Hi, I'm Nicho Moser, fitness trainer & owner of Paradox Fitness in South Fremont. Since 2023, I help individuals improve health & strength through 1-on-1 & online training. My approach uses simple, effective strength & weight lifting methods, mastering basic movements for a stronger you. Programs tailored to all levels for strength, muscle gain & better movement. Nutrition guidance offered, partnering with Lucie Villeneuve for healthy, intuitive eating, not strict counting. I’ve been training with Nicho for almost 8 months now and I have had a great experience so far. I’ve generally been focusing on my diet and exercise but Nicho’s coaching has helped add structure and rigor to my strength goals. I see improvements every week in my strength and mobility. In addition to being a solid trainer, Nicho cares deeply for his clients health and wellbeing.
