May son has been working out with Dan for 14 years now. He started when he was still in high school and Dan been his constant since then. Not only has Dan helped my son physically, but also with his mental support as well. Dan is understanding and patient. His encouragement and positive approach is a demonstration of how much Dan cares about his client. He is definitely one of a kind! I would recommend Elite Fitness as a 5 star place to train and work out.

I have been training with Dan and the Elite Fitness team for over 10 years. Easily the best investment I could have made as I was half way through my 7th decade. Now half way through my 8th, three times a week I look forward to my sessions with Dan. His customized approach has prepared me for other activities I love including basketball and windsurfing. This gym is incredible! I’ve been going for a couple of years, training primarily with Jean and occasionally with Camille—they’re the best! The personalized service is truly unmatched. You get one-on-one training in a private room, which makes it feel like your own personal gym. The trainers genuinely care about you—not just your fitness goals, but you as a person. Best of all, there’s never any pressure to buy packages. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a supportive, professional, and customized fitness experience!

If you are a person that prefers a small gym to a large exercise experience; if you prefer personalized attention at every visit; if your current trainer has a lack of imagination and you keep doing the same things with every training session, then you should consider becoming a client at Elite Fitness. The training is top notch and the gym culture is one where clients are greeted warmly by Dan (the owner/trainer) every time they arrive. He provides water, towels, liquid protein drinks, energy bars gratis, and a few pieces of equipment to use on nontraining days. Personal trainers Jean and Camille are knowledgeable and personable. The schedule is fluid and it is rare I cannot find a time slot on a different day if I need to cancel my standing session. This is the longest gym relationship I have had at 2.5 years and I do not like to miss my sessions! Give it a try.

Absolutely love this place. The facilities are great, the trainers are kickass, and even through I’ve had to travel a lot lately they’ve been extremely accommodating and flexible with our sessions. I’ve been training here over a year now and can’t wait to keep it up! I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength and muscle tone, and I never dread going to a session because the trainers know how to give an effective workout without burning you out.

Dan truly is the man. I can’t begin to explain how he and this gym really transformed my mind in approaching health and wellness. Not only will Dan work with you to achieve your goals, but he will also take an active effort to make sure you maintain them. He is very knowledgeable and adds plenty of variety to your workouts. Whether you book with him every day, or once a week, it is COMPLETELY worth it.
Dan is absolutely judgement free and is only there to help. I have never met a proprietor be so dedicated while also being lax. I have seen the most body transformation here at Pasadena Elite Fitness and it truly is thanks to Dan. I have so much gratitude for this place.

I’ve been a client here for almost two years now, and I absolutely love it. Jean (and every other trainer) makes you feel welcomed and always gives a great work out. It’s in a great location, they provide protein bars, water, and towels as well as cardio machines that you can use whenever you please. Remember: A year from now, you will have wished you started today.

If you’re looking for some help with your fitness goals, I highly recommend Pasadena Elite Fitness on W. Green St. You get private instruction and it’s for people of all fitness levels and ages. I had a bad back and after working with them, the pain is gone and I’m strong enough to do all the activities I love. Can’t say enough good things about these guys.

Walking distance from Westgate right off Green street, personalized trainer. I’ve been training with Dan for the past 2 years. I highly recommend, my lower back and knee were hurting and Dan started out easy and helped build endurance. Helped me a lot.
