It's often overlooked that the swing deficiency us amateurs have are often due to lack of the necessary physical strength to perform the movement of a golf swing.I started training at P4G in summer and have made significant improvements on physical strength. Coach Robyn was a true professional to work with. She'd take in my notes and challenges I had during a round over the weekend and tailor the exercises to strengthen those specific areas. She'd also take the time to explain the kinetics of each movement. I now have a good understanding on how to generate power for my swing

I have been coming here since they’ve opened and it’s been a great experience. Swing coaching from Joe has improved my swing greatly. From just small changes to fixing my hand placement to drills to practice on my own time, my swing has become more consistent. He also communicates with Brian for my personal training sessions on what I need to work on in regards of mobility and strength.
Brian for personal training, is the perfect balance of pushing you to do the workouts you never would do on your own, but also making it fun enough that want to do it on your own later on. Working with them has made me swing faster and hit further.
They’ve been great also in accommodating my schedule and have allowed me to squeeze in those early morning workout sessions with Bobby before I head into work, which has been a great way to start my day. They also have a simulator bay which is definitely a plus to be able to use on rainy days and on a quick stop to break up traffic on the way home.

I had 6 swing lessons, plus 1 mental skills training and 1 physical training session. They all made a big difference for me--I actually played one of my best rounds ever after my lessons, and was able to use what I learned to improve my swing and make more putts. Thanks so much!

I started training with Isaiah G. with the goal of gaining more distance in my golf swing, and I started noticing that my swing has gotten better and my physicality improved significantly after only 3-4 sessions. The training is very intentional and the evaluation in the beginning of training was informative in terms of understanding what I needed to work on. I’ve had 8 sessions so far and I already feel a lot more confident than when I started. Isaiah is very knowledgable and fun to train with!

I’ve only been training with Isaiah for a short time because they just opened, but he’s already been incredibly helpful in increasing my mobility. His deep expertise in body mechanics really shows—he designs exercises that not only build strength but also improve flexibility and movement quality. Since working with him, I’ve seen significant improvements in both my strength and flexibility, which is huge for staying athletic.
Isaiah’s clear guidance, attention to detail, and encouragement make every session motivating and effective. If you want a knowledgeable coach who delivers real, noticeable results, Isaiah is amazing!

The new Perform for Golf location in Los Altos is a game-changer. The facility is really clean. The whole team is incredibly knowledgeable and welcoming. They have recovery, mobility, or performance training to help my golf game. Highly recommend!

Just checked out the new Los Altos location and I’m seriously impressed. The space is super clean, welcoming, and has everything you need to get a great session in. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, and you can tell they really care about helping you reach your goals. Already looking forward to my next visit—highly recommend!
