I love this gym. I was intimidated when I first started but quickly learned that everyone is very friendly and supportive. You start where you’re at and pretty soon you notice small increases in strength, endurance and confidence. Emily is the most positive, helpful and fun coach and I love going to her classes. It’s always a challenging but rewarding class, every single time.

I’ve been a member since June 2025 and I absolutely love the coaches, weekly structure and schedule, and all the workouts. It’s been so great getting back into lifting and strength & conditioning. Highly recommend Perfomance360!

So happy I joined this gym/community! The workouts are challenging, yet fun. The trainers are highly skilled and supportive. The other members are extremely welcoming. If you are looking for a place to workout at that you will actually look forward to going, definitely check out P360!

I absolutely love this gym. The coaches are great, members are friendly and the work outs are intense but in a good way! I love that the coaches correct my form and are nice enough to give me modifications for my body type and/or my strength training level since I just started lifting weights. If you’re looking for a gym in North Park I highly recommend this one! The playlists are also fire 🔥🔥

Recently discovered P360, imo it's a remarkable synthesis of free weights, strength, mobility & cardio w/ focus on form and function. Torrey & Emily made it easy and were very encouraging! For a first-timer, it can be intimidating. Appreciate their approach focusing on form, safety and not overdoing it early. Ater just 6 weeks I am feeling a significant and growing improvement in strength & mobility. The instructors and group dynamic for me are motivating and I can see a path towards optimizing my health & fitness. I'm all in!

As a fitness trainer and gym owner, I was looking for a space outside of my own gym where I could focus on my workouts, enjoy great programming, and still receive feedback and coaching. It can be rare as a coach to get coached, but I’m so glad I found Performance 360.
Their coaching staff is incredibly knowledgeable, approachable, and willing to provide constructive feedback when needed. It’s clear they have the tools and expertise to help clients of all levels advance their fitness. The owner, Merrick, has also been a pleasure to work with—professional, welcoming, and committed to fostering a strong community.
If you’re looking for a high-intensity workout, a fun and motivated community, and a coaching team that will help you level up, I highly recommend Performance 360!

I’m currently transitioning from martial arts training to only strength and conditioning, and I found P360. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! From having all of my workouts ready (just gotta show up) to the facility and the amazing coaching, I’m happy to say I’ve found another home and a great community to continue growing with my fitness journey. Classes are definitely kicking my butt and helping me stay in shape. I’m brand new to the gym and so far I’ve really enjoyed it. The coaches are sooo nice and helpful. I would say this is a gym for all levels, so don’t feel intimidated by the weights. You can go at your own speed and level. If I could say one thing, I would highly recommend a
Technique class for cleans and deadlifts etc. I love getting better at movements and this would significantly help me (and others) feel stronger and prevent injuries. Nothing is better than pushing yourself and feeling confident at the gym. :)

challenging but rewarding classes. One hour work out. 15 mins to warm up and see a demo of the exercises. The first part of the class is about 20 min and is dedicated to a muscle group. You work with a barbell and rotate around three exercises to increase strength The second part of the class is cardio. Still using weight but also rowing machine / running. Everyday is a different workout. Fun group. Nice teachers. Go Torie!

This is a great gym. This is a good size facility with more than enough equipment for everyone. Light weights to very heavy weights. The coaches are some of the best I have experienced. They give very detailed and helpful instructions on every movement. The daily workouts are well planned and thought out.

I joined this gym six weeks ago to get back into strength training. They offered a sweet deal for $30 for 30 days to see if it’s what I was looking for. After my first couple of classes, I knew this was the place for me. The coaches are super attentive and help me with my form and give me necessary tips to improve my performance. I also appreciate the friendliness of the clients too. I love that I’m getting stronger every time I go to the gym. Slow and steady wins the race….. 😊

I have been going to this gym for a few months now and I absolutely love it. I had gone to a different gym similar and felt that the workouts were too tough on my body but decided to give P360 a chance and it has been SO much better. The workout are the perfect blend of conditioning and strengthening and i feel great after the workout and the next day! I usually go in the mornings and have Torrie. She is AMAZING! She gives the best instructions and modifications during your workout. I highly recommend this gym for a beginner or a seasoned exerciser.

10/10 recommend performance 360 to anybody working on their fitness goals. The workouts are structured between strength training & conditioning giving a really tough but great workout. The coaches are incredible and well versed in teaching proper form. Classes are spread out throughout the day and easy to schedule for your convenience. Overall, it’s a fun gym environment and builds community.

I could not speak more highly of this gym. I was initially so hesitant trying this place out because I have absolutely zero lifting experience. I started with the one day free trial and by the end of the class I was excited to start my membership there. I really enjoy the small class sizes because it allows the trainers more time to help you focus on correct form. There is a mix of beginners to experienced people there too. First half of class is typically strength training, while the second half is geared toward conditioning. I recommend the AM classes with Torrie. She has been amazing and has been so patient with me as I learn this new form of exercise. It is always a great work out and I leave there dripping in sweat 😂

As a former D1 athlete / coach and part time personal trainer, I cannot recommend this gym more highly. The coaching staff has great energy and are impressively well trained in regard to form and function. The 5-week training cycles are perfect for keeping things fresh and measuring progress. The community is very positive, and I have met some great new friends / lifting partners. Working out at P360 is the best part of my week, that says it all.

I started out with the 30 day trial and a week in, I knew I was going to sign up. This is the first gym with a group workout setting I've been to that makes me feel comfortable and excited to go in. Whether it is a big or small group on any given day, the coaches make sure you're doing ok as a new person or even just checking in on your form. I hadn't had in person training in years and in the short month I've been going to this gym, I've already learned so much and seen such a difference in my body with the intentional workouts. I used to struggle getting to the gym 2-3 times a week. I've been going 4-5 times a week and looking forward to working out every single time! Special shout out to coach Torrie who has been super helpful and welcoming as I got adjusted :)

Great gym. Heavy focus on proper form so you don’t injure yourself as you lift heavy. I have had chronic back issues for years. In the 6 weeks I’ve been coming here, I have noticed a significant increase in core strength and decrease in back pain. And I feel stronger than I have in years.

I love this gym and how they do things, and all the coaches are so great and helpful. And no one judges you here. There are people at all experience levels and body types attending these classes. The classes offered here are the exact types of work outs I love to do. I’m not the kind of person who can go to any gym and know what to do with myself once I’m there. I need to be in a class, but I also don’t want to be doing cardio all the time. These classes provide strength and conditioning work outs that involve lifting weights, and using kettle bells, but also row machines, and our own body weight. You can use any weights you feel are best for you, and the coaches are always going around and helping with form and posture. I wish there was a gym like this in my home town! Worth every single penny!!
