Pearl Power Fitness was created to inspire and help individuals who want a healthier and better quality of life. I believe in helping people reach their full potential while creating a fun and safe environment for all. I have over 20 years of lifting experience and 12 professional years as a personal trainer. Lifting weights is the fastest way to burn fat and build lean muscle, which overall results in having a much faster metabolism. I've been training with Ryan since the beginning when he opened up his first gym 12 years ago! He is a great trainer and a good friend. He has taught me so much and helped me through all my ups and downs both in and outside of the gym. I have gotten so much stronger over the years and created so many great memories.
