I am a 66 year old who is focused on optimal health. One important aspect of working out for me is to ensure I have correct workouts and form. His knowledge of how to workout and more importantly proper form to help avoid injuries has been invaluable. I have been working out with Jason for only 2 months. However, I have seen incredible results. I have an athletic looking body that I am proud of. He did a wonderful job helping me prepare for my naval academy CFA. Awesome trainer!! I have been working out with Jason since July and really enjoy the exercise sessions.
He keeps it challenging and fun. No two workouts are ever the same! Depending on the time I go, there may be 1to 2 people there at the most, so I get individualized attention at all times! Jason keeps me honest and motivated to obtain my goals. He is experienced and very knowledgeable with injury prevention. He is attentive to your posture and form with exercises in order to get the most benefit. Scheduling is also flexible which helps me never miss a session. Along with building muscle… he will make you laugh too.
