P360 has some amazing workouts and diversity in the various muscle groups for each workout. I’ve tried other workout classes and this has been my favorite one so far. It’s a good mix between cardio and strength building.

I love Performance 360 - Bay Park!! This coming from a very hesitant attendee. As a professional dancer, I hold body awareness and proper form at the forefront of my training. In my past experiences attending CrossFit classes I found that instructors would throw a workout at us, turn on fun music and let the folks at it.. Leaving us all wishing “upon a star”- hoping that we’re doing the workout correctly, with accurate form, activating the right muscles… 🤷♂️
Performance 360 - Bay Park, however, does NOT do that. The instructors are knowledgeable! Kind! Informative! COACHES! They break down the fundamentals while challenging you when ready. They engage with their students on a personal level, providing a communal environment culture while still paying close attention to each student's physical ability. 🙏
Their app = #ChefsKiss 👏 They post the daily workouts prior to, and it allows you to personizle how you track your progress. I also love that it allows you to rate your attended classes and instructors for each class you take. It helped me identify what classes I enjoyed most (PSC, PUMP, LIFT) and what instructors I vibed with the best! ✨ #ThatMatters!
10/10 recommend this gym. I recommend trying each class type before making up your mind. You'd be surprised which one you become drawn to. I started as a PSC lover and ended up realizing I loved the PUMP intensity! 😅

Started going to this gym 1 month ago and am really enjoying it! The workouts are challenging and the coaches are knowledgable, encouraging and present. Ellie has been awesome in perfecting my form and maintaining a positive environment that makes me want to keep coming back. I joined Performance 360 in November 2019. I had read other excellent reviews pertaining to its coaching, community, and programming. My experience didn't disappoint. The membership enables you to attend any class at all of their locations, something that became even more applicable once they began the affiliate program. The programming works for all levels of fitness offering movement modifications for those who need it. The fitness experience can be tailored to fit the athlete's specific goals - more muscle / strength OR more cardio / endurance. The community of people and my growth as an older athlete has kept me coming back. P360 has weathered a vast amount of change since opening in 2010. They offer the member an array of services extending past just workouts. I would highly recommend joining P360 for anyone in the SD area. Their approach to coaching and programming has had much success to many members!

Just moved to the Linda Vista area and found my go-to gym! I had heard of P360 before joining but didn't join until this summer. Its been a great mix of strength & conditioning workouts and thoughtful 5-week programming.
On my first day, the coach made an effort to come introduce themselves and stop by during class to ensure I was using correct form. A lot of the members have been going for years and were friendly, chatty as well.

Coaches are super friendly and have great experience, as they are very attentive and correct form which I really appreciate. Each class has awesome energy, and the workouts are tough but doable for newer lifters and people recovering from injuries. Best workout in San Diego!

Three years ago I joined Performance 360 and could not be happier. Easily the best gym experience I have ever had (and at my age I've belonged to a lot of gyms). Variety in workout plans that are well thought out. Things run smoothly (starts on time and ends on time). And all the coaches are at the top of their game - especially Ellie and Caitlin. I have never once had a bad class. What is also unique is it is a wonderful community. Joining P360 is one of the best decisions I have made in a long time and I would recommend it to both friends and family alike.

I really do not recommend registering, there is no voice response and no customer service!!!
I have been trying for over two months to cancel my registration and trying to reach someone on the phone or in the app but unfortunately I continue to pay and there is still no answer.
I still continue to pay and unfortunately out of frustration I write here so that it might reach someone. I believe in supporting business and customer service but I am at the point where I am really frustrated and paying for no reason

I began training here 3 weeks ago. I am a personal trainer who wanted to mix up my workouts and involve myself in a positive community. I was referred by my colleague who is a Physical therapist and whose opinion I respect.
He was absolutely right! The workouts are challenging and engaging and programmed thoughtfully. All of my classes have been with Ashley. She is positive, fun, and always makes sure to give helpful individualized cues. Would highly recommend.

If you're looking for a gym to get stronger and healthier, Performance 360 is the place to be. As someone who has taken multiple fitness classes from boot camp style to CrossFit, Performance 360 has stood out to be the best group style training for any individual no matter what your health and fitness goals are!
A common misconception about "being healthy" is to take a lot of boot camp classes and get on the treadmill. As a former personal trainer, that is NOT a sustainable way for people to stay healthy. In fact, most people gain the weight back after relying on cardio only OR they injure themselves. I know this because I work as a physical therapist, & most of my patients tend to get injured from those high-intensity classes where they focus on tiring you out as much as they can, with no structure in their programming makes no sense at all.
At Performance 360, their strength training and programming actually make sense and does get you stronger! I’ve been working out there twice a week since January, and I noticed they program movements that will not only make you feel stronger in the gym… but also outside of life!
If you're new to strength training, do not be intimidated by the barbells, weights, or even the workout on the board. The coaches give very in-depth explanations on how to do the exercise and will even make sure your form is correct during the actual workout.
If you're not new to strength training and you're someone who has been weight training or used to be an athlete, the workout programs are just as effective - plus the coaches will still give you extra motivation to push yourself because they want you to become stronger, and they'll even still give you feedback on your form for safety. I've taken multiple classes at the Bay Park location, and all the coaches have been very knowledgeable to help me reach my strength goals - especially Madison, Ashley, Kara, and Emily.
Also, their members and community make you feel like you belong there - even on your first class.
I recommend Performance 360 to all my patients, colleagues, and friends!

