OMG, how have I never rated this place?! Just popped up on my map. PB was my first yoga studio. As an older man I was a bit tentative about trying yoga, but I felt so welcomed at PB. I had a few instructors over the years, but Robin J. was truly amazing. I've long since left the area, but I've continued my practice and I often, OFTEN, think back to my time there and genuinely wish I had a comparable studio near me. I'm thankful for my time there. It changed my life :)

I took a mobility class with Faysil and it was great. The studio is spacious with large windows and had a feel of community. Highly recommend!

I signed up for the unlimited monthly membership with intention of soaking in some really good yoga. I attended my first class this morning and it was horribly taught. First, he didn’t close the door right away and the studio isn’t organized by staggering mats, people just lay their mats wherever and practice. I signed up for the vinyasa class. There was no adequate warm up. The instructor is blowing through counts like he was a drill sergeant, not a yoga teacher. Then, he doesn’t allow a flow to even begin to process. He’s jumping from Sun A to Sun B with no time to resonate in each pose. This is simply not yoga and it shouldn’t be marketed as yoga unless it’s rooted to the eight limbs. I left 15m into the practice because it was so badly taught. I should have asked for my money back because I will not be returning to this studio. What a shame.

My husband and I OWE the smooth delivery of our precious little child to this yoga studio. And same for my sanity. I have been coming to Caitlin’s Prenatal class and Meghan’s sunrise yoga class since my TTC journey. During pregnancy, I took Emily’s and Caitlin’s classes. Having a normal smooth delivery with herniated disc and sciatica was possible only because of them. Emily the owner with her team of yoga instructors who are more of guardian angels created this yoga community that extends beyond classes. The regular check-in’s fostering kinship among fellow mommas and the one-to-one conversations helped me sail through this journey. I definitely want to try other classes especially the full moon ones and the Pink Floyd ones when I can. Peacebank is not just any yoga studio. It’s a community Redwood City is proud of. Nothing I write will be enough to share my gratefulness to this studio. Thank you Emily for creating this and thank you Caitlin and others for making this place a sacred community for people like us who honor the art of wellness and ancient knowledge of living.

I joined the studio a month ago, and I am truly grateful to have found a space that aligns so well with what I was looking for. From the warm welcome not only from the staff but also from fellow members, I immediately felt a strong sense of community. I have thoroughly enjoyed exploring the diverse class offerings and learning from the exceptional instructors. I especially appreciate the flexibility to choose a class based on what my body needs each day—whether it’s a heated flow, a slow restorative session, or even unique offerings like sound healing and a class dedicated to women. I am thrilled to restart my yoga journey at Peacebank and look forward to my practice every day.

I have mixed feelings about this yoga studio: on one hand, the customer service is excellent and the instructors are very technically prepared and there's a nice community atmosphere; on the other hand, the facilities could really be improved: there are no showers, no changing rooms (other than a very small cubicle), you have to bring your own mat (although there are a few that you can borrow!), and the proximity to the Caltrain station makes it hardly a quiet place.

The Stretch, Flexibility and Mobility class taught by Faysal is one you won’t want to miss! I’ve struggled with tight hips, knee and low back pain, and 20 years of neck problems due to sports injuries and I’m finally pain free after working with Faysal! His class is great for beginners to experts and people of all ages - My elderly Mom has even attended his live stream classes!

In addition to his regular classes, Faysal also teaches neck and low back pain relief clinics at Peacebank, and is available through his private practice for 1:1 support where he develops a personalized program to address your individual needs.

At all his classes, Faysal makes a point to meet every new student and check in on the progress of all the regular attendees. It’s obvious he truly cares about the long term health of all his students and is committed to helping you become pain free - and maintaining it. Plus, Faysal’s welcoming personality and great sense of humor makes every class a true experience!

So glad I discovered this spot for prenatal yoga. It’s not just a great place to strengthen your pelvic floor to great music in cozy vibes, but it’s a communal space to connect, hear stories, and get advice.

I visited peacebank yoga today for the first time, and even though I’m not a yoga enthusiast, I was blown away by the class taught by Jen Lo. This was such a meditative practice and her calming words throughout the session, made the 75 minutes melt away. She incorporated chanting and music, which made the class feel all that much more special. I feel so grateful to have the studio near my house and will definitely return to her next class.

My experience with Peacebank Yoga was absolutely fantastic! I've been coming here for years, and even when I've moved away from California, Peacebank was go-to when returning for the holidays or visiting family. It is one of the nicest studio in Redwood City, with plenty of yoga styles and interesting workshops. Welcoming staff, too.

I’ve only been to one class so far, but 100% will be going back. Blu is an awesome instructor - he has a really calming voice, and clear direction. He also offered a ton of beginner and advanced options for different poses. The class itself had a lovely flow to it, and included some breath work at the beginning.

The studio is very nice, and was at a good temperature the whole class. Also, parking was easy (and free before 10am on the street) which is always a perk!

Very thoughtful and clearly empassioned Vinyasa flow with Henry! He allows you the time to seek depth in poses and challenges you to find your edge (without judgment if it's not within reach). Can't wait to take class with other instructors!

Otherwise, clean and comfortable studio with plenty of props and ambience-inducing decor.

Convenient to the Redwood City Caltrain station, with a nice range of classes. I attend only the Yin Yoga classes (Wednesday and Sunday evenings) as I am dealing with a shoulder injury. The instructors have been very helpful and careful about that, and it has been a huge help (physical therapist approved!). Things to be aware of: Classes can occasionally get pretty full, so come early; Being near the train station means you will hear the train during class. I am not bothered by it at all, and the building is reasonably well insulated for noise, but do expect to hear it.

I was there once and would never go again. I rented a matt, it was so dirty and smelled so bad. The room also smelled like....

Every time my head got closer to the matt, I had to hold my breath, due to the smell of sweat & foot.

This studio is awesome! Everyone is welcoming and helpful. This is one of the cleanest studios I've been to.

I come here for Nina's powerbarre class which is every Tuesday and Wednesday. Nina is a great instructor and I like how she guides you through the poses, alway reminding you about your posture. If you're looking for a well rounded workout outside of yoga, Nina's class is the one to take! Nina is one of my favorite instructors I've ever taken a class with. Try it out! Tuesday's are generally more crowded than Thursdays so book in advance or arrive early. =)

Just finished up my 30 day for $40 trial, and signed a contract for 3 more months. Overall, great studio, but wish they capped their classes because it can get pretty cramped sometimes. Also wish they had a greater variety of classes each day (i.e., I go to the same power vinyasa class at 5:30, but wish they switched this time slot up with other types of classes).

The important thing is that I can feel myself improving. Plus, it's close to where I work/the Caltrain station!

I love peacebank. The area is great, they have good parking and the teachers all offer unique perspectives on the practice of yoga. There's a lot to choose from and the students are all mellow and friendly. The facility is clean and calming - I wish I was there right now.
