleasing but are very clunky and weird when you use them.

Saying this gym is perfect, wouldn’t be saying enough. I’ve been to many gyms in this area and surrounding cities, and nothing even comes close to Paradise Gym. This is everything you would want in a gym environment. The people, the equipment, the cleanliness, the staff, it’s all amazing. Its a private gym with limited memberships so it NEVER EVER EVER GETS PACKED, its superrrr affordable, and it has 24HR ACCESS. If you decide to choose another gym youre making a generational fumble.

Paradise gym is an amazing gym! A lot of different equipment to use and spacious. The environment is great and all the trainers and members are very friendly. The owners Elsa and Kila are also such kind people! Paradise offers grab and go meal preps at their facility which makes going on errands after a workout but still getting a healthy meal in so much easier. Definitely recommend checking out this gym

Paradise gym is like a second home to me. I train with Elsa 3 days a week and my husband trains with Kila. Kila and Elsa are amazing trainers that truly know what they’re doing and I know there are many more trainers at Paradise who are just as knowledgeable and trustworthy. All the trainers there are so friendly and experienced. It’s hard to find a gym that you feel 100% comfortable in. When you’re at Paradise it just seems like family, which is hard to find. I would highly recommend this gym to anyone ❤️.