I am a Doctor of Physical Therapy and constantly see patients who have hurt themselves at high intensity group fitness classes. P360 is the EXACT OPPOSITE of those classes! Their programming is fundamentally sound, they make all of their members properly warm up, and provide individual education and coaching even in the group setting! I had been searching for a gym to send my patients to and for me to work out at as well, and when I came across P360 I knew they were it! If you are looking to get into strength training or even have experience but want to feel good FOR LIFE this is your gym! I cannot recommend them enough!! Thank you P360 for changing the mold when it comes to group fitness and not going along with the trends of ridiculous high intensity with poor quality and zero coaching.

Best training experience I've ever had. There is nothing like the program and community that P360 has built over the years. Personally, it's nice to be able to just show up, put in the work, and see the results that I want. I'm leaner, healthier, and stronger than I've ever been and all I've had to do was in put the effort. I wouldn't dare to train anywhere else.

I LOVE P360. Their programming and coaches are incredible. I struggle with a lot of injuries and need to be really careful. I'm always able to modify with coaching guidance & never feel less than for doing so. After some serious, systemic issues, I can finally feel myself getting stronger and faster after putting in consistent work with their programming. I intend to stay with P360 until my body tells me I can't anymore (which is hopefully never because I'm only getting stronger!).

I have been going to this gym for almost a month. I am already seeing results. At the beginning of every class the coach’s go through the movement for all the days exercise. During the workouts they walk around and help you get the movements right. They also have tons of varying sizes of weights, so you can pick what’s best for you!! And also will show you alternative works out if the ones for the class are to advanced or hurt.

The results are really amazing/quick! Im huge skeptic towards classes coming from a family heavy in personal training & growing up w/ classes taught by my mom for over 25 years.
The staff: At p360 compared to other gyms they have an abundance of actual trainers/teachers/coaches who care, correct and counter quickly. They alternate moves to support needs of its guests. Workouts are always super different and challenging regardless of level. Im sold!

This place is the best! I’ve been hesitant to join a new gym for a while. I needed to get back into working out and get outside of my comfort zone of just running. It can be intimidating trying a new gym and doing group workouts however, after joining, the only regret I had was that I didn’t join sooner. The coaches are fantastic and are eager to help you 1on1, even in group workouts up to 25 people. The best thing about this gym is you go home feeling exhausted yet amazing after only a 45min workout. The other best thing is the workouts are customized to fit your own strengths and abilities AND you don’t have to think about what you’re going to do when you get there. Everything is tee’d up for you ready to roll as soon as class starts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU GIVE IT A TRY!

I’ve been going to Performance360 for about a month now and it’s great. It’s exactly what I was looking for with strength and conditioning training in a group setting (and not CrossFit). Every person gets your own space, equipment and squat rack. The workouts are thoughtfully/strategically planned in blocks so that I can just show up and do the routine and know I’ll get a great workout. You get all the instruction you need to make sure you’re doing everything safely while learning and progressing with new lifts and movements. Can’t recommend enough, give it a try!

I have been a member of Performance 360 for almost 4 years. In that time, I have experienced so much personal growth, some of which goes far beyond physical strength. The community and relationships I have been able to build through the gym has made San Diego really feel like home. I know when I walk into a class that I will be met with genuineness and unconditional positive regard every single time. I was never one who “loved” going to the gym, but through the years I have really come to trust this team to push me to “become more;” More in the gym, more as a team mate, and more as person striving to just be a better human. Now don’t get me wrong, P360 has also gotten me strong AF. From power and Olympic lifting, to high intensity interval training, each workout does it all. I’ve done things with a barbell I never imagined possible for myself, and that’s been pretty cool to experience. There are opportunities to be globally or individually recognized, allowing you to choose what motivational style works best for you. The gym continues to expand across San Diego, with 4 convenient locations. Each location vibes with the community from which it was forged, creating unique, clean, and open spaces for you to do your work. This expansion has allowed the great community to reach more like-minded folks, looking to sweat, laugh, cheer, and play. Thank you P360 for bringing me strength, health, and some of the best people I have ever met. I am grateful o Dave and Bryan for all they have done and will continue to do for our community!

This has been the best gym experience for me by a long way. The workouts are varied, challenging, and rewarding.
The range of people who attend are all the way from complete athletes to “regular folk”, so it makes for a good mix of people. No need to feel out of place. I’ve been to other cross fit gyms and they tended to be either over-the-top, or a little too casual. This gym strikes a really good balance.
The bay park location is brand new and very spacious. Signing up for classes is easy on the app and they have a tracker also.
After working out at regular gyms and doing the same stuff over and over, it’s nice to have the mix of these workouts. You don’t have to think about what to do, and the instructors are always around to give guidance. Overall, after a few months of consistent workouts I can feel my total fitness has improved drastically.

Highly recommend! The gym is huge, with new equipment, and never feels too crowded. The workouts are challenging and I always feel amazing when I leave. Programming is very well thought out and allows you to focus on improving on a couple key movements in 6 week blocks, while still providing plenty of variety. I've been in and around the fitness industry for 15 years now, and this gym is the best I've ever been a part of.
The programming is meticulously thought out, the coaches are phenomenal all with unique backgrounds and specialties, the members here are super friendly and inspirational, and this new location in Bay Park is their best gym out of all 4 locations in San Diego.
If you are new to this style of training or even if you are super advanced, the workouts are tailored to your individual skill and fitness level.
