Jennifer is great! I have Parkinson’s and was looking for help developing an exercise program tailored for that. She has training in Parkinson’s specific needs AND has extensive personal training experience. So she joins the theory with the day to day reality. Her upbeat and optimistic approach is very supportive. I’m very happy with the training program we developed. I highly recommend Perez Personal Training.

I started training 2x/week with Jennifer in 2016 after completing 1 & 1/2yrs of treatment for colon cancer and I was very weak. January 2025 will be the start of my 9th year of twice a week training - I am stronger than I ever have been and have learned so much from Jennifer about maintaining my body as I age. Working with a personal trainer has kept me healthy as I can be as I enter my 80’s (😳).

I have been going to Perez Personal Training for over a year now. The personal and friendly expertise this team provides fixed my issue of working out at home or in a large gym!!! The trainers collaborate together while each using their individual expertise, style and equipment preference in order to help me achieve my goals. I started working with Perez Personal Training in October after suffering debilitating back pain. They have helped me strengthen my body without injuring myself further. They are a group of 4 trainers and each has their own methods and benefits and varied schedules including weekends and evenings. Its nice to have variety in training. Having a trainer has helped keep me accountable for my health and I feel so so much stronger! My back no longer goes into spasm because other muscles actually help now!

I've been training with Perez Personal Training for a few months already. It's been really wonderful so far. I've been training with Jen and Isabel, Jen helped me to settle in during the first few training sessions and since then I've been training with Isabel primarily. They are both super encouraging and knowledgable coaches! I have weak wrist and lower back, they create personalized training plans to help me to meet my fitness goals. I have been training with Jennifer Perez for about 4 years. I am a 65 year old woman who has never enjoyed exercise, but it was time to change my attitude about it. With Jennifer's help, I reluctantly succumbed to a weekly training routine, which eventually led me to a weekly walk with a friend, and twice weekly lap swims with my husband. I’ve been working with Jennifer for about 5 years and it’s done WONDERS for both my physical health and mental well-being. When we started I was heavily overweight, so much so I had damaged my knees and had to wear knee braces. She found ways for me to exercise without putting pressure on my knees, and today I’m much slimmer, my knees have healed and I love being able to walk around without pain or braces. She has added YEARS to my life, but what’s more she has improved the quality of my life and given me confidence. People have actually started regularly complimenting me on being in good shape, which is shocking for someone who has been overweight most of my life! She is super knowledgeable and friendly, and has helped me change my whole outlook on exercise. She’s had a huge positive impact on my life, and I bet she could do the same for you!
