This gym, and even more-so the staff, is awesome. We come to Sonoma seasonally and needed a full service gym month to month. It has been 3 years now and we wouldn’t think of going to another place. It is devoid of any bro culture, is super clean and well maintained, never too crowded in my experience, and just an overall inviting place. We look forward to returning for years to come.

Great classes, super nice clientele, and clean. Pool, newer spin bikes, and solid open hours along with quality shower/steam/and hot tub make it great. Pool will soon be resurfaced too so it’ll basically be new!

Use to love this gym, not so much anymore. Can’t do my cardio with the heater blasting on me. Is 70 degrees normal for a gym? I don’t think so. When I voiced my concerns I was told they keep it between 65-68 at all times. I find it hard to believe it is this temperature when it is 90 to 100 in the summer. Oh yeah and now the heater is on with the doors open. Makes no sense. Trainer sessions are supposed to be 30 minutes and I got 10 minutes. Why Happy Hanuka and not Merry Christmas? The membership keeps increasing and there always seems to be something out of service. Pool, equipment, leaking roof. Pool system sucks. Only can reserve a lane for 30 minutes and the dividers are up even when they let you use the pool without reserving it on the 3 hour they allow in the summer time on Friday, Saturday and Sunday. If you want to bring your family in the summer for the 3 hour open time, you have to pay an additional $30.00 on top of the $122.00 monthly dues. Ridiculous. Will look of another gym.

The gym on itself is pretty wonderful. Machines are great, steam room wonderful and clean. Now, on the members part, they are a bunch of people that need to mind their own business. Always complaining about things that do not concern them.

I left my adorable dog in the car as a always do since I take him with me everywhere pretty much. The outside temperature was 46°. I always make sure he is safe and in a good place, so there was no crime or harm done what so ever. I got called on speakers because they were threatening to call the police. This is pretty upsetting when you know how much you care for your pup and that there was no real reason to go this far.

It has a very good and sanitary environment. I went here for 3 months and the whole time i was there, it felt very peaceful and calm. Service is very high quality.

Parkpoint Members are happy because the staff is so friendly and everybody there is willing to help It's a wonderful club I've been involved with them for 20 years and I think it's one of the better places to work out swimming pool is especially wonderful

My wife and I were in Sonoma for 6 weeks. We became temporary members of Parkpoint while we were visiting. So glad we did! Great staff, great equipment and the cleanest gym I’ve ever belonged to! If we are ever back in the area we will exercise there again.

such a sweet community and clean!! so clean!!!! the instructors for classes are really kind and do actually know what they’re doing. I recommend the pilates class with Doug or gentle flow with Lesley. the hot tub and steam rooms are perfect and they have a digital lock so you don’t need one.

To his is the best health club in the Bay area from it's clean pool and hot tub to it's a number one staff that are always friendly and helpful park point can not be beet when it comes to over all health and fitness but remember you get out what you put in 😉

Parkpoint is a local foundation for fitness in Sonoma county. The facilities are immaculate, the equipment is always evolving and top of the line. They have amenities in locker rooms as well as hot tubs and a sauna. The staff are friendly as well.

It really fills a lot of my needs for exercise, yoga, relaxation (steam, shower, jacuzzi, sun, etc.), and such, along with free coffee and papers to read in the morning, etc. Its not perfect, but I get a lot of bang for the buck from the Sonoma PP.
